This was my first time in Miyako Island, so I wanted to enjoy the sea as much as possible, and I signed up for two experiences: SAP and snorkeling. Both my husband and I are just before our sixties, so we had some concerns, but we went ahead and booked. We didn't know the experience locations until the day before, but that made it exciting to find out where we would be going.

The day before, we were informed that SAP would be at Ingyā Bay and snorkeling would be at Shigira Beach. For SAP, we were taught the basics in the calm bay, and by the end, we were able to paddle while standing. Balancing on the board was challenging, but even as beginners, we had a great time!

After that, we moved to Shigira Beach for snorkeling. They provided us with wetsuits, masks, and fins, and we thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful Miyako Blue sea, swimming among the fish and coral. Unfortunately, we didn't see any sea turtles, but the underwater world felt like a different realm, making it an unforgettable experience.

The staff who taught us were very polite and provided excellent support. We also got some wonderful photos taken. Thank you to all the staff! I definitely want to come back to Miyako Island again.

今回初めての宮古島でしたので、できるだけ海を楽しもうということで、SAPとシュノーケル体験を二つ申し込みました。
夫婦二人共還暦前なので若干不安もありましたが、勢いで申し込みました。
前日にならないと体験場所がわかりませんでしたが、逆に何処なのか楽しみでもありました。
前日に連絡がありSAPはインギャーの入江、シュノーケルはシギラビーチとなりました。
まず初めてのSAPでしたが、穏やかな入江で基礎から教えてもらい、最後は立って漕ぐことができました。ボードの上でのバランスが難しいですが、初めてでも十分に楽しめました！
その後場所をシギラビーチに移しシュノーケルをしました。ウエットスーツとマスク類や足ヒレなども準備してもらいシギラの宮古島ブルーのとてもきれいな海で魚や珊瑚を存分に楽しみました。
残念ながらウミガメには会えなかったですが、別世界のような海は忘れることができないくらい最高の体験でした。
教えてもらったスタッフも丁寧で親切なサポートがとても良かったです。
素敵な写真も撮ってもらえました。
スタッフの皆様有り難うございました。
また宮古島に絶対来たくなりますよ。

I encountered a sea turtle right after I started swimming! Our very kind guide, Matsuura, said, "I'll look for more!" and we were able to meet four sea turtles together. We took many photos from various angles, the sea was clear, and there were plenty of fish. This was the most enjoyable snorkeling experience I've ever had! I used this service on the last day of my trip to Miyako Island, and it became the perfect memory to wrap up my travels. I highly recommend it!! Thank you, Matsuura! (^o^)

I participated with three friends! The weather was great, and snorkeling was incredibly refreshing! We even got to see a sea turtle up close, and it was so cute (*´˘`*)♡ During the tour, they taught us about the ecology of sea turtles and clownfish, and even helped us with lunch recommendations afterward, which made the conversation really enjoyable! I wanted to go snorkeling with sea turtles but wasn't sure where to book it, so I searched online. Since it was for the next day, I thought it might be too late, but when I called, they were incredibly polite and kind, and I decided to go with them. I was so impressed by their friendliness that I could immediately say, "This is the place!"

On the day of the tour, I was excited and a bit nervous about who would be guiding us, and then a super friendly guide named Hikaru arrived. His explanations were thorough and easy to understand. As soon as we reached the spot, we encountered turtles right away, and I couldn't believe how close we could swim to them! I took photos while swimming near the turtles and was truly moved by the experience.

Even though it's only been a week since I returned, I'm already thinking about wanting to join Hikaru's tour again next year. When I spotted Hikaru waving at the meeting point, I felt a rush of excitement for the sea turtle snorkeling tour. We encountered a total of four turtles.

