The weather wasn't very good, but the underwater scenery was beautiful, and I was able to see sea turtles, clownfish, and many other fish. Thanks to the wetsuit, I didn't feel cold while I was in the water. The guide carefully explained how to use the equipment, which made me feel secure participating in the activity.

In the afternoon, we went to the Pumpkin Cave by canoe. It was a mystical place and a valuable experience. I took a lot of photos, creating wonderful memories. The guide was attentive from start to finish, making the experience enjoyable. Thank you very much.

天気があまりよくなかったのですが、海の中はとてもきれいで、ウミガメやクマノミ、たくさんの魚の会うことができました。
ウェットスーツのお陰で、海の中にいる時は、寒さを感じませんでした。ガイドさんが、道具の使い方も丁寧に説明してくださったので、安心して参加することができました。

I participated in the latter half of February. They provided wetsuits, shoes, fins, life jackets, and snorkel masks. When I entered the sea, it was cold enough to feel a chill, but I was having so much fun that I forgot about the cold! I wore my swimsuit underneath. The guide was very helpful in explaining how to wear the mask properly. They also applied anti-fog, so I could see clearly underwater without any fogging! I was thrilled to see the long-awaited sea turtles and clownfish up close right after joining the tour. I was able to bring my phone, and they took photos for us and sent the data, which was very helpful. We kayaked to the Pumpkin Cave, and there were various explanations, making it very satisfying. After the tour, they provided hot water, which was a nice service to warm up my body.

2月の後半に参加しました。ウェットスーツ、靴、フィン、ライフジャケット、シュノーケルマスクなどを貸してもらえます。海に入ったときはヒヤッと感じるくらいの冷たさでしたが、楽しさのあまり寒さを忘れるくらいでした！水着は中に着用して行きました。ガイドさんがマスクの付け方のコツとかを詳しく教えていただきとても助かりました。曇り止めもしてくれたので視界も曇らず鮮明に海の中を見ることが出来ました！参加してすぐに待望のウミガメやクマノミに会えて間近で見ることができ嬉しかったです。ケータイは持ち込めましたが写真も撮っていただき、データも送って頂けたのでとても助かりました。パンプキン鍾乳洞はカヤックで向かい、色々な説明などもあり大満足の内容でした。ツアー後はお湯を用意していただき身体も温めることができ嬉しいサービスでした。

As a family that loves the ocean, we have visited numerous beaches both domestically and internationally. While we had been focusing on overseas beaches, the impact of COVID made traveling abroad a bit cumbersome, so this time we visited Miyako Island for the first time. I had been to Okinawa's main island a few times, but this was my first visit to an outer island. I naively thought that Miyako Island wouldn't be much different from the main island of Okinawa, but I was completely wrong! Honestly, as someone who loves the ocean, it was at a level I didn't want to share.

First, we encountered sea turtles while snorkeling. The conditions were not great due to strong winds, but shortly after starting the tour, we came across a sea turtle. I have met sea turtles several times overseas, but the ones in Miyako Island were small and incredibly cute, which made me very happy! Of course, we also saw a family of clownfish and many other adorable fish! After that, we went on a limestone cave tour, which was a rare experience that can only be done in Miyako Island, making it a very satisfying day! I definitely want to visit again during the peak season!

海好き家族につき、国内外数々のビーチを訪れています。何となく海外のビーチに注力していたのですが、コロナの影響もあり海外を訪れるのは少々面倒‥と言う事もあって、今回初めて宮古島を訪れました。沖縄は本島に数回行ってはいたのですが、離島は初めてでした。勝手な解釈で、宮古島も沖縄本島と大差無いんじゃ無い？と軽く考えてお邪魔したのですが‥、とんでもない！いや、正直、海好きの私としては教えたく無いレベルの高さでした。まず、ウミガメ&シュノーケル、この日は風も強く、良いとはお世辞でも言えない位のコンディションだったのですが、ツアーを初めてから間も無くウミガメと遭遇。海外でも何度かウミガメとお会いして来ましたが、宮古島のウミガメは小さくてとても可愛らしく大満足！勿論カクレクマノミの親子やその他何種類もの可愛いお魚さん達にも会えました！その後は鍾乳洞ツアー、こちらも宮古島でしか出来ない貴重な体験が出来て大満足の1日でした！是非またオンシーズンにもお邪魔してみたいと思いました！

During my first visit to Miyako Island in February, I was very worried about whether I could swim in the ocean during winter, but wearing a wetsuit allowed me to enjoy the experience comfortably without feeling cold.

