We had a few days where we couldn't experience our reservation due to the weather, but on the third day, the weather finally settled, and we enjoyed sea turtle snorkeling and stand-up paddleboarding (SUP). Although the activities differed from our original booking, they suggested options that suited the sea conditions, allowing us to enjoy safely. It was my first time doing SUP, and at first, I struggled to find my balance, but I was happy to stabilize quickly and had a lot of fun. I had snorkeled many times before, but swimming close to sea turtles was a first for me, and it was very moving. When I visit Miyako Island again, I would like to go to Pumpkin and the Blue Cave, so PiPi, I look forward to working with you again. 天候に恵まれず予約をしても体験できない日々が続きましたが、3日目にしてようやく天気も落ち着きウミガメシュノーケリングとSUPを楽しみました。
当初の申し込みとは内容が異なるものとなりましたが、海のコンディションに合わせてできるものを提案してくださり、安全に楽しむことができました。
SUPをするのは初めてで、最初はうまく重心が取れませんでしたがすぐに安定したことも嬉しく楽しかったです。
シュノーケリングは何度もしたことがありましたが、ウミガメの近くで泳ぐのは初めてでとても感動しました。
また宮古島に行くときにはパンプキンと青の洞窟に行きたいと思いますので、PiPiさん、またよろしくお願い致します。

I booked the SUP experience and the Pumpkin Cave tour. The Pumpkin Cave tour was canceled due to bad weather, but I really enjoyed the SUP experience while it wasn't raining. I thought it might be a bit cold in mid-February, but I had no problem wearing a swimsuit. Even with the cloudy sky, the water looked clear and beautiful. The instructor was very kind and explained everything well, making it enjoyable even as a first-time experience! I would love to try it again if I have the chance.

Plus, being able to float in such a clear and calm sea while feeling nature all around me was the best experience! The moment I stood up, I fell right in, but the instructor was great at explaining things and I quickly got the hang of it. Since it's February, I was worried about the weather, temperature, and water temperature, but I was able to participate without being too bothered by the cold. Thanks to the warm water distribution at the end, I was really moved!

During snorkeling, from the moment I entered the sea, I was able to see many sea turtles, clownfish, and other vibrant fish. I swam with the sea turtles and had videos and photos taken.

The waves were calm, and the sea kayaking was more stable than I imagined, with a comfortable ride. When I heard about the destination, I was worried about how far we would go, but our guide, Yuuri, was very entertaining, and we quickly arrived at the Pumpkin Cave. It was truly breathtaking! I felt a sacred atmosphere, and I was really moved to have such an experience.

Our tour guides, Kei and Yuuri, were very attentive in their guidance, allowing us to enjoy ourselves with peace of mind. They also shared information about Miyako Island, and we were able to visit some delicious restaurants. Thank you very much!

The other participants were kind, and both guides were friendly and easy to talk to, making for a really fun time. My family kept saying how much fun it was after the tour, how beautiful it was, and that they wanted to participate again. I truly believe it was a great decision to join. I participated in a tour in early February! The instructor, Yamachan, was very friendly and knowledgeable about sea turtles. They taught us how to breathe while snorkeling and did warm-up exercises in the shallow water, ensuring the children's safety during the tour. We were able to encounter about five sea turtles and swim quite close to them. They also took many wonderful photos, so I highly recommend this experience!

I participated in the sea turtle snorkeling, SUP, and Pumpkin Cave course.

In February, the sea was cold, but I was able to see sea turtles.

The Pumpkin Cave, in particular, was fantastic and had a sense of adventure. We canoed to the cave entrance, explored inside the cave, and finally jumped into the sea, creating wonderful memories with experiences that are usually not possible.

One downside was that there was quite a gap between each activity. I had thought I would be able to continue without long breaks, so I didn't do enough research.

I would like to participate again in the summer.