海亀シュノーケルがしたいが何処にお願いしたら良いものかと思いながらネットで検索し、翌日の事なのであかんかなぁーと思いながら電話をしたらとっても丁寧で親切に対応して頂きお世話になる事を決めました。あっここに決めたと即答できるくらいめっちゃ親切でした。当日現場に行きまたまたどんな人が来てくれるのかとドキドキしてたらこれまためちゃくちゃ親切な光くんが来てくれました。

I visited Miyako Island for the first time. I was impressed by the beauty of the contrast between the sea's light blue, blue, and purple colors. I wanted to dive into that sea, so I looked for snorkeling options. Among many choices, I selected one based on reviews. They had warm showers, and they provided shampoo, conditioner, and body soap! That was a big help. The staff carefully explained the precautions for the sea and how to use the equipment, so even beginners can feel at ease. It took about 15 to 20 minutes by car from the shop to reach the site. Once we got out of the car, the sea was just a stone's throw away, and we swam to a spot where we could meet the sea turtles. Along the way, I saw many corals and beautiful fish swimming around. When I encountered a sea turtle, I was so happy \( ˆωˆ )/ Watching it munch on food and pop its head up for air was incredibly cute~♡ I got so excited that on the way back, the staff helped pull my husband and me back with a kickboard while we swam.
"Mayu-san!" Thank you so much for your help this time. Thanks to you, I have come to love snorkeling. My husband will turn 60 next year, but this experience has given him confidence, so we definitely want to come back next year (*^^*)

スタッフの｢まゆさん！｣この度は、本当にお世話になりました。おかげさまでシュノーケルが大好きになりました。主人は来年60歳ですが今回の体験で自信がついたので是非、来年も来たいと思います(*^^*)

This time, I had the opportunity to experience clear kayaking for the first time as a memory of my honeymoon. I was filled with anxiety and tension about whether I could paddle well, but thanks to the thorough explanations and support for getting in and out, I was able to enjoy it without worrying about capsizing.

Perhaps because I wasn't used to it, I struggled to move as I had imagined, and I had difficulty navigating to the drone filming location and turning. Along the way, I had some light contact with other people and rocks, but by using the oars and calmly distancing myself slowly, I was able to avoid any accidents.

Fortunately, the weather was great, and I was able to see many small fish in the water. Coincidentally, the time I experienced was during low tide, and it was nice to be able to get close to many fish and creatures at the tide pool spot near the rocks.

At the end, I received the footage taken by the drone, and I was very satisfied with the wonderful results, realizing that it truly is a beautiful place, even more than what I could see with my own eyes. This time, I experienced it without any preparation, but I thought it would have been better to bring drinks, a hat, and band-aids.

今回、新婚旅行の思い出にと初めてクリアカヤックを体験させていただきました。うまく漕ぐことができるか不安と緊張でいっぱいでしたが丁寧な説明と乗り降りのサポートもあり、転覆の心配をすることもなく楽しく終えることが出来ました。
慣れないせいかなかなか思った通りに進まず、ドローンの撮影場所まで移動したり旋回に苦労しました。笑
途中、ほかの人や岩場と軽く接触することもありましたがオールを使ったり、落ち着いてゆっくり離れることで事故を回避することが出来ました。
幸いにも天気に恵まれ、海中の小魚たちをたくさん見ることができました。
たまたま体験した時間帯が干潮のタイミングだったのですが、途中岩場付近に降りて潮だまりのスポットでたくさんの魚や生き物を間近でみることが出来たのは良かったです。
最後にドローンで撮影していただいた映像をいただいたのですが、自分の目で見る以上に本当に素敵な場所なんだな、と思える良い仕上がりで大変に満足しています。
今回、何も準備せず手ぶらで体験したのですが、飲み物と帽子や絆創膏などの準備をしておけばよかったと思いました。

The guide was a very fun and kind person, and I enjoyed my first stand-up paddleboarding (SUP) experience more than enough! I was a bit anxious before starting, but before I knew it, everyone, including myself, was able to stand and paddle. You can lie down on the board or ride with friends to take photos together. The duration of the activity was just right, neither too short nor too long. The water was clear, and the sunset was beautiful, which made it very relaxing. It was a bit chilly in the evening, but I was comfortable in my long sleeves. They also took a lot of photos, creating the best memories!

