Since a typhoon was approaching, it was uncertain whether we would be able to see the sunset, but we were able to witness a beautiful sunset over Irabu Island.

On the day of the tour, due to the typhoon's influence, we progressed along a canoe-only route for a while before turning back to head out to sea.

The guide was very friendly and attentive, allowing us to enjoy the tour with peace of mind! Thank you very much.

台風が接近していたので、
夕日を観れるかみれないかという状況でしたが、
伊良部島に沈むとても綺麗な夕日を観れました。

当日は台風の影響もあり、
夕日が出るまではカヌー専用ルートをしばらく進み、
折り返して海に出るようなコースでした。

ガイドの方もとても気さくで丁寧に引率くださり、
安心してツアーを楽しむことができました！

We participated in this trip as a family with children. I was a bit anxious since we weren't used to the ocean, but the staff guided us carefully, allowing us to swim with peace of mind! Additionally, my fifth-grade child got seasick, but the staff responded flexibly, and in the end, our whole family was able to take pictures with a sea turtle! I was able to meet a sea turtle this time! After entering the sea and receiving a brief lecture, we set off right away. I was able to see the sea turtle sooner than I expected (about 15 minutes after entering the water). It seemed to be accustomed to humans, allowing us to observe it slowly. It even came closer when we approached. Our guide, Kometchi, was lively and friendly, which was great. I was a bit anxious because I had experienced seasickness while snorkeling before, but he reassured me, saying, "Don't worry. If it seems like you're not okay, I'll take you back to land." Since I was able to see the sea turtle, I was allowed to return after about half the scheduled time. He took me back to shore and said, "Don't worry, I'll make sure you get back safely," which I really appreciated. It was a kind gesture, and it became a wonderful memory.

(This time, it was a tour of the morning market at Shinjo Coast, but the parking lot was very crowded. I was able to park because it was the morning market, but arriving early is essential.)

今回ウミガメに会えました!
海に入り簡単なレクチャーを受けてすぐに出発。思っていたよりはすぐにウミガメに会えました(海に入り15分位)。人間に慣れているのかゆっくり見られます。近付いても来てくれます。担当のコメッチさんは元気で気さくな配慮のある人で良かったです。私はシュノーケリングで海酔いした経験もあるので不安でしたが「大丈夫。ダメそうだったら途中で陸まで送り届けます」と言ってくれて出発。ウミガメに会えたので予定の半分位の時間で私だけ引き返させてもらいました。陸まで送り届けてもらい「お子さん、ちゃんと見ますね」と言ってくれ、とてもありがたかったです。親切な対応でとても良い思い出になりました。
(今回は新城海岸の朝市のツアーでしたが駐車場がとても混んでいます。私は朝市なので停められましたが。早目の行動が必須です。)

The instructor was a kind young man, and even though we were clumsy, we were able to experience it without any anxiety! I was surprised that he took dozens of photos for us. I was also happy that he shared some interesting trivia! I was very satisfied. If there’s another opportunity, I would love to ask for his help again!

We participated as a family of four, including a fifth-grade boy and a third-grade girl.
We saw turtles! They were munching on seaweed up close and coming up to the surface for air!
We also got to see many beautiful fish! There were clownfish, and they were so cute!
The guide was a kind young man who explained everything clearly and thoroughly about the sea turtles, corals, and Miyako Island, and he was very considerate towards the children, making the time spent outside of snorkeling very enjoyable as well.
I think even those who aren't used to swimming will be fine in the shallow waters. For those who still feel unsure, the guide reassured us by saying, "I'll pull you with a float!"
Also, during snorkeling, my daughter complained about her head and eyes hurting from the unfamiliar goggles, but the guide kindly adjusted them and gently encouraged her to take it easy, which helped her persevere until the end.

We were honestly surprised by how many photos of the turtles, corals, and fish we received. They were all beautifully taken!
I usually don't write reviews, but I hope this can serve as a reference for others considering snorkeling.
The guides were so great that I felt comfortable leaving everything in their hands!
Our whole family was very satisfied, and it became a wonderful memory!
If we go to Miyako Island again, we would definitely like to request this again. Thank you so much!

