Due to the approaching typhoon, the Pumpkin Cave event was canceled, and I was worried about whether the activities would still take place, but I was able to enjoy canoeing and snorkeling! The guide was incredibly thorough in their instructions, and even though it was my first time canoeing and I bumped into things (laughs), I was able to fully enjoy the beautiful Miyako Blue up close! I was amazed at how clearly I could see the fish and corals from above the water! Lying back on the canoe was a great memory!

As for snorkeling, I’m not very good at swimming, so I was nervous until I got used to breathing through my mouth, but once I did, I didn't want to come up because the underwater world was so beautiful, with so many fish swimming around! I even got to see clownfish and sea turtles! The guide took a lot of photos underwater, and looking back at them is so much fun!

I'm really glad I did the marine activities! Next, I want to try the Pumpkin Cave again and do more marine activities! It was an absolutely fantastic experience!

台風接近もあり、パンプキン鍾乳洞は中止になってしまい、当日も開催されるのか不安でしたが、カヌーとシュノーケリングを楽しむ事ができました！
ガイドの方も凄く丁寧に教えてくれ、人生初のカヌーもぶつかったりしましたが(笑)宮古ブルーを間近で堪能できました！海の上からでもこんなに海にいる魚やサンゴがハッキリ見えるの感動しました！カヌーの上で寝そべれたのいい思い出です！
シュノーケリングも元々余り泳ぎが得意でなく、口呼吸に慣れるまではドキドキしましたが、慣れたら顔を出すのがもったいないぐらい海の中は綺麗で魚たちが沢山泳いでいました！カクレクマノミやウミガメもみることができました！また海の中でもガイドの方が沢山写真をとってくれて、写真を見返すのがとても楽しいです！
マリンアクティビティをやってよかったです！
次はパンプキンに再チャレンジとまたマリンアクティビティしたいと思ってます！最高に楽しかったです！

We had planned to visit the Pumpkin Cave and go canoeing and snorkeling, but we were informed the day before that due to the approaching typhoon, it would be difficult to go to the Pumpkin Cave, so we discussed changing our plans.

We were suggested to go canoeing in the morning (at a location not near the cave) and snorkeling in the afternoon, or to do both, and after inquiring about the refund amount, we decided to change to just the afternoon snorkeling.

Since we were traveling without a car, we were a bit anxious about the meeting location, but we received a message the day before confirming the meeting point at 2 PM at the Shigira Beach parking lot, and we were able to get there without any issues.

On the day, we were lucky enough to see sea turtles, and the weather was great, allowing us to fully enjoy the waters of Miyako. The snorkeling lasted about an hour, so I felt it was a bit short, but since the waves were starting to get higher, I thought I might consider a longer plan or diving for the next opportunity.

Our guide, Go, was easy to talk to and took many photos, creating a fun atmosphere for snorkeling, which was great! Thank you very much!

パンプキン鍾乳洞&カヌー、シュノーケルの予定でしたが台風の接近がありパンプキン鍾乳洞へ行くのが難しいと前日に連絡がありプラン変更のご相談をさせていただきました
AMカヌー（鍾乳洞付近ではない場所）、PMシュノーケリング、もしくは2つともやるとご提案していただき返金額なども伺いPMシュノーケリングのみに変更しました
車のない旅だったため集合場所が不安でしたが14時シギラビーチ駐車場と前日連絡があり問題なく行くことができました
当日はウミガメも運よく会えたり天気にも恵まれ宮古の海を堪能することができました
1時間くらいのシュノーケリングで終了だったので少し物足りなかった感はありますが波が高くなり始めてたので次の機会にはもう少し長時間のプランを検討もしくはダイビングを検討しようかなと思いました
担当していただいたごうさんは話しやすいしお写真たくさん撮ってくださり楽しい雰囲気でシュノーケリングできてよかったです！ありがとうございました

It was my and my daughter's first time snorkeling, but they taught us carefully, allowing us to experience it with peace of mind. We got to see sea turtles up close and even took pictures together, which was absolutely amazing and overwhelming! I was worried about how things would turn out due to the typhoon, but it was truly a fantastic experience with the beautiful sea and adorable sea turtles! Thank you, Miyako Island! ⭐︎