At first, I was a bit confused about how to reach the entrance of the cave by kayak, but thanks to our guide, Tetsu, who kept the energy high, we were able to progress happily.

When we arrived at the limestone cave, I was captivated by its grandeur. I even encountered a sea snake, which is something you rarely come across on the mainland.

Since you can only access it from the water, there's no way we could have reached it on our own. I highly recommend this activity as a must-do for anyone visiting Miyako Island.

初めての宮古島で、2月という冬の時期に海に入れるかとても心配でしたが、ウェットスーツを着れば寒さを感じることなく快適に過ごすことができました。
カヤックで洞窟の入り口まで行くため、最初は戸惑いましたが、ガイドのテツさんが盛り上げてくれたこともあり、楽しく進めます。
鍾乳洞に到着すると、その荘厳さに心を奪われました。
本土では中々遭遇できないウミヘビにも出会えました。
海の中からしか入れないため、自分たちだけでは絶対にたどり着くことはできないです。

I originally booked a tour for the Pumpkin Cave and snorkeling, but although it wasn't raining on the day, the wind was strong, and we couldn't enter the Pumpkin Cave, so I changed to a snorkeling-only tour.

I was anxious before participating because of the strong winds and high waves, but once in the water, it was calm, and the visibility was high, allowing us to see many beautiful fish.

Towards the end of the tour, I finally got to meet a sea turtle and was so moved to swim with it for a while. I participated with my mother, who was snorkeling for the first time and was scared at first due to the rough sea, but thanks to the support of our instructor Tetsuya, she ended up having a great time and said it became her favorite memory from our trip to Miyako Island.

Thank you for taking so many beautiful photos. When I come back to Miyako Island, I would like to request activities from this tour company again. I hope the next instructor will also be Tetsuya! 😊

もともとパンプキン鍾乳洞とシュノーケリングのツアーを予約していたのですが、当日は雨は降っていないものの風が強く、パンプキン鍾乳洞は入れないとのことで、シュノーケリングのみのツアーに変更し参加しました。
風が強く波が高くて参加するまでは不安でしたが、海の中はそんなことを感じさせないくらい穏やかで透明度も高く綺麗な魚がたくさん見れました。
そして、ツアー終盤には念願のウミガメにも会えて、しばらく一緒に泳げてとても感動しました。
母親と一緒に参加したのですが、母はシュノーケリングが初めてで海も荒れており初めは怖がっていましたが、インストラクターのてつやさんのサポートのお陰で最後にはとても楽しんでおり、今回の宮古島の旅行の中での1番楽しくていい思い出になったと話してました。
綺麗な写真もたくさん撮っていただきありがとうございました。
また宮古島に来た時にはこちらのツアー会社でアクティビティをお願いしたいと思います。
次のインストラクターもてつやさんだといいなー(^^)

The guides, Sakamoto and TOSHI, were very kind and attentive, making for a truly enjoyable experience! In the morning, it was totally fine not to swim while snorkeling, but it was a bit cold, haha. However, I was moved to encounter two sea turtles! In the afternoon, we headed to Pumpkin Cave by kayak! I’m feeling quite sore from the muscles... But working together with my partner to finally arrive was a great memory! Pumpkin Cave was very impressive!

Personally, I really appreciated that they provided a dry wetsuit for the afternoon instead of reusing the wet one from the morning snorkeling (^^)! Also, they had warm water ready for us after coming out of the sea, which was a nice touch since I was feeling quite cold.

They took way more photos than I expected (actually a lot)!

The instructors were very kind and fun, so I definitely recommend everyone to give it a try (^^)!