I participated in a clear kayak experience, and everyone was very kind. In addition to a phone call the evening before, I received another call on the morning of the event due to rainy weather, where they explained the conditions and suggested that I could change my schedule to the following day. On the day of the event, we first practiced paddling as a group. After that, there was a 30-minute session where the staff took photos and guided us to spots with fish, followed by 30 minutes of free time. Unfortunately, I got seasick and felt unwell during the experience, but the staff noticed and kindly checked on me, allowing me to return to land early. Everyone was very helpful until the end. I was also very satisfied with the drone footage, which they sent to me via AirDrop right away. I would definitely like to use this service again. Thank you!

The kayak trip to Pumpkin Hall was thrilling as we passed close to the rocks. I felt that the sea was very beautiful since we could see fish swimming in their natural habitat. Inside Pumpkin Hall, I was deeply moved by the mystical scenery. As we ascended, I had a memorable experience being able to see the stalactites up close. The staff also shared stories about the water in Miyako Island and the limestone caves, allowing us to learn more deeply. While watching the connected stalactites, I was surprised by how cold the spring water was when I poured it over my head. For those interested, during the final dive, it seems that if you jump in while making a wish, it will come true, which was a lot of fun. I truly felt that this experience was wonderful.

In mid-January 2025, I participated in a SUP and snorkeling tour.

First, we experienced SUP! For the first five minutes, we received a lecture on how to ride the SUP and safety precautions on land, and then we hit the water! At first, it was difficult, but I gradually got the hang of it and was able to paddle faster. The wind felt nice, and I was healed by the sea. It was also great that we took a lot of photos to create memories.

After that, we changed locations by car for snorkeling. Since it was January, I was worried it might be cold, but the water temperature was warm, and I was able to borrow a wetsuit, so I wasn't cold at all.

During snorkeling, I encountered many different types and colorful fish. The beauty of the sea was better than that of Ishigaki Island and Miyako Island. The clarity was outstanding, as if I were inside a glass. Soon after, we spotted a sea turtle!! It was so cute to see the turtle during its feeding time and moments when it came up for air.

まずはSUPから体験！はじめの5分程は陸にてSUPの乗り方・注意点などをレクチャーしてもらい、その後着水！初めは難しかったですが、だんだんコツを掴んで早く漕げるようになり、風も気持ちよく海に癒されました。写真も沢山撮って頂いて思い出に残せたのも良かったです。

その後車で場所を変え、シュノーケリング。時期が1月ということで、寒いかな…と心配しておりましたが、水温は高めなのとウエットスーツをお借りでき、寒くなかったです◎

シュノーケルでは沢山の種類・色とりどりの魚と出会うことができました。海の綺麗さは、本島よりも石垣島よりも宮古島ですね。透明度は抜群でガラスの中に入っているかのようでした。そして、まもなくするととウミガメが！！ウミガメの食事タイムや息継ぎの瞬間を見れ、とても可愛いかったです。

My first visit to Miyako Island. Although I had been to other remote islands, for some reason, I had never been to Miyako Island until now. Even though it was winter, I was looking for affordable activities and discovered the Pumpkin Cave caving experience. I signed up right away.

On the day of the experience, we were greeted with an unusually clear winter day. After about 20 minutes of kayaking from Borazen Beach, we arrived at the cave entrance. On the way to the limestone cave by canoe, I was able to see Ryukyu coral limestone and the strange shapes of the cliffs. Inside the cave, I felt the greatness of nature with the sparkling stalactites and the flowing water! I was very satisfied!!

As for snorkeling, as soon as I entered the sea, there were so many fish swimming around like in an aquarium, which was incredibly moving! The water clarity was great, and I even got to see a sea turtle! Our guide, Yuuri, taught us a lot about the islands and nature, and he also took care of my well-being, allowing me to participate with peace of mind. Thank you very much! ♪

The experience starts at calm waters on the SUP. There's very little wind nor waves so it's perfect for beginners. After a 2 hr break for lunch, you meet back for snorkeling. I've been to a few snorkeling spots around Asia and this is easily number 1 with how clear and beautiful the water is and with just how many fish you get to see. We even saw a sea turtle eat off the ground! I was genuinely happy. After that, the pumpkin cave was also amazing. There's a bit difficult canoe out to the cave but it's very worth the trip. The history as well as amazing structures within the cave is astonishing. The guide Yuuri made this whole day all the better with great explanations and great personality that brightened an already bright Miyako day. Oh and he spoke great English.