シュノーケリング自体私も娘も初めてでしたが、丁寧に教えてくれて安心して体験できました。

Since I made a last-minute reservation two days ago while keeping an eye on the local weather due to the approaching typhoon, joining in was a huge, huge, huge success! Thanks to the friendly staff and their constant attention to detail, I was able to enjoy my first SUP experience more than I had imagined, and it was incredibly fun and exciting. When I watched the video they filmed for us on the spot, I was so moved by its high quality that I couldn't help but shed a few tears. Thank you for the wonderful memories!

For those who will be participating in the future, be sure to prepare water for heat protection, wear appropriate clothing (a hat and long sleeves and pants that can get wet), and if you have larger feet and are concerned about the size of marine shoes, I recommend bringing your own shoes.

台風接近の最中の旅行だったため、現地の天気を見ながら2日前に急きょ予約をしたのですが、飛び入り参加して大大大正解！
スタッフの方の気さくで終始、細やかな配慮のおかげで想像以上に初supを堪能する事が出来、想像以上にとても楽しく、興奮しっぱなしでした。最後、撮影していただいた動画をその場で見た時には完成度の高さに思わず涙が出てしまうくらい感激しました。素敵な思い出をありがとうございました！

これから参加される方へ。
暑さ対策の水、服装（濡れても良い帽子&長袖長ズボン）はもちろん、足が大きいなどマリンシューズのサイズに不安ある方はマイシューズ持参されると良いかと思います。

It was a very enjoyable experience! Under the guidance of the instructor, we boarded the canoe and entered the cave waiting at Pumpkin Hole. The moment we stepped inside, we were overwhelmed by the completely different atmosphere from outside. As we progressed deeper, the instructor provided support and explanations, allowing us to enjoy the dimly lit environment with peace of mind!

インストラクターさんの指導の元カヌーに乗り込んでパンプキンホールの待つ洞窟へ、入った瞬間一気に外とは違う雰囲気で圧倒されました。奥に進んでいく際もインストラクターさんのサポートや解説などもしてくれて薄暗くとも安心して楽しめました！

Although the forecast predicted rain, the weather was clear and favorable when we went for the clear SUP (stand-up paddleboarding). Since it was my first time participating in a clear SUP tour, I had no idea how to paddle, but the instructor was very kind and taught us thoroughly, allowing us to enjoy the tour. They took a lot of photos with our phones and drones, and it was great to receive the data at the end. I would love to join the clear SUP tour again when I visit Miyako Island next time.

雨の予報でしたが、クリアサップをするときは晴れていて天候にも恵まれました。
初めて、クリアサップツアーに参加したので乗り方など全くわからなかったのですが、インストラクターの方が丁寧に教えてくださり、楽しくツアーに参加することができました。
ケータイやドローンでも写真を沢山取ってくださり、最後データをいただけるのもすごくよかったです。また、宮古島にきた時はまたクリアサップツアーに参加したいと思いました。

I went snorkeling. A typhoon was approaching and the wind was strong, but there were large rocks nearby, so the waves didn't affect us too much. I was able to take photos with sea turtles and clownfish! I was shocked at how different the photos I took were from those on the web. Next, I want to try stand-up paddleboarding. シュノーケリングをやりました。台風が近づいていて風も強かったのですが、大きな岩場が近くにあったので、そんなに波の影響をつけませんでした。ウミガメやカクレクマノミと写真もとれました！

I'm glad I participated! Due to the weather, the pumpkin cave and sea kayaking were not held, but they still considered the circumstances and allowed me to join the snorkeling. The instructor was very kind and took safety into account, and I’m grateful for the chance to encounter sea turtles! The way they called them "turtle-san" was cute, too! I want to come back to Miyako Island to try the activities I missed this time. Thank you for the enjoyable tour!