小5年男子、小3女子含む4人家族で参加させて頂きました。
カメさんいました！間近で海藻バクバク食べてたし、息するのに海面から顔出して息継ぎするし！！
たくさんのキレイな魚も見れました！クマノミもいてかわいかったです！
ガイドの方は優しいお兄さんで、ウミガメのことはもちろん珊瑚のこと、宮古島のことなど終始わかりやすく丁寧に説明してくださり、子供達にも優しく気遣ってくれてシュノーケル以外の時間もとても楽しく過ごすことができました。
思ってたより浅瀬で泳ぎになれない方でも大丈夫かと思います。それでも自信ない方はガイドの方が「浮き輪で引っ張りますよー」って声かけてくださるので安心ですよ！
また、シュノーケル途中でうちの娘が慣れないゴーグルで頭が痛い、目が痛いなど訴えてしまいましたが、ガイドの方が丁寧に調整してくれたり「無理しないで」と優しく声掛け接してくれたおかげで娘も最後までがんばれました。

写真もウミガメとの写真、珊瑚や魚たちの写真をすごくたくさん送っていただき正直驚きました。もちろんキレイに写ってます！
普段は体験談など書かないのですが、、シュノーケル考えている他の方への参考になればと思います。
それに書きたくなるぐらいとても良い感じの兄さん達なので安心して任せられます！
家族全員とても満足で、とてもいい思い出となりました！！

I had a chronic illness and had given up on snorkeling and diving, but I wanted to try an activity that allowed me to look into the ocean, so I took the plunge. The breeze was pleasant, and I was very satisfied to see the corals and fish. The staff were kind and took a lot of photos for me. The finished video was of higher quality than I had imagined and became a wonderful memory. I received it right away and sent it to friends and family, and they were delighted.

The pedal SUP was more challenging than canoeing, but I managed to do it. I felt that the pedal brake for the SUP had some inconsistencies, so I hope that gets improved. Overall, I was able to enjoy the tour smoothly and leisurely without any troubles, and I’m really glad I went! I highly recommend it! ♪

持病があり、シュノーケリングやダイビングは諦めていましたが、海のなかをのぞいてみるアクティビティがしたくて、挑戦。
風も気持ちよく、サンゴやお魚もみれて大満足でした。
スタッフの人は優しく、写真もたくさん撮ってくれました。
出来上がった動画は想像よりクオリティ高く、思い出になりました。すぐにもらえたので、友人・実家等まわりに送って、喜んでもらえました。
ペダルSUPはカヌーより難しかったですが、なんとかできました。
SUPのペダルブレーキだけ、少し調子に左右バラツキがありそこだけ改善されるといいなと感じました。
が、概してトラブルなくスムーズかつゆったりと楽しむことができ、ツアーに行ってほんとうに良かったです！おすすめします♪

I was able to see four sea turtles, took a lot of photos, and the guide's stories were interesting! They also made sure to give us enough time to practice, so everything went smoothly!

ウミガメ4匹も見れたし、写真も沢山取れたし、ガイドさんのお話も面白かった！しっかり練習する時間とかも取ってくれたので特に問題なく行けました！

There were about five groups of participants, and two guides were assigned to us. With their solid support, we were able to enjoy our experience.

While listening to the guide's entertaining stories, I swam from Shinjō Beach through the shallows and was able to say hello to a sea turtle right away! Not just one, but several turtles, and I was healed by their leisurely pace as they ate seaweed! The guide took many wonderful photos for me! The day before, I received a call informing me that the location had changed from Yonaha Maehama to Imugya Marine Garden. I was looking forward to Yonaha Maehama, but I was glad that Imugya is a safe bay where children can also enjoy themselves, especially since I am not very familiar with marine activities. It was the first day of a three-day weekend, but I arrived at the free parking lot around 10:20 and was able to park. When I went kayaking, I only brought my smartphone and a bottle of water. They kindly lent me a waterproof case for my smartphone, which was very helpful. The staff will take care of other belongings, but I think it's best to leave unnecessary items (like valuables) in the car. The staff carefully taught us how to handle the paddles, and the tour began. They pointed out spots with beautiful fish, and I was able to see Nemo right at my feet, so I was glad I chose the clear kayak. They also took photos along the way, and since the weather was nice that day, there were drone shots as well. After the tour, I received about 30 photos and drone videos via AirDrop right on the spot. They even created a highlight video with music, and I was impressed by the professional finish. I think this tour is quite a bargain for what you get. It became a wonderful memory on the last day of my trip to Miyako Island. Thank you very much!

