Originally, the plan included the Pumpkin Cave, but due to weather issues, we were informed the day before that it would only be snorkeling. Although canoeing was possible, we decided to change to snorkeling only (of course, the price was adjusted as well).
After gathering at the location, we received explanations about the free rental wetsuits and snorkeling gear. We walked about five minutes to the sea right in front of us. As soon as we entered the water, it was a bit cold for the first minute, but the seawater that got into the wetsuit quickly warmed up with my body temperature, and I soon forgot about the cold.
The weather was cloudy, but light was streaming underwater, making it incredibly beautiful! (It was mentioned that this was partly because there hadn't been many people in the water recently, right after a series of typhoons.) The young instructor was very attentive, which made me feel at ease. He took photos of us at picturesque spots one by one.
We enjoyed about an hour of snorkeling, taking breaks as needed. I was exhausted afterward, but my satisfaction level was very high for the price. If I come to Miyako Island again, I would love to enjoy snorkeling once more.
元々はパンプキン鍾乳洞も含まれているプランだったんですが、天候の問題でシュノーケリングのみとなる旨前日に連絡があり。カヌーはできるとの事でしたが、今回はシュノーケリングのみに変更していただきました。（もちろん料金も変更）
現地集合後、無料レンタルのウェットスーツやシュノーケルの説明。着用してから5分ほど歩いて目の前の海へ移動。早速海に入ると初めの1分くらいは寒かったですが、ウェットスーツに入り込んだ海水がすぐ体温で暖まり？すぐに寒さは全く気にならなくなりました。
天気は曇りでしたが水中には光が差し込んでおりメチャクチャ綺麗でした！（台風が続いた直後で最近あまり人が入ってなかったことも関係しているとのこと）
インストラクターの若いお兄さんも丁寧に対応してくださり安心でした。写真映えするポイントで順番に写真を撮ってくれました。
1時間程度、適度に休憩を挟みながら楽しめました。終わった後はクタクタでしたが料金に対して満足度がとても高いです。宮古島に来たら、またシュノーケリングを楽しみたいと思います。
現地集合の駐車場代金は自己負担です。シギラビーチで1000円。場所によって変わる可能性あり。
終了後は現地解散ですが更衣室がないので近くのホテルのトイレで水着→服に着替えました。

The tour I had reserved was suddenly canceled, but thanks to the quick suggestion of an alternative plan, I was able to keep my schedule open and enjoy my time! I was able to relax, and I received complimentary travel recommendations that weren't part of the plan, which added to my enjoyment after the tour. I immediately went to see the view from the high ground! I visited Miyako Island last year as well, and I'm very grateful that I was able to enjoy it again this year. Thank you very much!

Due to the typhoon forecast, I signed up at the last minute and was only able to participate in the turtle snorkeling. I attended with my two boys, who are in 4th and 6th grade, and the staff were great at handling the kids. They shared fun trivia while we played, which made it enjoyable ( ^ω^ ). They also took great photos even in the rough sea 📷⭐︎.

My first time in Miyako Island and my second snorkeling experience was filled with anxiety, but Matsura-san, our guide, was incredibly kind and made me feel at ease! The swimming was more extensive and longer than I imagined, but he provided advice at every turn and kept an eye on our movements, allowing us to enjoy it at our own pace! Additionally, I was worried about the location change the day before and whether we would see sea turtles, but he guided us to a spot with a high chance of seeing them. Even with many other customers around, he helped us take beautiful photos safely! Even though we couldn't get close to the sea turtles right away, he patiently waited for the right moment, and we were able to take photos with the turtles successfully! The photos were delivered the same day, and the recommendations for tourist spots in Miyako Island were very helpful! Everyone, including those who weren't our guide, treated us well, and if I have the opportunity to visit Miyako Island again, I would definitely like to request their services!

I was nervous about trying SUP for the first time, but the staff were friendly and taught me kindly, and within 10 minutes I was able to stand up! They took a lot of photos and even did drone filming, and at the end, I was happy to receive the images and original video they captured as a gift! I borrowed a free phone case and brought my own phone, but I hardly took any pictures myself; the photos taken by the staff were more than enough! The practice time and free time were perfectly balanced, and I was very satisfied! Thank you!

Tetsu, our guide, was amazing at leading us and took fantastic photos, for which I am very grateful. 😊 It was my first time canoeing 🛶 and snorkeling 🤿, but I received great instruction for both! I was looking forward to seeing sea turtles, but the cave tour from the canoe in the morning exceeded my expectations and was very satisfying. 🧐 I enjoyed Miyako Island all at once! I had a dream of doing stand-up paddleboarding (SUP). Many SUP experiences have an age limit of 65, so I hurriedly made plans to go to Miyako Island. I chose this place because they offered clear boards and would take photos for us. During the experience, everyone was kind and provided gentle guidance, which made me feel secure as they were always there to support us. I thought it was great that one person was assigned to each group. The photos and video data we received were beautifully edited and truly moving works. I was surprised to receive such wonderful content on the spot, and it became a really great memory.