ガイドのお兄さんがとても楽しい優しい方で、初めてのSUPでも十分すぎるくらい楽しめました！やる前は少し不安でしたが、あっという間に立って漕ぐことが私を含め、みなさんもできていました。板の上で寝っ転がったり、友達と一緒の板に乗り写真を撮れたりもできます。時間も短くも長くもなくちょうど良いです。水も澄んでいるし、夕日も綺麗なのでとてもリラックスできました。夕方は少し肌寒かったですが、長袖だったので快適でした。たくさん写真も撮ってくださり、最高の思い出になりました！！

On October 27, 2023 (Friday) from 9:00 AM to 10:15 AM, it was sunny with a temperature of 27°C. The tide was low after the full moon of the thirteenth night, creating the best conditions with calm waters.

The staff at Miyako Island Resort Sports were very kind and attentive, and I made wonderful memories. Thank you very much. During the activities, they took over thirty photos and seven or eight drone videos, so I didn't need to bring my GoPro or smartphone. Additionally, they created a one-and-a-half-minute story video from those images and videos and sent the data via LINE along with the original files, which was truly moving. It was my first time seeing ourselves in drone footage, making it a treasure of a video.

We participated as a group of three women. Some of us were experiencing SUP for the first time, and others were trying snorkeling for the first time, but the consensus was that it was "so much fun!" ☺️
The guide was very kind and attentive, making sure to engage everyone so that all participants could enjoy themselves. I felt completely at ease and was able to immerse myself in the activity thanks to their wonderful personality. ☺️
Since we gathered and dispersed at a parking lot near the beach, we had to arrange for showers, changing clothes, and lunch on our own. However, when we asked questions, they provided us with information about nearby cafes and facilities where we could take a bath, allowing us to make the most of our day without wasting any time! I highly recommend this tour! ♪

ビーチ近くの駐車場での集合&解散の為、シャワーや着替え、お昼ご飯等は当然各々で手配が必要でしたが、質問すると近隣のカフェ、お風呂に入れる施設などを教えて頂けたので時間にも無駄なく一日楽しみきることができました！おすすめのツアーさんです♪

I participated with three friends! We were so excited to see two sea turtles as soon as we entered the ocean! After that, we were taken to the point where we could see Nemo, and we lost track of time, completely absorbed in the experience. The baby Nemo was so cute! Thanks to our guide Yamachan, who is full of love for Miyako Island, I was able to enjoy the ocean safely with my friend, who is a bit afraid of the water, and I was really happy about that! They took a lot of photos for us, leaving us with great memories. Also, they shared many delicious restaurants and sightseeing spots, making our trip to Miyako Island incredibly fulfilling. On October 23rd, I went on a snorkeling experience with three friends. Our guide, Yamachan, was kind and fun, which made us feel safe while snorkeling. The explanations were thorough, and we were able to see sea turtles and various fish like Nemo, which made us very satisfied! Yamachan also checked in on our well-being throughout the experience, allowing us to snorkel safely. He shared the beauty of Miyako Island and recommended some great places, making the rest of our stay incredibly enjoyable thanks to him. When I visit Miyako Island again, I would love to join this tour!

I participated in the sunset SUP tour at Imugya Marine Garden. It was our arrival day, but the tour started at a convenient time of 5 PM, allowing us to enjoy the beautiful waters of Miyako right from the first day! Even though it had been a while since I last did SUP and there were challenging moments, the staff member Miu was very kind and taught us patiently. With the stunning sunset as a backdrop, we were able to take many wonderful photos, creating great memories! I was also happy that the photos were sent to us via LINE right after the experience.

While enjoying the SUP experience, it was really fun to chat about recommended izakayas in Miyako and local stories. I definitely want to do this again next time!

sup体験をしながら、宮古島のおすすめの居酒屋さんや地元の話など、色々と楽しくお話しできたのもとても楽しかったです。ぜひ次回もお願いしたいです！

I had a reservation for Sunset but changed it to Sunrise and experienced it. Unfortunately, due to the weather, I couldn't see the sunrise, but since there was only one other participant, I was able to have the guide all to myself and enjoy my first SUP without any anxiety! Although we were in the bay due to the wind conditions, I was able to see many fish swimming, which was fun.

It was my first time trying stand-up paddleboarding and snorkeling, and the instructor's explanations were easy to understand, making it a lot of fun!