前日にお電話があり、与那覇前浜からイムギャーマリンガーデンに変更になりました。与那覇前浜を楽しみにしていたのですが、イムギャーは子どもも楽しめるような安全な湾になっていて、マリンアクティビティに不慣れなため良かったと思いました。3連休初日でしたが、10:20頃に無料駐車場に着き停めることができました。カヤックに乗る際はスマホとペットボトルの飲み物だけ持ち込みました。スマホの防水ケースを貸してくださり助かりました。それ以外の荷物はスタッフさんが預かってくれますが、なるべく不要なもの(貴重品等)は車の中に置いていくのが良いと思います。スタッフさんがパドルの扱い方を丁寧に教えてくださり、ツアーが始まりました。綺麗なお魚がいるスポットを教えてくださり、足元からニモを見ることができクリアカヤックにしてよかったと思いました。途中途中で写真も撮ってくださり、この日は天気も良かったのでドローンでの撮影もありました。ツアー終了後、その場でエアドロップで写真30枚ほどとドローンの動画をいただきました。ツアーの総集編のような音楽入りの動画も作ってくださり、プロの仕上がりで感動しました。これでこのツアー料金はかなりお得だと思います。宮古島最終日に最高の思い出になりました。本当にありがとうございました。

I finally swam with sea turtles! I read in reviews that the free parking fills up quickly, so I arrived around 8:20 and just managed to park one car. The paid parking is 2000 yen for the day. I'm not a great swimmer; during my school swimming classes, I always ended up in the group that couldn't swim. However, the staff were very kind, saying, "If you get tired, just grab onto the float. I'll pull you." That made me feel at ease. Fortunately, with a life jacket and fins, I was able to glide through the water and enjoyed myself without needing to hold onto the float until the end! Shinjo Beach is shallow, so I could reach the seabed, which made it not scary at all. Along the way, I encountered a sea turtle that seemed used to people; it was very cute as it focused on its meal even when I got quite close. (Touching the sea turtles is prohibited.) The staff showed me photos saying, "This is how it looks right now," and the finished photos were fantastic. I'm really grateful for that. I immediately sent them to my family and friends. Not only did I see the sea turtles, but I also got to see beautiful fish, and I was very happy that they took pictures of the fish I thought were cute. Thank you very much. The staff were not only knowledgeable about sea turtles and the ocean but also kindly provided a list of recommended spots in Miyako Island via LINE at the end. Thank you for the wonderful memories!

念願だったウミガメと泳ぎました。口コミで無料駐車場がすぐ埋まるとあったので、8:20頃に着いてギリギリ1台停めれました。有料駐車場は1日2000円です。学生時代のプールの授業では毎回泳げないグループに入るほど、泳ぐのは苦手ですが、スタッフさんはとても親切で『しんどくなったら浮き輪に捕まってください。引っ張ります』とのことで安心でした。幸い、ライフジャケットとフィンですいすい進めたので、浮き輪に捕まらなくても最後まで楽しめました！新城海岸は浅くて、海底に手が届くくらいなので全然怖くなかったです。途中でウミガメに遭遇でき、人慣れしているようでかなり近づいても、ご飯タイムに集中していてとても可愛かったです。(ウミガメに触るのは禁止です) 写真も『今こんな感じに撮れてます』と見せてくださり、出来上がった写真も最高でした。本当に感謝です。さっそく家族や友人に送りました。ウミガメだけでなく、綺麗なお魚も見ることができ、私が可愛いと思っていたお魚の写真も撮ってくださっていてとても嬉しかったです。ありがとうございました。スタッフさんはウミガメや海のことだけでなく、最後に宮古島のオススメスポットを一覧にしてLINEで教えてくださり最後までとても親切にしていただきました。最高の思い出をありがとうございました！

Swimming with the sea turtles was amazing! I thought it would take time to find them and that we would have to go out to deeper waters, but they were just casually swimming in the shallow areas, eating seaweed, and they didn't run away even when we got close. I couldn't believe how close we could get! It was beyond my expectations. The coral reefs were beautiful, and I wanted to keep diving there. The guide was incredibly kind, which made me feel at ease. I received many beautifully taken photos, creating wonderful memories of my time in Miyako Island. I want to come back again!

When I looked down in the transparent kayak, I could see lots of coral and fish. It was amazing to enjoy activities in such a beautiful sea even while pregnant! Also, they gave us many videos and photos afterward, which made for great memories.

The explanations were very friendly and easy to understand. During the transfer to the beach, the guide casually talked to all the participants about delicious restaurants, allowing us to enjoy our time even outside of snorkeling. The explanations during snorkeling were also clear. They sent us about 60 to 70 photos, including pictures with sea turtles and of the coral and fish underwater. They turned out beautifully and became precious memories. I would love to request their services again when I visit Miyako Island. Thank you very much!!