The pumpkin cave tour I was looking forward to was canceled due to waves at the meeting point. However, they quickly provided an alternative plan, and I joined a snorkeling tour on short notice. As a result, I had the incredible experience of encountering sea turtles four times and swimming with them, which left me very satisfied. They responded promptly to the sudden bad weather, and their explanations were thorough, allowing me to feel at ease. They also took many wonderful photos, making for great memories. Due to the approach of an out-of-season typhoon, the Pumpkin Cave and sea kayaking were canceled, but I was able to participate in the sea turtle snorkeling. I received a cancellation notice via email the day before and also received a phone call, allowing me to book only the sea turtle snorkeling, and the refund process was smooth. On the day of the tour, we departed early to enjoy the experience before the sea conditions worsened. Thanks to that, I was able to experience the beautiful sea in nice weather. The guide explained the beautiful fish and features of the ocean. They diligently searched for sea turtles, and I was able to swim alongside them. There were a few people, including myself, who were not strong swimmers, but the guide was attentive, allowing us to participate in the tour with peace of mind. The enjoyable time flew by, and it was such a wonderful tour that I wished it could have lasted longer. Thank you very much.
季節外れの台風の接近により、パンプキン鍾乳洞＆シーカヤックは中止となりましたが、ウミガメシュノーケリングのみ参加させていただきました。前日にメールで中止のお知らせと電話でも連絡をいただき、ウミガメシュノーケリングのみ予約することができ、返金の対応もスムーズにしていただきました。当日は海の状況が悪化する前に楽しめるよう、早めの出発となりました。お陰でお天気の中キレイな海を体感できました。ガイドさんはキレイな魚達や海の特徴の説明をしてくれました。一生懸命ウミガメを探してくれて、一緒に泳ぐ事ができました。私も含め泳ぎが不得意な人が数名いましたが、適宜気にかけて頂き安心してツアーに参加できました。楽しい時間はあっという間で、もっと長く体験したいと思えるほど素敵なツアーでした。ありがとうございました。

I joined Matsuura's tour by myself! The explanations were thorough, and I was able to take a lot of photos. The staff were very kind and taught us how to paddle a kayak from scratch. They supported us while we were out on the sea, showing us where we could see fish clearly and taking lots of photos for us. We experienced a clear kayak tour as a family of three. I was worried that my one-year-old daughter might be scared, but she ended up having a great time and seemed eager to lean out into the sea. Kayaking in the transparent blue ocean was incredibly refreshing, and the adults enjoyed it very much as well. I'm glad we were able to create wonderful memories on our first trip to Miyako Island.

Due to the approaching typhoon, we only managed to participate in canoeing amidst several days of rain and strong winds. The instructor was kind and took many photos at various photo spots. The water was clear, so we could see plenty of fish swimming around. Canoeing requires quite a bit of physical strength, so having men in the group would be beneficial.
It's a shame that we couldn't do the Pumpkin Cave and snorkeling due to the bad weather. Miyako Island's weather can change quickly, and activities are heavily influenced by the weather, so it's best to keep in mind that there is a possibility of sudden cancellations on the day of your reservation. I would like to use this service again when the weather is nice. Thank you very much.
台風の接近により雨天と強風が何日も続く中、カヌーのみ何とか参加。インストラクターさんが親切で沢山フォトスポットで写真を撮ってくださいました。水が綺麗なのでお魚も沢山泳いでいるのが見えました。カヌーは結構体力使うので男性がいると良いと思います。
パンプキン鍾乳洞やシュノーケリングが悪天候のため出来なかったのが残念。宮古島は天気が変わりやすくアクティビティは天候にとても左右されるので、当日に急に中止になる可能性があることを念頭において予約した方が良いです。
天気の良い時にまたここを利用して参加したいです。ありがとうこざいました。

It was quite difficult at first until I got the hang of it, but once I did, it was so much fun! Despite the approaching typhoon, we were blessed with beautiful seas, scenery, and the best weather, allowing us to have an incredibly enjoyable time that flew by! We did drone filming and took a lot of photos, and in the end, they put everything together into one video! I keep watching that video and am so moved! Coming to Miyako Island, I received the best souvenir! The instructors were all very kind!

As mentioned in the title, we were unable to enter the limestone cave due to the typhoon, but we were able to experience SUP and canoeing.
Originally, it seemed like the plan was for only one of the activities, and I experienced canoeing, but thanks to the guide's recommendation, I was also able to try SUP.
Both were my first experiences, but I think with the guide's thorough explanations, I could manage the operations to some extent.
The guide can take photos for you, so you might not need to bring your own camera.
Although we couldn't experience the Pumpkin Limestone Cave, it was still a very good experience.