Despite my anxiety, I was able to ride a canoe and even explore the cave. Throughout the tour, the instructors were kind and provided reassurance, creating a comfortable environment for us to complete the experience. The day before, the tour was canceled due to high tide preventing entry into the cave, but I received a full refund for that day. Since I had come all the way to Miyako Island, I decided to try again today. The weather was nice, and it was fun to paddle through the sea while enjoying the beautiful scenery. Above all, exploring the mystical Pumpkin Cave became a wonderful memory.

前日、潮の高さにより鍾乳洞に入れないとのことで中止になってしまいましたが、前日分は全額返金対応となりました。
せっかく宮古島まで来たのだからと、本日リベンジしました。
天気が良く、綺麗な景色の中カヌーで海を進んでいくのか楽しかったです。そして何より、神秘的なパンプキン鍾乳洞探検が素敵な思い出になりました。

It was my first time kayaking, but the staff explained everything so well that I got used to it quickly! The sea was incredibly clear, unlike anything I had seen before, and there were so many tropical fish swimming around! Since the kayak is transparent, I felt like I was swimming with my dream characters, Nemo and Dory!
In addition to the drone filming, the guide also took photos with a camera at various points, so we didn't have to worry about bringing our smartphones. After the drone filming, we received an edited video with background music! It truly became the best memory.
*You can bring drinks and towels into the kayak, so if you need a bag that can get wet, it might be convenient to bring one!

The staff were all cheerful and attentive. Thank you for the happy encounters and wonderful time!

カヤックは初めてでしたが、丁寧に説明をしてくださるのですぐに慣れました！海は今まで見たことのないくらい透き通っており、熱帯魚が沢山泳いでいました！カヤックが透明なので、憧れのニモやドリーと一緒に泳いでいる気分になりました！
ドローンの撮影以外でも所々でガイドさんがカメラで撮ってくれるので、自分たちでスマホを持って行かなくても大丈夫でした‍♀️
ドローン撮影が終わるとBGM付きの編集した動画もいただけました！本当に最高の想い出です
※カヤックの中に飲み物やタオルも持ち込むことができるので、濡れても良いバッグなどが必要な人は持っていくと便利かもです！

It was a peaceful place where we could enjoy canoeing leisurely, and the color of the sea was truly beautiful and moving! It was also lucky that we saw a rainbow. My son was a bit down due to the heat, but he cheered up during the snorkeling tour and was fascinated by the underwater world while holding onto a float with me, who can't swim. We quickly got to see a sea turtle, which was amazing. The guide was very kind and took many photos for us, and I definitely want to participate again. One thing to note is that there isn't a place to change after the tour.

穏やかな所でゆったりカヌーを楽しめ海の色が本当にキレイで感動！虹が見えたこともラッキーでした。息子は暑さでややテンション下がっていましたが、シュノーケルツアーには機嫌も直り泳げない私と一緒に浮き輪？につかまりながら夢中で海の中を見ていました。ウミガメさんともすぐに会えたし最高です。ガイドのお兄さんもとても優しく写真もたくさん撮って頂けてぜひまた参加したいです。注意点としてはツアー後の着替える場所がない事かなぁと思います

I had a truly enjoyable half day! Until the day before, I couldn't believe I would actually go snorkeling, but it became a reality. I was a bit anxious since I was traveling alone, but I'm really glad I participated!

I would like to express my gratitude to our guide, Matsuura, for allowing us to have such a wonderful time. He worked hard to ensure the safety of the participants and to meet our expectations.

Additionally, he took many beautiful photos, and I was really moved when I saw the numerous pictures sent to me later. A sea turtle was swimming relaxed right next to me. Swimming in the ocean alongside the gracefully swimming turtle is a memory I will cherish for a lifetime.

The clownfish were adorable, and I felt that both the turtles and the fish were comfortable even with people around. A few days ago, I overcame my 10-year hiatus from driving and managed to drive a rental car to Shinjo Coast, which was a great decision.

本当に楽しい半日でした！
前日まで自分がほんとにシュノーケルするなんて信じられていなかったのに、それが現実になりました。一人旅でしたので不安があったのですが、参加して本当によかったです！

ニモたちも可愛くて、ここではカメも魚たちも、人がいても安心しているのだと感じました。

We canoed to the entrance of the cave and swam from there! It seems that this is the only cave in Miyako Island that faces the sea, and depending on the tide, it might not be accessible, so it was a truly wonderful experience! Thanks to our instructor, Mr. Iigou, who provided explanations and assisted us with great strength, we were able to enjoy the adventure and the excitement with peace of mind!