担当してくれたガイド坂本さんとTOSHIさんが優しく丁寧に対応してくれて、とても楽しい思い出になりました！！
午前中はシュノーケル泳がなくても全然大丈夫でした！ただ寒かったw
でも海亀ちゃん2匹と出会えたのが感動！！
午後はパンプキン鍾乳洞へカヤックに乗って向かいました！かなり筋肉痛です。。
でも2人で力合わせてなんとか到着したのもいい思い出になりました！
パンプキン鍾乳洞はとても感動しました！

個人的には、
午前のシュノーケルの濡れているウェットスーツを午後も使いまわさず、乾いたウェットスーツを用意してくれたところが本当にありがたかったです(^^)！
あと、海から上がったあとに温かいお湯を用意してくれていたのも凍えそうだったので嬉しいポイントでした♪

無料のデータも思っていたよりも沢山（むしろ大量）に撮影してくれましたー！

とても優しくて楽しいインストラクターさんたちなので、ぜひみなさんも行ってみてください(^^)

We canoed close to the limestone cave, climbed up a pumpkin, and dove into the sea on the way back!

It was a bit physically challenging, but thanks to our guide Tetsu and the team, we were able to participate in the tour safely and enjoyably.

The limestone cave was mystical, and it was a wonderful experience. If I have the chance, I would definitely like to join again.

If you come to Miyako Island, you definitely want to enjoy the Miyako Blue. While researching marine leisure activities, I learned about a limestone cave that can only be accessed from the sea, so I chose this tour that also includes snorkeling.

At 9:30 AM, it was initially cloudy, but gradually the weather improved, and the Miyako Blue became even more vibrant, lifting my spirits! While kayaking, I almost got swept away by the waves, but we finally arrived at the sacred sea spot. I offered a prayer to the gods and then entered the limestone cave... "Wow, what a pumpkin!"

I think it's better not to spoil the surprise, so I won't write too much, but the staff provided detailed explanations about the history of the cave, quizzes, and photo opportunities. On the way back, we had a mini bungee jump into the sea—“Splash!” If you come to Miyako, I highly recommend this! It was an emotional experience.

At 2 PM, I went snorkeling at Shigira Beach. The weather turned bad, and my mood dropped, but the water was beautifully clear, and I got to see various types of fish. It didn't seem like we would encounter any sea turtles, but in the end, the staff found one for us. It was munching on seaweed on the ocean floor. So cute!

When I got out of the water, it was very cold, but it became a wonderful memory.

The waves were strong, and it was tough to paddle the canoe to the spot, but inside, you can see the breathtaking Pumpkin Cave! The guide's explanations were thorough and interesting, and after the tour, it was fun to carry the canoes with the team! It became a great memory!

I was supposed to dive from the pumpkin while making a wish, but I was so focused on jumping that I forgot and ended up praying from outside the cave, haha.

Thank you to our guide Tetsu, who loves chips and cola! You need to have some stamina to paddle a canoe, so if you participate, please do your best!

波が強く、スポットまでカヌーを漕いで行くのは大変でしたが、中では絶景のパンプキン鍾乳洞が見られます！ガイドさんの説明も丁寧で面白く、終了後にはチームのみんなでカヌーを運んだりなど楽しかったです！良い思い出になりました！
願い事をしながらパンプキンからダイブをするはずが、跳ぶのに必死で忘れてしまい、鍾乳洞の外からお祈りをしました笑

My three sons went snorkeling for the first time. They received careful guidance on how to wear wetsuits, goggles, and fins, and how to breathe. Despite it being February 13, in the middle of winter, Miyako Island had beautiful summer sunshine! We were able to see sea turtles, clownfish, schools of blue and yellow fish, and even took photos underwater together! Thank you, Yamato! After about two hours of fun underwater exploration, we took a lunch break at a local Miyako soba shop recommended by Yamato, called Nakayusumi, which is frequented by locals. It was delicious!

Next, we moved to Shiragi, where my wife had been wanting to try kayaking. Each family member took an oar, and we moved to the sandy beach while Yamato took photos during the transition! Thank you, Yamato! We kayaked in pairs: my wife and I, and our two sons with another guide, Toshi. I had gone kayaking once before, thirty years ago during my first year as a working adult in a river in Tokyo, and I felt even more nostalgic and happy than my wife as we paddled. We synchronized our strokes, "right, left, right, left," cutting through the waves and moving diagonally forward! It felt great! Our guide, Yamato, was in a single kayak, ensuring safety as we progressed toward the destination, a cave with a pumpkin-shaped limestone formation! Locals call it Ryugu-jo (Dragon Palace) and have cherished it as a sacred place, with a shrine standing above us. "Please clap twice and bow before entering," he instructed.

