I was worried about whether it would be okay with three kids, but they were incredibly accommodating! They were very kind and reliable. The kids are already saying they definitely want to do the clear kayak here again!

This was my second snorkeling experience in Miyako Island! Last time, I participated in a tour departing from Irabu Island, but I received advice from a local that the tour from Ikema Island is closer to Yaeyama and better! While researching on Veltra, I discovered this tour and decided to join.

This time, I participated with my child, and since there were fewer people compared to the last time, we received a lot of advice and support, which made me very satisfied. We took many photos and even used a drone for some shots, which I really appreciated.

If I have the opportunity, I would love to join this tour again next time. The staff were all kind, and we had a great time swimming. We even encountered a turtle up close, which was truly moving! 🥹

今回、2回目の宮古島シュノーケル体験！！
前回は伊良部島出航ツアーに参加しましたが
その際地元の方から、池間島発の方が八重千瀬に近くて良いよ！とアドバイスを受け、ベルトラで調べていたらなんと発見し参加させて頂きました😌
今回は親子旅で参加させて頂きましたが、前回に比べて少人数だったため、色々とアドバイスを受けながら手厚くサポートして頂き大変満足しております
写真、ドローンを使っての撮影も沢山撮って頂き満足しております
機会があれば次回もこのツアーに参加したいなぁと思っております

In March, the water temperature in Miyako Island is still low for swimming, so I looked for activities in the sea. I was shocked to find out that snorkeling with a wetsuit rental had an age restriction, which meant I couldn't sign up. However, after searching for options without age limits, I was able to find something. As a result, it was a great decision!

We received a brief lecture on precautions and how to handle the kayak before boarding the transparent kayak. The schedule included practice in the first half and free time in the second half. With gentle encouragement and support, I was able to ride comfortably and enjoy watching the fish swimming beneath the transparent kayak.

At the end, we received drone photos and videos, and I was amazed by their beauty. Everyone who participated expressed their joy. It was a very cost-effective experience, and I was able to fully enjoy the charm of Miyako Island. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

3月の宮古島は、泳ぐにはまだ水温が低いこともあり、海のアクティビティがないか探しました。
ウエットスーツを借用してのシュノーケリングなどは、年齢制限があり、申し込めないことがわかって愕然🫨年齢制限がないことを条件に検索したところ、見つけることができました。結果　大正解❗️

注意点やカヤックの扱い方など、簡潔にレクチャーしてもらい、透明カヤックに乗り込みました。前半は練習、後半は自由にというスケジュール。細やかな声かけや励ましで、安心して気持ちよく乗ることができ、透明カヤックの下を泳ぐ魚たちにも癒されました。

ドローンの写真や映像は、終了時に頂くことができ、その美しさにびっくり🫢
参加した皆さんも声を上げて喜んでいました。
とてもコスパが良く、宮古島の魅力を最大限満喫できました。

I had the experience of kayaking in a clear sea! They lend paddles to small children! With a kind word saying that they will float even if they fall into the sea, you can let them paddle freely...! I was really grateful for that!

They also informed us about areas with many fish and areas where we might be lucky enough to see rays, and for the first half, the instructor was right beside us! They even did drone filming, and since we finished, my son has been happily watching that video!

I made a reservation the night before because I wanted to decide based on the weather and my pet's condition. It was a last-minute booking, but I received a prompt call back, and we were able to go kayaking the next day! It was easy to understand the meeting location since I received it via SMS in advance.

This was our first experience with an activity involving our pet, but we all enjoyed kayaking without any fear. The staff members were very affectionate towards our pet, and it made us very happy! Thank you so much.

Lastly, we received a video shot with a drone, which became a wonderful memory of Miyako Island.