鍾乳洞の入り口までカヌーで、入り口からは泳ぎながら行きました！
入り口が海に面している鍾乳洞は宮古島でここだけらしく、潮位によっては行くことができないこともあるみたいなので、とても素敵な経験になりました！

We participated with my spouse and two others who were experiencing Miyako Island and SUP for the first time. We had hoped to join the Pumpkin Cave tour, but due to weather and sea conditions, it was canceled, and we were quickly switched to SUP instead.

The person in charge was Yuuri-kun, who was fluent in English and had a bit of a Kansai dialect. He provided thorough instruction for those new to SUP, and my two friends said they had a great time.

Although the weather wasn't ideal, it was a very enjoyable tour. Thank you! ♬

I participated in SUP, snorkeling, and the Pumpkin Cave. They explained each activity in detail, allowing me to have various conversations and experiences! It was really fun.

They tried to help us see sea turtles while checking the ocean conditions, but unfortunately, we couldn't see any due to the weather being a bit off. I would like to try again!

I made a reservation thinking there would be a shuttle service, but there wasn't, so I think it's better to have a rental car. They contact you the day before with necessary information, so I recommend researching online and preparing your belongings!

Overall, it was a fun experience, so I'm happy. Thank you!

I had my first stand-up paddleboarding experience in my life! They taught me how to ride and gave me tips, and I was able to stand up and paddle right away!

Imugya Marine Garden is also a really beautiful place, and it became a great memory!

The drone footage and editing were also incredibly high quality, and I was amazed!

On the day of the experience, the weather was bad, and while we were on our way to the location, I thought it might be canceled due to the downpour. However, perhaps due to the island's unique weather changes, the rain stopped by the time we were set to begin. Although it was cloudy, the water was incredibly beautiful! We were told there was a 50% chance of seeing sea turtles, and I was thrilled to encounter a wild sea turtle. The tour guide made bubble rings for us, and we got some amazing photos. It was also my first time trying stand-up paddleboarding, and the female guide was very attentive and taught us carefully. Listening to her, it was clear how much she loves Miyako Island, and it made me want to visit again for sure.

体験当日は天候が悪く体験場所に向かってる途中もスコールで今回は中止になるかなと思ってました。でも島特有の天候が変わりやすさが影響したのか私たちが体験する時間には雨が上がり雲は多かったですが海の中はとても綺麗でした！！ウミガメも50%の確率で会えると言われてましたが野生のウミガメに会えて感動でした。ツアーガイドのお兄さんがバブルリングを作ってくれ素晴らしい写真を撮ってもらいました。supも初めて体験させてもらいましたが、丁寧に教えて頂き気配り上手な女性ガイドさんでした。話を聞いてると本当に宮古島が好きな事が伝わってきてまた必ず行きたいなと思わせて頂きました。

The clear sea is filled with many fish, making it feel like swimming inside an aquarium. Although it was difficult to find a sea turtle, our wonderful guide, "Nogi-chan," persistently searched for one, and we were able to have an emotional encounter. They also sent us many photos and videos, making it a very satisfying tour.

I had a snorkeling experience at Shigira Beach. The sea was incredibly beautiful and clear, and I could see many fish and corals. I was also able to take pictures with a sea turtle, which made me very satisfied. The staff were kind and great at taking photos, which was the best part.

シギラビーチでシュノーケリング体験をしました。すごく綺麗で透き通った海で、魚やサンゴがたくさん見えました。ウミガメとも写真をとることができて、とても満足です。スタッフさんが優しくて、写真撮るのが上手くて最高でした。

My first experience with a transparent kayak was something I was looking forward to. The weather was great on the day, and it was wonderful to enjoy the fish and coral while being rocked by the waves on the beautiful sea. You can see clearly underwater from the transparent kayak. Also, looking up, the views of the sky and the islands were beautiful, allowing me to fully enjoy nature. The finished drone footage was even more amazing than I had imagined, and my wife was delighted. It made for a great souvenir.