It was my first time snorkeling, and I received thorough instruction. Additionally, I was given recommendations for great restaurants, making the time outside of snorkeling enjoyable as well.

During snorkeling, I was able to get so close to the turtles that I couldn't believe it!

The wind was strong, and we couldn't go to the main location, but we were taken to another point. They kindly informed us of this the day before. The guide was very friendly and took many photos for us. Of course, I wanted to see the best sunset at the main location, but I was satisfied because it was fun. Also, since it was a less crowded place, we were able to spend a relaxing time. Since we came from Hokkaido, it might have been too harsh during the day due to the strong sunlight. The evening was just right.

風が強く、メインの場所には行くことができませんでしたが、別のポイントに連れて行ってもらえました。
きちんと前日にその旨ご連絡いただきました。
ガイドの方はとても親切で、沢山写真を撮ってくださいました。
もちろんメインの場所で最高の夕日を見たかったですが、楽しかったので満足です。
そして人が少ない場所だったので、のんびりした時間を過ごせました。
北海道から行ったので日中だと日差しが強すぎてしんどかったかもしれません。
夕方でちょうどよかったです。

I was able to swim with many sea turtles. I was very satisfied to see fish and coral as well. They took and sent me many beautiful photos. They said, "If there are any fish you want us to take pictures of, just let us know," so I took them up on their offer and had them take various shots. There were children in the same group, and they were very kind to adjust the pace for everyone. I personally didn't mind, but the bright yellow fins weren't particularly stylish, so if you're concerned about how the photos will turn out, it might be a good idea to check in advance. The beach itself was very crowded, and there was only a paid parking lot available for 2,000 yen. It might take some time to find a spot, so I think it's best to go with some extra time to spare. I thought it was "Shinjō" beach, but I panicked when I realized it was "Aragusuku" beach, so everyone should be careful.

同じグループにお子さんもいたのですが、ペースをそれぞれに合わせてくれてとても親切でした。
私は全く気にしませんが、真っ黄色のフィンで特におしゃれなものではなかったので、写真映えを気にされる方は事前に確認した方がいいかもしれません。
ビーチ自体すごく混雑していて、2,000円の有料駐車場しか空いていませんでした。停めるのにも時間がかかる場合がありそうなので、時間に余裕を持って行かれると良いと思います。
「しんじょう」海岸だと思っていたら「あらぐすく」海岸で場所を間違えたと思い焦ったので皆さんご注意を。

It had been 15 years since I last entered the sea or went snorkeling. I had a bit of trouble getting the gear to fit properly, but our guide Kana was kind enough to help adjust it and let me hold onto the board, so I was able to enjoy the beautiful sea and the fish without any worries. The explanations at each point were accurate, and I was thrilled when they took photos of us floating from below while we were free diving. We received many wonderful photos right there, which became great keepsakes. On the way back, I was able to quickly take a shower, change, and even do my makeup at the shop, leaving me feeling very satisfied as I returned to the hotel. If the opportunity arises, I would definitely like to be taken care of by Summer Resort again. Thank you, Kana!

海に入るのも、シュノーケルも15年ぶりでした。
ギアがなかなかフィットせず、少し困りましたが、ガイドのカナさんが親切に調整したり、ボードにつかまらせてくださったりしたので、不安なく、美しい海とお魚を堪能できました。各ポイントでの説明も的確で、素潜りして、下から、浮いている私たちを撮影してくださったのには感激しました。とても素晴らしい写真がその場でたくさん届いて、よい記念になりました。帰りもショップで素早くシャワー、着替え、お化粧まで済ませることができ、とても満ち足りた気持ちでホテルに帰れました。ご縁があれば、ぜひまたサマーリゾートさんにお世話になりたいです。カナさん、ありがとうございました。

First of all, the meeting place was hard to find! I waited in the hotel’s large parking lot for 15 minutes, but the guide didn’t arrive until just before the time. Also, I felt extremely uncomfortable when jokes about body shape were made in front of everyone. The limestone cave was wonderful, but that experience ruined the memory. I can't stand the guide who seems to think they can do whatever they want just because they came to work in Okinawa from the mainland.

