It was a very fulfilling activity. I was able to see a sea turtle up close, which I had always wanted to do, and the photos of the sea turtle that Kyo-chan took are so beautiful that I'm showing them off to various people. 🥺 My younger child couldn't snorkel well, but they let them ride on a float at one point, so my younger child was able to participate until the end! Kyo-chan kept the energy up throughout, and it was truly a fun time! Thank you very much!

念願のウミガメも間近でみることができ、きょうちゃんが撮ってくれたウミガメの写真が綺麗すぎて、いろんな人に見せて自慢してます🥺
下の子がうまくシュノーケルができませんでしたが、途中で浮き輪？に乗せてくれたので下の子も最後まで参加することができました！
きょうちゃんが終始盛り上げてくださり、本当に楽しい時間でした！ありがとうございました！
途中車移動があります。
最後の場所で更衣室やシャワーなどはないので、レンタカー借りたらレジャーシートやタオルなどを多めに持っていくことをおすすめします。

I participated in a tour that included sea turtle snorkeling and Pumpkin Cave. During the snorkeling, they pointed out spots where we could see sea turtles and fish, and I was able to see both! In Pumpkin Cave, they provided interesting facts along the way and guided us with care. I was guided by a very cheerful and energetic young man, which made the experience even better. The starry sky was surprisingly beautiful. I was moved to see the Milky Way for the first time. Even on Miyako Island, I couldn't see it as well from places like hotels, but at the golf course, the sky was filled with stars. The photos turned out even more beautiful than I expected, and they became wonderful memories!

Our family of six were beginners, but thanks to the careful guidance from staff member Hikaru, we were able to see various marine life such as sea turtles, Nemo, and pufferfish. They took into consideration the children and made sure to choose the best times and locations for us, so we felt safe and comfortable.
10-year-old girl: I never thought I would see multiple sea turtles!
7-year-old boy: I was nervous at first because I couldn't even put my face in the water, but Hikaru stayed with me and taught me, so I was able to see the sea turtles and had a lot of fun.

I mistakenly registered the wrong schedule this time, but they were flexible in changing it to a time when I could meet the sea turtles. As a result, I was able to see the sea turtles up close and had the best experience swimming with them. Nemo was also very cute!

We participated in the Pumpkin Cave & Sea Turtle Snorkeling tour with our family of six. Although we were all beginners in sea kayaking and snorkeling, the guide was very attentive, which made us feel safe and allowed us to enjoy the tour.
It's rare for our family of six to take photos together, but we were able to capture wonderful pictures from underwater, creating lovely memories.
The coral reefs in Miyako Island are incredibly diverse, and if we had more time, we would have loved to explore them even longer.
If we have the opportunity to visit Miyako Island again, we would love to participate in this tour once more.

If you visit Miyako Island multiple times, I definitely think you should see the Pumpkin Cave at least once. The tour content is great, but the staff's service was the best I've experienced among marine activities both domestically and internationally. My family of four all felt the same way.
After snorkeling, I was wondering if I would use up too much energy in the Pumpkin Cave, but afterwards, we were able to enjoy sightseeing at Higashi-Hennazaki, which was fantastic.
Also, a handsome staff member dove in and found my visible light-adjusting glasses that I dropped in the Pumpkin Cave within a few minutes, which became a memorable moment for us in Miyako Island. Thank you very much.
宮古島に何度も来る方は、パンプキン鍾乳洞は一度は見て置いた方が絶対に良いと思います。
ツアー内容も良いですが、スタッフのサービスが国内外含めて今までのマリンアクティビティの中で一番良かったと家族4人で参加しましたがみんな感じました。
シュノーケリング後のパンプキン鍾乳洞で体力使うかなーって思いながらその後、東平安名崎も観光できて最高でした。
あと、可視光調光メガネをパンプキン鍾乳洞で落としたのをイケメンスタッフさんが数分で潜って見つけてくれためっちゃカッコ良い姿が宮古島の私達の記念になりました。

It was a packed tour where I could experience various marine sports in Miyako Island all at once! The explanations were thorough, so even beginners will be fine. Rintaro, our guide, was full of freshness and provided detailed explanations, making the whole experience enjoyable! Thank you, Rin-chan ❤️.
An attractive older brother joined us midway, which made the time even more fun! And during the final snorkeling, I was lucky enough to see a sea turtle! Thank you very much 😊.

Despite the cloudy weather on the day, I was able to experience the stunning Miyako Blue sea! I saw many beautiful fish, including Nemo, through the clear kayak, and I was very satisfied with the video footage taken with a drone, complete with music, that felt like a promotional video!