天気とペットの体調を見て決めたかったので前日の夜に予約しました。
急すぎた予約でしたがすぐに折り返しのお電話があり次の日カヤックできることになりました！
集合場所を事前にSMSでもらってたのでわかりやすかったです。

ペットとアクティビティは初めての体験でしたがカヤックを怖がることなく家族で楽しめました。またスタッフの方々がうちの子を可愛がってくださり、とても喜んでいました！ありがとうございます。

最後にドローンで撮影した動画を頂きましたが宮古島の最高の思い出になりました。

I participated with my 2-year-old child. The children's life jackets were well-adjusted and fit perfectly, which made me feel safe. They took a lot of photos for us, and above all, the staff were great at holding and playing with the kids, which was a big help. They kindly taught us how to paddle, which we really appreciated as it was our first experience. They also lent us waterproof smartphone cases for free, and the drone footage was impressive. I applied for a canoe tour on Miyako Island, but I was turned down due to safety concerns related to my disability. However, this canoe & SUP tour welcomed me warmly, and I found them to be a very good organization. Communication was clear, and I was able to spend a very meaningful and enriching time. The clear canoe and SUP allowed me to see fish that weren't clearly visible from the surface, as well as the coral on the bottom, which greatly enhanced my satisfaction and made for a very enjoyable experience.

同じ宮古島でカヌーツアーを申し込んだが、障害があるとして安全性を理由に断られた。
しかし、こちらのカヌー&SUPツアーは快く受け入れていただき大変良い団体とお見受けした。
コミュニケーションもしっかり取れて、大変有意義かつ濃密な時間を過ごせました。
クリアカヌー、SUPは底が見えるので海面上でははっきりと見えない魚も見えたり、底のサンゴ見えるため満足感は高く非常に楽しくすごせました。

The detailed meeting place, time, and items to bring were communicated to us the day before via phone and text message. They provided waterproof cases and life jackets, and in winter, they also prepared marine suits, so participants only needed to bring clothes that could get wet, making it easy for anyone to join with peace of mind! Personally, I recommend wearing a rash guard over your swimsuit! All the guides were very kind and friendly. While on the water, just by looking down from the clear kayak, we could see many fish, including clownfish, and it felt like a snorkeling experience. The guides would point out where the fish were and kept pace with us, which was reassuring! The sea was truly beautiful, and the photos taken by the drone were stunning! I was surprised at how clear the water was and how many fish we could see even from the kayak, making it a very meaningful time. It was truly enjoyable and created wonderful memories!

当日の詳細な集合場所や時間、持ち物などは前日に電話とショートメールでお知らせしていただけました。防水ケースやライフジャケットはもちろん、冬はマリンスーツも用意してくださり、参加される方は濡れてもOKな服のみ用意すればどなたでも安心して参加することが出来ると感じました！個人的には水着の上にラッシュガードを着るくらいがおすすめです！ガイドさんは全員とても優しく気さくな方々でした。海の上では、クリアカヤックから下を覗くだけで、カクレクマノミなどの魚たちをたくさん見ることができ、シュノーケリングのような体験ができました。ガイドさんがたも、ここに魚がいるよ〜など教えてくださったり、私たちのペースに合わせて着いてきてくださるので、安心です！海は本当に綺麗で、ドローンらの写真は圧巻でした！想像以上に、カヤックの上からでも綺麗な海とたくさんの魚を見ることができ、大変有意義な時間となりました。本当に楽しく、素敵な思い出になりました！

It was mid-February, but the temperature was 25°C. The weather was very nice, and it was the perfect day for kayaking with no waves. The staff members were very kind and even gave us a rehearsal on how to use the kayak since it was our first time. During the actual tour, they maintained a comfortable distance, following us closely, which allowed us to complete the tour with peace of mind. It was so much fun! The drone footage became a lifelong memory.

2月半ばでしたが、気温は25℃。
お天気がとてもよく、波もないカヤックには最適の日でした。スタッフの方々はとても親切でカヤック初めての私たちにカイの使い方の予行演習までしてくださいました。
そして、本番では付かず離れずの距離を保って、付いてきてくださり、安心のうちにツアーを終えることができました。スッゴク楽しかった！ドローン撮影は一生の思い出になりました。。

I went kayaking for the first time, and the guide's explanations were very thorough and easy to understand, allowing me to paddle well!

The sea outside the bridge had a bit of waves and wind, but there was a spot where I could see beautiful corals and clownfish, and we were able to visit a secret beach, which made for an extraordinary experience that I was very satisfied with!