Entering the mysterious cave felt like stepping into another world; the air was so clear. Climbing up the pumpkin and advancing deeper into the cave reminded me of Huckleberry Finn's adventures, filling me with excitement.

The limestone cave created a fantastical space, taking 100 years for each centimeter to grow, and we entered this wonderful world. We refreshed ourselves in the pure waters of the sacred place.

The teamwork of our wonderful guides and our entire family working together toward the same goal created incredible memories.

海上の波を切って斜め前に進む！気持ちいい❣️
ガイドのヤマトさんは、1人乗りカヤックで、
一番外海側を安全確認しながら、進みます。
目的地は、パンプキンの形をした、鍾乳洞がある洞穴！　地元の方は、竜宮城と呼び、聖地として、大切にしてきた頭上には、祠が立っていました。「二拍手一礼をしてから、皆さん中に、
入って頂きます。」
神秘な、洞穴へ、、本当に中は別世界、
空気が、澄んでいました、パンプキンを
よじ登り、洞窟の奥に進む、ハックルベリーの
冒険を思い出し、ワクワクするのです。

鍾乳洞は、石灰岩が創り出した幻想的な
空間です、1センチ大きくなるのに、

The weather wasn't very good, and it was even cold enough to feel chilly in a wetsuit, but the guide was sincere and dedicated. The cave exploration was a nature experience that exceeded my expectations, and I was very satisfied.

We were starting to give up on seeing sea turtles because it was cloudy and cold, but the guide desperately searched for them, and we were able to encounter them beautifully.

We took a lot of photos, and it became a great memory.

I usually just play golf, but I had a wonderful day enjoying the sea that is characteristic of Miyako Island.

I was quite exhausted from my usual lack of exercise during the kayak trip to the destination. After that, the climb inside the cave was tough, and I had to motivate myself not to give up. The sense of accomplishment after finishing was incredible. I was really out of breath, though...

Even though it was winter and the weather wasn't that great, the underwater scenery was beautiful, and I was able to see sea turtles and clownfish up close! There were also friendly fish that were adorable. The snorkeling spot isn't very deep, so I think even beginners can enjoy it with peace of mind.
- Canoeing + Pumpkin Cave
The canoeing to the cave was a bit more challenging than I expected due to the distance and slightly strong waves, but it was a unique experience and very enjoyable! The Pumpkin Cave was larger and more beautiful than I had imagined, and I was impressed by the cave I saw further in! I learned a lot about the cave from the guide's explanations, which was interesting.

Sea kayaking, Pumpkin Cave, and snorkeling were all first-time experiences for me, and each one was truly amazing!!

At first, I was nervous about getting in and paddling the kayak, but our guide, Yusei, was very encouraging and gave me advice on how to operate it, so I was able to reach the cave safely (*^^*).

The Pumpkin Cave was many times more magnificent and mystical than it appeared in photos! The detailed explanations at key points allowed me to fully enjoy the experience. I heard that it might not be accessible in about a year, so I'm glad I could go at this timing (o^^o).

During snorkeling, thanks to Yusei searching for sea turtles, I was able to see one up close! I also spotted a clownfish, and the sea creatures were all so cute (*´艸`). It was my first time snorkeling, and I was really nervous at first, but by the end, I was able to swim and enjoy myself♪

They were also very accommodating with photo-taking, and I created many wonderful memories! The other guests on the tour were cheerful and friendly, which made the experience even more enjoyable!

My first marine activity in Miyako Island was truly the best! Thank you so much (*´˘`*)♡

We visited Miyako Island for the first time on a family trip.

Since it was the off-season, I was worried that it might be too cold to go into the sea, but fortunately, it was sunny on the day of our visit! The wetsuit we rented felt almost too warm.

From Hachi, who was in charge, to everyone else, everyone was reliable, and I felt at ease enjoying the activities throughout. The inside of the limestone cave was more spacious than I expected, and I was able to feel the miracle of nature that took a long time to form.