まず、集合場所がわかりずらい！ホテルの広い駐車場で15分前から待ちましたがガイドは時間ぎりぎりまで来ません。そして、体形に関するジョークをみんなの前で言われて死ぬほど嫌な思いをしました。鍾乳洞は素晴らしかったけどその思い出が台無しになりました。沖縄に内地から働きにきて何しても自由と調子に乗ってるガイドが許せません。

As a woman in her 60s, I was a bit anxious about kayaking with my friend, but the friendly and cheerful staff made it a wonderful experience. The weather was clear, the sea was beautiful, and we even got to see coral and clownfish. They sent us clear photos and videos, which became great memories. Thank you very much! I swam with turtles at Shinjo Coast. They took a lot of photos and sent them all to me. They also guided us to the coral reefs. Most snorkeling tours have a restriction for those under 65, but here there was no age limit for seniors, so I participated. However, it's quite far from the accommodation, so if you're going alone, the round-trip taxi fare might be a bit painful.

新城海岸で亀と一緒に泳ぎました。写真もいっぱい撮ってもらって、全て送ってくれました。珊瑚礁の方にも案内してくれました。ほとんどのシュノーケルツアーが65歳以下の制限がありますが、ここはシニアの年齢制限なかったので、参加しました。ただ宿泊先からは遠いので、１人参加だと、往復のタクシーがちょっと痛いかな。

The meeting and dispersal were at the shop, but afterward, there were showers and dressers equipped with shampoo, conditioner, and soap, which was very thoughtful. Since it was the day I was flying back, I highly recommend the shower facilities.

On the way to the beach, we got to see wild peacocks, and in the ocean, they made sure we had our snorkeling gear and fins properly fitted. The handsome instructor was always attentive, and everything was very kind.

Above all, we were able to find many sea turtles, and they took a huge number of wonderful photos while we were diving, which we received right away on our way back! It would have been nice to have a bit more time in the water, but I was very satisfied. Thank you!

ショップに集合解散ですが、終わった後はシャンプーリンスやソープまでついたシャワーやドレッサーまであり、至れり尽くせりでした。
当日は飛行機で帰る日だったので、シャワー付きでオススメです。
海岸まで車で移動中、野生のクジャクを見せてくれたり、海ではシュノーケルチェックや足ヒレもきちんと履かせてくれたり、イケメンインストラクターさんは常に気配りされていて、全てが親切でした。
なんと言っても、海ガメをたくさん見つけて頂き、潜って膨大な数の素敵な写真を撮ってくださり、帰りにすぐ写真を頂きました❗️
海に入ってる時間がもうちょっと長いと良かったですが、大満足でした。ありがとうございました。

I didn't know which sea we would be kayaking in until the day before, but it turned out to be a great experience at a less crowded place I had never been to before, and I even got to have drone footage taken, which made for wonderful memories. It felt great. The staff were friendly and easy to talk to, and I was grateful for the recommendations on snorkeling spots and places to eat. I would like to come back and rely on your services again when I visit Miyako Island. Thank you very much.

前日までどこの海でカヤックするのかわからなかったけれども、まだ行ったことのないところで人の少ない場所でドローンの撮影までしてもらえてとても良い思い出になりました

スタッフの方も気さくに話せて、シュノーケリングスポットやお勧めのお店など教えて頂きありがたかったです。また、宮古島へ来たときお世話になりたいと思います。ありがとうございました。

I participated with a 0-year-old and an elementary school student, and I was grateful for the kindness and consideration of the staff, especially when the kids cried. The videos and photos we received at the end were beautiful and made for great memories.

However, there were a few disappointing aspects regarding the equipment. Although it was advertised as a clear kayak, the bottom was scratched and dirty, making it difficult to see the fish clearly. On a similar tour in Hawaii, the kayaks were much cleaner, and we could see the sea turtles clearly. Additionally, the baby life jacket was covered in mold, which was concerning not only for appearance but also because of allergies, so I was reluctant to put it on. The 0-year-old was very upset and cried a lot.

０歳と小学生と参加しましたが泣いた時など、スタッフの方が皆さん良い方で沢山お気遣いいただきありがたかったです✨
最後にもらえる動画や写真も綺麗で良い思い出になりました。

ハード面では少し残念だったことがあります。クリアカヤックとありますが、船底が傷や汚れでクリアではなく魚はぼんやりとしか見えませんでした
ハワイの同様のツアーではもう少し綺麗なカヤックでウミガメがはっきり見えました
また、ベビー用のライフジャケットがカビだらけで見た目もそうですが、アレルギーがあるので着せるのが嫌でした…０歳が着るのを嫌がり大泣きでした。

The guide, a kind and wonderful lady with a Kansai dialect, was very nice! Snorkeling, kayaking, and the pumpkin cave were unforgettable memories!

Thanks to the kind tour guide Kometchi's lecture and guidance, we, who are complete beginners at snorkeling, were able to swim with sea turtles together. And above all, the quality of the photos was excellent!