I participated in a tour for SUP, snorkeling, and cave exploration in Miyako Island, and it was the best experience! The guide was very kind and explained everything carefully to us beginners, which made us feel safe and enjoy ourselves. On the SUP, we leisurely glided over the crystal-clear sea and were moved by the stunning views. During snorkeling, we got to see colorful fish and coral reefs up close, and I was completely captivated. The cave exploration overwhelmed me with the mysterious space created by nature. We also took a lot of photos during each activity, making it a lifelong memory. I highly recommend this tour, which allows you to fully enjoy the beautiful nature of Miyako Island! It was a bit cold since it was winter, but being able to move my body in nature and the breathtaking sight of the cave made it the best experience! The guide was knowledgeable and easy to interact with, and even as a beginner in activities, I was able to enjoy it to the fullest.

We participated in this tour as a couple during our company's refresh vacation! At that time, there was heavy snow back home, so we were quite shivering while putting on our swimsuits, waiting for the pickup car...

During the ride, our guide, Yuuri, shared recommendations for this season and detailed information about the conditions in the sea, which helped lift our spirits a bit.

We started snorkeling at 8 AM, and as soon as we entered the water, just as Yuuri said, our bodies quickly adjusted to the sea temperature. The beautiful sea also boosted our excitement!

We immediately encountered a sea turtle eating seaweed, which Yuuri had mentioned was hard to find. To our surprise, we ended up seeing three sea turtles in a row, and we even got some great photos!

The hour and a half flew by, but once we got back on land and took off our wetsuits, the wind made it quite chilly. However, they even prepared warm water to rinse off the seawater, which was impressive for such a young team!

After that, we joined three other couples and had a great time with SUP and canoeing. SUP seemed challenging for balance, and many fell in, but the warm seawater made it fun, and I enjoyed it too while canoeing!

The forecast for January 16 was cloudy, but the sun peeked out, and we truly had a great time! If we have another opportunity, I might try to build up my stamina for even more fun activities with Yuuri's guidance.

内地では大雪が降ってる頃でしたので、結構ブルブル震えながら海パンを履いて、迎えの車に…
車中ではガイドの、ゆうり君が、今の時期のお勧めや、海の中の状況を詳しく教えてくれて、少しは気持ちが前向きに😊
朝の8時からシュノーケリングでしたが、いざ海に入ってみると、ゆうい君の言う通り、直ぐに海水の温度に身体が慣れて、また、綺麗な海なので、2人してテンション爆上がり❗️
早速、海亀が海藻を食べてるところに遭遇し、なかなか見つからないんですよ…って言ってた、ゆうり君の話しがネタじゃないかと思うくらい、連続で3匹の海亀に遭遇し、カメラにも納めてもらいました😁
あっという間の1時間半でしたが、やはり陸に上がってウエットスーツを脱ぐと、風もあり結構な寒さに…
でも身体の海水を流す用のお湯まで用意して貰い、容易の良さに、この若さで…と感心する事間違いなしです❗️
その後は、3組のカップルの方と合流し、SUPとカヌーで和気あいあい楽しみました😊
SUPはバランス難しいようで、結構落水してましたが、海水も暖かく、逆に楽しそうにしてるので、カヌーだった私も楽しくなりました😁
1月16日予報は曇りでしたが、太陽も顔を出してくれて、ホント楽しめました‼️
また機会あれば、ゆうり君のアテンドでもっと楽しいアクティビティに挑戦するべく、基礎体力つけようかな〜😅