My two scared daughters were anxious about being non-swimmers, but they said they wanted to go again. I'm glad they seemed to enjoy it.

Lastly, the boat was heavy to carry, and I almost felt like giving up. I think for an average person it wouldn’t be that tough, but I have a weak constitution. I'm feeling sore now, haha.

Overall, I highly recommend saying, "If you come to Miyako, you must go here!" Thank you to all the staff for your help. Thank you!

シーズンオフなので、海に入るのは寒いんじゃないかと心配しておりましたが、当日は運良く晴れ！お借りしたウエットスーツだと暑いくらいに感じました。

担当してくれたハチくんはじめ、みなさん頼りがいがあって終始安心してアクティビティを楽しめました。
思った以上に鍾乳洞の中も広く、長い年月をかけて作り上げられた大自然の奇跡を感じることが出来ました。

怖がりな娘2人もカナヅチでどうなるか不安でしたが、本人たち曰く、また行きたいと言っていました。楽しんでいたみたいで良かったです。

最後に男衆でボートを運ぶのだけ重くてへこたれそうになりました普通の人ならきっとそんなにキツくないと思うんですが、なにぶん虚弱体質なもので。筋肉痛です笑

全体通しては、宮古に来たらここへ行け！と言いたいくらいオススメです！スタッフのみなさん、お世話になりました。ありがとうございました！

We were very lucky with the weather, enjoying a beautiful sunny day. We encountered several sea turtles, and the whole family was thrilled! We were surprised to see a clownfish, as we didn't expect to meet one. The explanations at Pumpkin Hall were easy to understand, and the kids were also very excited about the final dive. They were considerate of the children's pace, allowing us to fully enjoy a day at the sea.

It had been since Kerama that I went snorkeling. I arrived very early at the meeting point that was sent to me the day before, but the tour guide, Yuya, was already there waiting. From the start, he had a really cute smile and was easy to talk to, which left a great impression. He said, "The chance of seeing a sea turtle is about 30%," and just a few seconds after entering the water, he pointed down and exclaimed, "There it is! A sea turtle!"... Haha, where did that 30% go? I might have the same luck again, but I was able to see another sea turtle and even witness it coming up for air, so I didn't feel the difficulty of encountering one at all. I highly recommend Yuya. You can see sea turtles right away! He also took us to many fish spots, and he was really interesting to talk to; it was truly the best experience. The water was warm once you got in, but it was really cold when you got out. There was a hot spring nearby, so I went there right away to warm up. It was a very enjoyable tour. Thank you, Yuya. It was amazing!

前日に送られてきた待ち合わせ場所には、すごく早く着いてしまってたんですが、ツアーガイドのユーヤさんはもう着いてまっててくれていました。最初から、すごく笑顔が可愛くて、喋りやすいとてもいい印象でした。「海亀みれる確率は30%くらいなんですよー、と言いながら海に入ってものの数秒で下を指差し、海亀です！いましたー！って…笑笑30%はどこにいったのやら、そのあとも同じかもしれませんがまた海亀に会うことができ、息継ぎも見ることができ、海亀に出会う難しさを感じることはなかったです。
ユーヤさんオススメです。すぐ海亀あえますね！
あとはたくさん魚のスポットへつれていってくれたりとお話しも面白いし、本当に最高でした。
海は入ってしまえばあったかいのに出たらむっちゃ寒かったです。ちかくに温泉があったのですぐ行ってぬくもりました。とても楽しいツアーでした。ユーヤくん、ありがとう。最高でした

I went canoeing, explored a limestone cave, and went snorkeling! I participated in the tour in mid-November, and the weather was great that day; it was even hot while canoeing! The Pumpkin Cave was larger and more mysterious than I had imagined, and it was truly amazing! It was quite cold inside the cave, though! During snorkeling, I even encountered a sea turtle! Even if I hadn't seen one, I would have been satisfied because the sea was so beautiful and clear, with plenty of fish! Thanks to our guide Yuya, I had a really fun day, and I truly felt that booking this tour was a great decision! I want to go again!!!