Stand-up paddleboarding and snorkeling were amazing!! The instructors, Rin and Hinata, were very friendly and kept us entertained with various stories. Their teaching skills were excellent, and I was able to stand up on the paddleboard right away. During snorkeling, I even encountered a sea turtle, which made me very satisfied. I definitely want to come back to Miyako Island again!

I participated in the 7 o'clock tour. I was worried about whether I would be able to see sea turtles, but as the title promised, I really got to see them! They were so cute. I learned a lot about turtles and Miyako Island from Yamachan, and I completely fell in love with Miyako Island. When I come back to Miyako Island, I want to go snorkeling with Yamachan again! In the morning, we traveled by sea kayak from the beach to a cave, and I was overwhelmed by the gigantic pumpkin-shaped stalactite cave that stood before me as we swam through the narrow entrance. It was a sacred place that only the chosen could enter, where we were able to purify ourselves with cold spring water and pay our respects. Nira, who truly loves Miyako Island, provided a thorough explanation and took photos for us. She was always attentive to safety checks and health assessments, and her cheerful yet reliable guidance was the best.
午前中はビーチからシーカヤックで洞窟まで移動して、泳いで狭い入り口を入ると目の前にそびえ立つ巨大なパンプキン型鍾乳洞に圧倒されました。ユタ様しか入ることができないという神聖な場所で冷たい岩清水でお清めしてお詣りすることができました。宮古島愛を感じるニラちゃんが丁寧な説明、写真撮りしてくれました。常に安全確認と健康チェックの心配りをしてくれて、キャピキャピだけど頼りになるニラちゃんのガイドは最高でした。

I participated in a tour of the Pumpkin Cave and SUP. First, I was anxious about whether the pickup would be available until the morning of the previous day. In the end, it wasn't. I would have liked to be informed a bit earlier since there were location confirmations needed.
The Pumpkin Cave was much more beautiful inside than I had expected from the photos, although it was disappointing that there were too many tourists (it was too crowded inside). However, each feature was explained by the instructor, and I found myself captivated by the stories, spending quite a bit of time there. I would love to visit again when it's less crowded!
I was really looking forward to the SUP, but first, the sea wasn't as beautiful as I had hoped. Most of the time, it was just "Please sit down" and "Don't stray away from me," so I couldn't enjoy standing up, and everyone kept bumping into each other... This was the most disappointing SUP experience I've ever had. There was also a mishap where I dropped my GoPro, but thankfully it was found. However, since it fell early on, I have no photos at all (the photos sent to us were just a burst of shots). Other teams went a bit farther and were paddling while standing, but we were the only ones... It was really disappointing since I was looking forward to SUP the most. The instructor did their best, but I won't be using this service again.

まずは送迎が前日の午前まで、していただけるかわからないのが不安でした。結果、ダメでした。場所の確認などあるので、もう少し早くに知らせてほしかったです。
パンプキン鍾乳洞は、写真で見れるような所へちょっと行くのかなと思っていましたが、中がとても素敵で、ツアー者が多すぎるのが残念でしたが（中で混みすぎているので）１つ１つは、インストラクターの方が説明してくだる話をききいってしまうほどの時間でした。空いている時に、ゆっくりまた行きたいと思うほどの所です！
SUPは、とても楽しみにしていたのですが、まず、海が…それほど綺麗ではありませんでした。後は、ほとんど『座ってください』『私から離れないでください』ばかりで、立って楽しむことができなかった&みんな近づくからぶつかってばかり…こんな残念なSUPは初めてでした。GoProを落とすハプニングもあり、結果みつかって良かったですが、序盤で落とされたので、写真が全然ありません。（送ってこられた写真は連写で枚数があるだけです）他のチームはもう少し遠くへ行ったり、立って漕いでいたりしたのに私たちだけ…と思うとなんとも。私はSUPを1番楽しみにしていたので、とっても残念でした。インストラクターの方は頑張ってくださっていましたが、もうこちらを利用することはありません。

We participated as a family. The guide, Hikaru, warmly interacted with my foreign husband in English, and thanks to him, we created wonderful memories! We encountered sea turtles right by the beach, and I was so moved as they came so close to my feet that I worried I might kick them.
He also accurately guided us to spots with Nemo and beautiful blue tropical fish, and I keep revisiting the amazing photos and videos we took from such great angles.
My husband had to leave the group midway due to eye pain, so I definitely want to join the tour again next time for a revenge trip! I apologize for any concern we caused. Thank you very much!