Additionally, the staff were kind and attentive, making it a安心して利用できました. Thank you very much!

透明なカヤックは初めての体験で楽しみにしておりました。当日は天気も良く、綺麗な海の上で波に揺られながら魚やサンゴを楽しめ最高でした。透明なカヤックからは海の中がよく見えます。また、上を見上げれば空や島の景色も美しく、大自然を存分に満喫できました。出来上がりのドローン映像は想像以上に素晴らしく、妻も喜んでいました。良いお土産になりました。

We participated as a family of four.
The weather was great, and drone filming was allowed!
While there were moments when it was a bit challenging to line up all four of us for the filming on the SUP, it was easy to ride, and we thoroughly enjoyed the views of the underwater scenery through the clear SUP.
The location was wonderful, with calm waters, high transparency, and dynamic coral reefs.
Right after we finished, they sent us all the images taken with the drone and smartphones, and they even edited a short video with music.
Thank you for creating such a wonderful video in a short time.

SUPは、撮影のため４人並んだりする時に、やや思うようにいかない事もありましたが、簡単に乗れて、クリアSUPから海の中の景色を存分に楽しめました。
穏やかで、透明度が高く、珊瑚礁もダイナミックで、場所がとてもよかったです。
終わるとすぐにドローンやスマホで撮ったすべての画像を送っていただき、
音楽付きのショート動画も編集されていました。

The service that edits videos shot with a drone was very good. The staff were also very kind and responded carefully. Additionally, they took a lot of photos, so I have many great memories. However, I was disappointed that the number of fish was fewer than I had expected. Furthermore, the boat was covered in scratches, making it difficult to see underwater, so it might not be suitable for those who want to show fish to their children. Overall, I was satisfied with the staff's service, but I would appreciate a few improvements.

ドローンで撮影した動画を編集してもらえるサービスがとても良かったです。スタッフの方々も非常に親切で、丁寧に対応してくれました。また、写真をたくさん撮影してくれたので、良い思い出がたくさん残りました。しかし、魚の数は期待していたよりも少なかったのが残念でした。さらに、ボートが傷だらけで、水中の様子がほとんど見えなかったため、子供に魚を見せたいと考えている方には少し不向きかもしれません。全体的には、スタッフの対応やサービスに満足しましたが、もう少し改善があれば嬉しいです。

The sea was beautiful, and I had a great time being guided to spots where there were fish. The drone footage and photos were surprisingly beautiful, with great quality, making for wonderful memories.

Since it's a transparent kayak, it's easy to see underwater, and I highly recommend it.

This was my first visit to Miyako Island, and while planning a packed 2-night, 3-day itinerary, one of the activities I absolutely wanted to do was the "Sea Turtle Snorkeling Tour." I managed to fit it in on the last day of my trip, but I was anxious about whether I would get to see a sea turtle and take photos with one.

There were a total of seven participants in the tour, divided into two groups of four and three, and our guide, Matsuura, provided detailed explanations about the ecology of sea turtles and about Miyako Island and Shinjo Beach on the way to the beach.

Once at the beach, we received careful instructions on how to handle the masks and fins before heading into the water. Luckily, within just about five minutes, we were able to spot a sea turtle, and Matsuura took several photos while considering the angles.

We were also guided to the coral reefs offshore, where we saw beautiful corals and colorful fish that inhabit the area. Matsuura was aware of the spot for clownfish, and we were able to capture some lovely photos there as well.

Throughout the snorkeling, Matsuura was attentive to the well-being of the three of us, checking in and providing breaks as needed. Our guide, Matsuura, was kind and ensured our safety with meticulous attention, providing us with a wonderful experience. It was a very satisfying tour and created great memories. Thank you very much!

However, I'm not sure about the "Professional Photographer Shooting" mentioned in the tour title. I did receive a lot of photos—39 in total—sent via LINE, all for free. Regarding the schedule's note about "changing rooms and showers available," these are not facilities provided by the tour but rather public ones located at the beach.