It was great to be able to play at two different beaches. The food at the restaurant they recommended was delicious!

It's a natural occurrence, but I was disappointed not to see a sea turtle. However, I was thrilled to encounter other fish and clownfish!

I was able to swim with sea turtles for the first time! They were friendly, and I could touch them and get close, even see them breathe. I also saw Nemo, and I thoroughly enjoyed the waters of Miyako Island! The staff provided attentive guidance and allowed for just the right amount of free time. I would have loved to participate longer, but I had a great time spending about an hour in the water! Shinjo Beach is the best! 😊

On the day of the event, you kindly took care of our belongings and provided guidance on safety and how to enjoy stand-up paddleboarding (SUP). My first time in Miyako Island and my first time doing SUP was so much fun. Due to poor sea conditions, the location was changed to Imugya Marine Garden, but I was able to see the beautiful sunset sinking behind the hills, which was very mystical. The instructor, Shoji, taught us accurately, and I was able to stand up easily. There were four of us in two groups, and nobody fell into the water; we even lay on our backs and enjoyed a relaxing time. I definitely want to do it again the next time I come to Miyako Island. I was relieved to receive detailed information about what to bring in advance, which helped me prepare for the day. Additionally, the instructor provided thorough explanations before we started, making everything very easy to understand. We did this at Imugya Marine Garden, and I enjoyed every bit of it! Above all, the instructor took many wonderful photos and adjusted to our pace, which was great! The drone photography was included in the price, and on top of that, they created a fantastic video, making it a memorable experience! I had a great time on my first stand-up paddleboarding (SUP)! 楽しかった初めてのSUP！

We challenged ourselves to our first SUP as a couple. The day before, even though it was difficult to get in touch, we received multiple communications regarding participation and the meeting place, which made us feel at ease on the day of the event.

They provided detailed instructions on how to ride the SUP, where to kneel, and where it was safe to stand, so we were able to stabilize ourselves much quicker than we expected, and it became enjoyable right away.

At the point where we could see fish, we were able to see them much closer than we had imagined, right under our feet through the clear SUP, which was quite moving and exciting. I think this is something unique to the clear boards!

We moved to various locations for practice, and for the last 20 minutes, we were free to explore on our own. They shared a lot of images and videos taken during the experience, which made us very happy! Additionally, they created a highlight video that was truly wonderful, and we were very impressed!

As participants in the middle age group, it was an activity that we could enjoy without any strain. I quickly recommended it to our children and friends. If we have the opportunity to visit again, we would love to use this service!

夫婦で初めてのSUPに挑戦しました。
前日、こちらが連絡が取りにくい状態なところ何度もご連絡をいただき参加について集合場所などお知らせいただき当日安心して向かえました。
かなり細かくSUPの乗り方や膝立ちで扱う場所、立っていい場所等を教えていただいたので思ったより早く安定して乗れるようになり、すぐに楽しくなりました。
お魚のいるポイントでは思っていた以上に近くでたくさんクリアSUP越しに見れて、まさにすぐ足の下にお魚がいる状態でかなり感動＆興奮しました。
これはクリアならでは！！だと思います。
いろいろな箇所へ練習がてら移動し、最後の20分くらいは自分たちでフリーに好きな場所を回りました。
体験が終わる体験中に撮影してくれた画像や動画をシェアしてくれましたがとてもたくさんありうれしかったです！さらにはダイジェスト動画を作成してくれていてそれがとても素晴らしくて大感激でした！

ミドル世代での参加でしたが無理なく楽しめるアクティビティでした。
子どもたちや友人にも早速すすめました。
また訪れる機会があったら利用したいです！

We participated as a couple on Sunday afternoon. It was our first time in Miyako Island, and although we were worried about the weather, it turned out to be brilliantly sunny despite the cloudy skies. Since we were the only participants, the drone footage made it feel like a private beach! We were able to see many beautiful fish, including the clownfish and possibly the blue damselfish, and the clear kayak allowed us to see underwater like through a magnifying glass. 日曜日の午後夫婦で参加させて貰いました。
初めての宮古島でお天気も心配でしたが、雲優勢の空から眩しいくらいの晴れに☀️
参加したのが私たちだけでドローン撮影の映像もまるでプライベートビーチの様！
カクレクマノミやルリスズメダイ？と美しい魚もたくさん見られクリアーカヤックなので箱メガネ的に海中の様子がよく見えましたよ。
1時間半はあっという間でした。
最後にたくさん撮っていただいたドローン映像や動画写真のダイジェストを送っていただきその場で感動が‼️素敵な思い出になりました。
お陰様で憧れだった宮古ブルーの海を満喫できました、有難う御座いました‼️