I kayaked through the incredibly clear sea towards the limestone cave, and as I slipped through a small entrance, I found myself in a mystical and mysterious cave. Climbing up the stalactites and going deeper and deeper felt like entering another world. Inside the sacred cave, I purified myself with spring water and made a wish. Finally, I made a wish dive from the pumpkin stalactite!
Although the tide was rising, thanks to Naoki Jimuna and the guides' skills and judgment, I was able to enjoy a thrilling and exciting adventure tour with peace of mind. The photos they took were all wonderful shots, creating great memories.
In the morning, I also encountered a sea turtle while snorkeling, which was a long-awaited experience, making it a truly satisfying tour. The garlic shrimp and mango cafe recommended by Erika were exquisite. I’m really glad I could participate in such a friendly and professional tour with the guides. Thank you!
びっくりするほど透明な海をシーカヤックで鍾乳洞へ向かい、小さな入り口を潜ると神秘的で不思議な鍾乳洞の中。
鍾乳石を登り、奥へ奥へと登ると異世界へ。神聖な洞窟内では湧水で身を清め願い事を。最後はパンプキン鍾乳石の上から願掛けダイブ！
満潮迫る時間の中でしたが、ナオキジムナーはじめ、ガイドの皆さんの手際と判断で安心してスリルとワクワク感満載の冒険ツアーを満喫できました。撮ってくださった写真もステキなショットばかりで良い思い出ができました。
午前中は、シュノーケリングで念願だったウミガメにも出会えて、本当に大満足のツアーでした。
恵理香さんに教えてもらったガーリックシュリンプやマンゴーカフェも絶品。ガイドの皆さんのフレンドリーでプロフェッショナルなツアーに参加できて本当に良かったです。

I entered a cave for the first time, and I felt safe and secure with our guide, Nira!
Inside, we encountered pumpkins like I had never seen before, and it was truly impressive! The guide provided thorough explanations throughout the cave, and at the end, we took a big dive!
It was a very enjoyable and satisfying tour.

The guide was friendly and provided a fun tour while introducing us to Okinawan plants and local quirks along the way.
It seemed like they guided us from early morning without taking a lunch break, making for a packed and fulfilling tour! The kids also had a great time, and it was a wonderful experience to interact with nature.
We were lucky to see a sea turtle surfacing for air! Naoki's guiding was so smooth that it felt like he had been doing it for a long time, allowing us to relax and enjoy (emoji).
After returning home, we received more photos and videos than we expected, which made us very satisfied! It became a great memory. ♬

This was my first time in Miyako Island, and it was the best start! The snorkeling and cave exploration tour was led by a super handsome guy named Tetsu, who was kind and had interesting stories, making it a fun experience throughout. I have always been interested in caves, so I really enjoyed the underwater cave! The plan to jump out at the end was thrilling and great! I participated with my fifth-grade daughter, who experienced the ocean for the first time in her life. Thanks to the warm encouragement we received throughout, we were able to enjoy ourselves until the very end. Even if you're not good at swimming, you can hold onto something like a float and move forward, which is reassuring.
The fins tend to come off easily, but if they do get lost, the other families will help you look for them (very kind). They took many photos, creating wonderful memories and making us feel like we want to move here. They have a wealth of knowledge about fish and the environment and provide plenty of explanations.
On the day of the event, we arrived just in time for the meeting, and in my rush to prepare, I forgot the advice to take off my Apple Watch. As a result, it ended up lost in the sea during the diving scene. Despite it being my fault, they empathized with my feelings and diligently searched for it, and two weeks later, they found it for me.
I am truly grateful and strongly wish to continue receiving their services in the future. Each interaction felt very human and warm, not mechanical. Thank you, Naoki Jimuna. I look forward to working with you again.
生まれて初めて海を体験する小5の娘と一緒に参加しましたが、温かい励ましの声をずっと掛けてくれた事で、最後まで安心して楽しむ事が出来ました。
泳ぐのが苦手でも、浮き輪のようなものに掴んで進む事が出来ますので安心です。
フィンがよく外れるのですが、他の家族の方が外れて無くなっても探して頂けます（優しい）。
写真をたくさん撮ってくれて、最高の思い出と、こちらに移住したくなる気持ちにされてくれました。
魚や環境の知識も豊富で、たくさん解説してくれます。
当日は、集合時間にギリギリ到着してしまい、焦って準備していたためかApple Watchを外して行くように言われたアドバイスを失念してしまい、その結果、飛び込みのシーンで海の藻屑にしてしまいました。
こちらに非があるにも関わらず、こちら側の気持ちに寄り添って懸命に探して頂き、2週間後、無事に見つけて頂きました泣
本当に有り難く、今後もこちらでお世話になりたいと強く思っています。
とにかく、一つ一つの対応に人間味があり、機械的でない温かさを感じる事が出来ます。