本来はどちらか片方のみのプランのようで私はカヌーの方の体験しましたが、ガイドの方の勧めでSUPも体験できました。
どちらも初めてでしたが、ガイドの方からの丁寧な説明を受ければ操作はある程度できると思います。
写真はガイドの方が撮ってもらえるので無理して持ってこなくてもいいかもしれません。
パンプキン鍾乳洞の体験はできませんでしたが、とても良い体験ができました。

Initially, I had signed up for the Pumpkin Cave & Sea Kayaking + Snorkeling + SUP plan, but I received a notification the day before that due to the impact of the typhoon and safety considerations, the plan would be changed to exclude the Pumpkin Cave & Sea Kayaking. (I was also informed that the participation fee would be adjusted accordingly.)
On the day of the tour, the wind and waves were indeed strong due to the typhoon, and I was anxious until just before the tour started. However, it was confirmed that the tour could proceed at Shigira Beach, so I was able to participate. The instructor, Nao, was very friendly, and throughout the tour, she shared various information about the sea and little tidbits about Miyako Island, which made it very enjoyable.
There was one instructor for every four groups of eight participants, allowing for a smooth entry into the water without any waiting time. They explained how to enter the water and the precautions, so I felt reassured! We practiced snorkeling in shallow water right after entering, which helped ease any anxiety I had about going into the sea.
Wearing a life jacket kept me afloat. I was lucky to see beautiful coral, many colorful fish, including clownfish, and even encountered two sea turtles, which I had almost given up on seeing. Nao also took photos and videos with a GoPro.
The snorkeling session ended in the morning. Shortly after, due to the typhoon's impact, swimming was prohibited at Shigira Beach, so I felt really fortunate. Nao recommended a restaurant for lunch, and after that, we regrouped for the SUP experience at Imugya Marine Garden.
In the afternoon, the wind had picked up even more, but we were able to proceed with the SUP experience as planned. It was my first time trying SUP, and I had some anxiety, but after receiving thorough instructions, we practiced before officially starting, which made me feel secure. I learned some tips and was able to stand on the SUP, which left me very satisfied.
Despite participating in the tour with the typhoon approaching, the tour was conducted with safety in mind, and I was able to fully enjoy the waters of Miyako Island. I thought that when I come back to Miyako Island, I would like to experience the Pumpkin Cave & Sea Kayaking that I missed this time.
当初はパンプキン鍾乳洞&シーカヤック+シュノーケリング+SUPプランでの申し込みでしたが、前日のお昼に台風の影響で安全に配慮し、パンプキン鍾乳洞&シーカヤックを除くプランに変更になる旨の連絡を頂きました。（プランが変更になる為、参加費用も該当プランへ変更になる旨もお伝え頂きました）
ツアー当日はやはり台風の影響で風も波も強くなっておりツアーが開催されるか直前までドキドキでしたが、ツアー開催地のシギラビーチでは開催可能との事でツアーに参加できました。インストラクターのなおさんがとてもきさくで、 ツアー中も色々と海の事や宮古島のプチ情報もガイド中に教えていただけとてもたのしかったです。
1人のインストラクターに8名4組での案内でした。 海での待ち時間なくスムーズに入れました。入り方や注意事項も説明いただけるので心配はいらなかったです！海に入ってすぐ浅いところでシュノーケルの練習もしっかりしてからのスタートなので不安なく海にむかえました。
ライフジャケット着用なので浮きます。
綺麗な珊瑚、カクレクマノミをはじめ沢山の綺麗なお魚、そしてあきらめていたウミガメさんにも2匹も遭遇する事が出来てとてもラッキーでした。
インストラクターのなおさんが写真や動画もゴープロで撮ってくれました。
シュノーケリングは午前中で終わりました。その直後には、台風の影響でシギラビーチも遊泳禁止になっていたので本当にラッキーでした。
インストラクターのなおさんにおすすめのお店を教えて頂きランチ後、再びSUP体験のためイムギャーマリンカーデンに再集合しました。
午後になると更に風が強くなっていましたが、予定通りSUP体験ができました。
SUPは初体験で不安もありましたが、しっかりとレクチャーを受けてから海へ、さらに練習してから本格的にスタートするので安心して参加できました。コツを教えて頂きSUPの上に立つ事もでき大満足でした。
台風が近づいている中でのツアー参加になりましたが、安全に配慮してのツアー開催となり宮古島の海を満喫できました。
今回、行く事ができなかったパンプキン鍾乳洞&シーカヤックにまた宮古島に来た際は体験したいなぁと思いました。

I signed up for Sunrise SUP, but due to strong winds from the typhoon, we ended up going canoeing instead. Still, I was really glad to be out on the water. The instructor mentioned that the colors we saw are only visible after strong winds, and it was a wonderful sunrise with colors I had never seen before! Thank you very much.
サンライズSUPで申し込みましたが、台風の影響による強風により、カヌーでの催行となりました。それでも海にでれて本当に良かったです。インストラクターの方が強風の後じゃないと見れない色だとおっしゃってましたが、これまでに見たことのないような素晴らしい朝焼けの色でした！ありがとうございました。

Thank you for your courteous phone support regarding the reservation mistake! The transparent kayak allowed us to see the beautiful ocean clearly. We had a 2-year-and-5-month-old child with us, and the staff treated them very well. There aren't many marine sports that can be enjoyed at this age, so it was great that we could have fun without fear.