This was the most thorough snorkeling tour I've participated in so far, with detailed lectures. During the ride to the coast, the instructor provided explanations about nearby gourmet spots and scenery, making for a wonderful experience.

I was truly able to see turtles, and I got many beautiful photos taken with a GoPro, creating great memories. There were also pictures taken with the turtles and with my companions.

As soon as we entered the water, we were able to see fish and turtles together. It was adorable to see the turtles taking breaths at the surface up close. I would definitely like to use this service again the next time I visit Miyako Island.

今まで参加したシュノーケリングツアーの中で、一番レクチャーなど丁寧でした。海岸までのご送迎の間にも、近くのグルメや景色の説明などしていただき、凄くいいインストラクターさんでした。
本当に亀に会うことができ、GoProで素敵な写真もたくさん撮っていただいて
とてもいい思い出になりました。亀と一緒に写っているものや、同伴者との写真も撮って頂けました。

海に入ってすぐ会う事ができ、
魚と亀が一緒に居るところも、見ることができました。亀が海上での息継ぎをするシーンも近くで見れて、とても可愛かったです。
次回また宮古島に行く際は、ぜひ再度利用させて頂きたいです。

This was my second time in Miyako. This time, my sixth-grade daughter joined me for her first snorkeling tour.

Right from the start, we encountered a sea turtle, and I was so moved by its cuteness! We got to see it eating seaweed up close and taking breaths, which was just adorable. While we were moving around, I think we saw the same turtle a couple of times, but I believe we encountered two or three different ones! After seeing the sea turtle, we went to look at the fish✨. At the very end, we even got to see Nemo (the guide called it that too, haha), which was even more touching.

Neither my daughter nor I are strong swimmers, so we were a bit anxious, but the area was shallow enough to stand, so we could experience it safely. Before we knew it, we were engrossed in snorkeling for over an hour✨.

The guide was very attentive and kind, providing reassurance throughout the tour and sharing a lot about the charm of Miyako Island's sea, which made me think, "I'm so glad I came!" Also, just as the guide mentioned, "Today's visibility is amazing!" the photos turned out really beautiful and became the best memories⭐️. (The guide took multiple shots from different angles, showing a great attention to detail✨).

I've been to Okinawa many times, but I've completely fallen in love with Miyako Blue. I definitely want to participate again!

2度目の宮古。今回は小6の娘も一緒に
初めてのシュノーケルツアーに参加。

開始早々に海ガメに１匹遭遇して、
もうそのかわいさに感動でしたっ!
間近で海藻？を食べている様子や
息継ぎしてる姿を見ることができて悶絶.笑
移動しながらだったので同じカメもいたと思いますが
2、3匹に会えたとおもいます！
海ガメをみたあとは、お魚さんたちを見に✨
最後の最後でニモ（ガイドさんもそう呼んでました・笑）にも会えたのがさらに感動ものでしたっ。

私も含め泳ぎは得意でなく不安もありましたが
浅瀬で足がつくくらいの場所なので
安心して体験でき、気づけば1時間以上、
シュノーケルに夢中になっていました✨

ガイドさんとっても丁寧で優しく、
ツアー中の声かけが安心感を与えてくれたり、
宮古島の海の魅力をたくさん話してくださり、
来て良かったー！と改めて思いました!
また「今日の透明度やばいです！」と仰ってたとおり、
写真もほんとキレイで最高の思い出になりました⭐️
（写真撮る時も角度変えながら何回もシャッター切ってくれて、こだわりを感じました✨）

沖縄は何度も来ていますが、
すっかり宮古ブルーの虜になりました。
また参加したいと思います！