宮古島は初めての訪問で、欲張りな２泊３日の行程を組む中、「ウミガメシュノーケリングツアー」はどうしても実現したいものの１つでした。なんとか、旅の最終日に入れたのですが、ウミガメに会えるのか、一緒に撮影できるのか不安でした。
合計で７名のツアー参加者でしたが、４人と、私たちの３人の２組に分かれ、私たちの担当ガイドの松浦さんは、ビーチに行くまでの間に、ウミガメの生態、宮古島や新城海岸について詳しく説明してくださりました。
また、ビーチでは改めて、マスクやフィンの扱いをていねいに教わり、海中へ。
運がいいのか、ほんの５分くらいでウミガメを見つけることができ、アングルも考えて、何枚も写真を撮影してくださりました。
沖のサンゴ礁へも案内してください、きれいなサンゴやそこに住む色とりどりの魚も見せていただきました。
カクレクマノミのスポットも把握されており、きれいに写真に収めることもできました。
また、海中では常に３人の体調を意識してくださり、お声掛けや、適宜の休憩も入れてくださりました。
担当ガイドの松浦さんが、親切にそして安全にきめ細かく案内して下さり、楽しい時間を提供して下さいました。大満足のツアーとなり、とてもいい思い出となりました。本当にありがとうございました。

しかし、ツアータイトルにある「プロカメラマン撮影」はどうかわかりません。
「撮影データ全て無料」は３９枚ものたくさんの写真をLINEでいただけました。
スケジュールにある「更衣室・シャワーの用意がございます」は、施設のあるのではなく、海岸にある公共のものです。

I had a clear kayak experience at Imugya Marine Garden in early September. The sea, fish, and coral were incredibly beautiful, making it the best kayaking experience! Since the bay is calm, there was no worry about waves, and even though we were feeling a bit drained from the summer heat, we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. I think people of all ages, from children to energetic adults, can have a great time.

As for the flow of the experience, they contact you the day before to inform you of the best weather and conditions for the activity. On the day, you gather for check-in, put on a life jacket, practice paddling a bit, and then head out on the kayak. In the first half, you move out to sea while searching for beautiful corals and fish with explanations from the instructor. After that, you take turns with drone photography, and in the second half, you can freely explore the area from offshore to within the marine garden.

Personally, I thought the following two points were excellent:
1. The drone photography and videography were amazing. It’s guaranteed to create unforgettable memories.
2. The experience plan is flexible, allowing for guided exploration of the marine environment in the first half and free exploration in the second half.

Definitely a great way to create wonderful memories in Miyako Island!

9月初めにイムギャーマリンガーデンにてクリアカヤック体験させてもらいました。
海も魚も珊瑚もものすごく綺麗で、最高のカヤック体験ができます！
湾内のため波も穏やかで体力の心配もなく、夏バテ中の私たちでもしっかり楽しめました。
子どもからパワフルなメンズまで幅広く楽しめると思います。

体験の流れですが、
当日ベストな天候・状態であろう体験場所を前日に連絡してもらうスタイルです。
当日集合すると受付し、その後ライフジャケットを着て、少し漕ぐ練習をしてからいざカヤックへ。
前半はインストラクターさん解説付きの綺麗なサンゴや魚を探しつつ沖合まで移動。
その後ドローン撮影を順番にしてもらいながら、後半は沖合〜マリンガーデン内を自由に散策できました。

個人的には下記2点が大変良かったと思います。
①ドローンでの写真/動画撮影がすごい。最高の思い出間違いなし。
②前半は一緒に生物環境のことをガイドもらいつつ後半は自由に散策できる、融通の利く体験プラン。

It was my first time on Miyako Island, and I joined this tour on my last day here. I was amazed by all the marine life and finally saw a sea turtle. The kayaking tour was so fun! As the only Taiwanese tourist, I was paired with my coach. He was very considerate and kind. Even though I couldn’t speak or understand Japanese, he did his best to guide me and provide information about the tour. Highly recommended for anyone interested in this outdoor adventure! By the way, the pumpkin cave was so much fun!