カヌー、鍾乳洞探検、シュノーケルをしました！11/中旬にツアーに参加しましたが当日は天気も良くてカヌーしてる間は暑いくらいでした！
パンプキン鍾乳洞は想像してたよりも広くて神秘的で、本当に凄かったです！鍾乳洞内は結構寒かったです、、！
シュノーケルではウミガメにも出会えました！出会えなくても満足できるくらい海が綺麗で透き通ってて魚もいっぱいです！
今回ガイドしてくれたゆうやさんのお陰で1日本当に楽しくてここのツアーを予約してよかったなって心から思えました！また行きたいです！！！

I participated on December 4th. Even though it was December, it felt like midsummer! I joined without a wetsuit.

In the morning, we visited the Pumpkin Cave! It was an exciting place filled with a very solemn atmosphere. I understand why it's called a power spot. Additionally, the tour guide was fun and easy to understand, teaching us various things! It seemed like there were many participants that day, so we had two tour guides with us. I haven't had many experiences with group tours in the past, but I thought this was also enjoyable. Since it had just rained, there was a beautiful rainbow in front of the cave!

We had lunch individually and gathered in the afternoon for snorkeling! Oh, the beauty of the sea! And we even encountered sea turtles twice! They were so cute!

Throughout the day, I truly had a fun and happy time! The guides were very kind, and in addition to their entertaining talks, they also shared great dining spots and scenic views. I want to participate again! 😊

12月4日参加。この日は12月なのに真夏日！！ウェットスーツなしで参加。
午前中はパンプキン鍾乳洞！！
ワクワクする場所であり、とても厳かな雰囲気に満ちておりました。パワースポットといわれる所以が分かります。それに加えて、ツアーガイドの方が楽しく分かりやすく、色々なことを教えてくださります！！参加した日は人数が多かったようで、２名のツアーガイドさんがついてくれました。過去複数人でのツアー体験はすくなかったのですが、これもまた楽しいものだな、と思いました(^^)この日は雨上がりということで、洞窟前に綺麗な虹もでていました！！

お昼各自でとりまして、午後集合。
シュノーケリング！！まぁ、海の綺麗さ！！そして、なんとウミガメさんとも2回も遭遇出来ました♡
本当可愛いかったです！！！！

1日を通して、本当に本当に楽しく幸せな時間を過ごせました♡
ガイドさんもとても親切で、楽しいトークに加え、美味しいお食事処や絶景スポット等も教えてくださりました。また参加したいです☺️！！！

I participated in a one-day course that included a pumpkin cave experience, snorkeling, and stand-up paddleboarding (SUP). During the cave experience, as soon as I swam in from the entrance, I found a spot that looked just like a pumpkin. Climbing up from there and going further in, I was greeted by a truly mystical sight. At the end, there was also a jump from the top of the pumpkin, which was exciting. In the afternoon, while snorkeling, I quickly encountered a sea turtle! After swimming together for a while, we went to see Nemo next. He was so cute. Finally, I enjoyed a relaxing time paddleboarding. The breeze felt nice, and I had a very peaceful time. I was also able to take a lot of photos, which was great. Thank you very much.

パンプキン鍾乳洞体験とシュノーケリング、supの1日コースに参加しました。鍾乳洞体験では、入り口から泳いで入るとすぐパンプキンそっくりの場所があります。そこをよじ登ってさらに奥に行くと、とても神秘的な光景が広がっていました。最後にパンプキンの上からの飛び込みもあり、ワクワクしました。午後はシュノーケルで、割とすぐにウミガメに会いました！しばらく一緒に泳いだあと、今度はニモに会いに行きました。とても可愛かったです。最後はゆったりとsupを楽しみました。風が気持ちよくて、とっても穏やかな時間を過ごせました。たくさん写真も撮っていただけて、良かったです。ありがとうございました。

The wind was strong, and there was rain in the forecast...
We ended up just snorkeling without the pumpkin.
But that's okay!
I heard there was only a 30% chance of seeing a sea turtle.
We entered the water feeling lucky if we spotted one.
The beautiful fish and various shapes of coral were already breathtaking.
We found Nemo and took a commemorative photo. So cute! I was glad I didn't cancel.