I wanted to try stand-up paddleboarding, but my husband preferred canoeing. Just when I was thinking of giving up, I found out that we could choose either option! On top of that, the boards were clear, so we could see clownfish and colorful fish swimming below. However, if you don't know where to look, it's hard to spot them at all, but our guide skillfully led us to the best viewing points. Impressive!

What was even more amazing was the drone footage they captured. There were also edited videos combined with the photos taken by the guide, and we received all the footage via AirDrop right after the experience. It became the best memory for us. Thank you so much! 😊

私はサップに挑戦したかったのですが、主人はカヌー希望。あきらめようと思っていたら、こちらはどちらも選択できる！その上板がクリアなのでクマノミや色鮮やかなお魚も見えました。でも見える場所がわかっていないと全く探せなくて、ガイドさんはちゃんと見えるポイントまで案内して下さいました。さすがです。
そしてさらに凄いのがドローン撮影していただいた映像です。ガイドさんの撮影した写真と組み合わせた編集ものもあり、体験が終わったらすぐにairdrop で映像全ていただけます。最高の思い出になりました。ありがとうございました😊

The sea was very beautiful. It was a bit cloudy, but it wasn't cold. Under the guidance of the gentle and kind staff, I was able to stand up and paddle on the SUP. In the end, we were able to explore the bay together in various places. I definitely want to visit again. Maybe I'll bring my grandchild next time. The drone footage was also amazing, making it a fantastic experience.

とても美しい海　少し曇っていましたが寒くはありません。優しく親切なスタッフさんの指導のもと、立ってSUPを漕ぐことができるようになりました。最後は2人で湾の内をあちこち探索できました。ぜひまた訪れたいと思います。こんどは孫も連れてこようかな。ドローンでの撮影もいただき最高な体験でした。

The weather was nice, and the staff were calm and very friendly. I was nervous since it was my first time kayaking, but they carefully taught me how to paddle, allowing me to enjoy kayaking with peace of mind. The drone footage captured breathtaking scenery that truly moved me.

I participated with one middle-aged man and three children aged 7, 6, and 4. The instructors were kind, and the Ingyama Marine Garden was calm with no waves. The first 30 minutes were spent practicing and exploring the garden, and the last 30 minutes were free time within the garden. I plan to use this service again next time.

インストラクターの方々は優しいし、インギャーマリンガーデンは波も無くて穏やかでした。
前半30分は練習とインギャーマリンガーデン内を周って、後半30分はガーデン内で自由時間でした。

The lecture before the kayaking experience was easy to understand, allowing even beginners to enjoy it safely! Not only did they take photos and videos for us, but they also captured beautiful shots of the sea and natural scenery with a drone, so we were able to take those memories home with us♪

Due to work commitments and flight delays, our reservation time changed multiple times, but you kindly suggested alternative dates without any complaints, which was a great help.

Not only did you teach us, who are beginners in SAP, thoroughly from scratch, but you also adapted the level of assistance and freedom according to the participants' comfort, showcasing your professionalism in marine sports.

During the SAP session, we were able to take an incredible number of photos and videos with drones and smartphones, and perhaps because there were few participants that day, we even received a video with background music as a complimentary service.

The staff were bright and friendly from start to finish. It was impressive that they waved goodbye until we were out of sight, and they also offered advice on nearby restaurants.

For us, who are busy with work and find it hard to take time off, this was the perfect experience. It has also become one of the reasons we want to visit Miyako Island again.

仕事の都合、フライトの遅延で予約時間の変更が二転三転してしまいましたが、悪態ひとつなく快く別日時をご提案くださり助かりました。

また、SAP初心者の私たちに対してイチから丁寧に教えて頂けただけでなく、参加者の慣れに応じて自由度や手助けを臨機応変にされていてマリンスポーツのプロフェッショナルさを感じました。

SAP中はドローンやスマホで凄い数の写真と動画を撮影いただけますし、当日の参加者が少なかったことが理由かもしれませんがサービスでBGM付の動画までいただけました。

スタッフの皆さまは最初から最後まで明るくフレンドリーです。私たちが見えなくなるまで手を振ってくださっていたのが印象的ですし、近くのご飯屋さんも相談に乗ってくださります。

It was my first time in a clear kayak, and during the confirmation call the day before, I was kindly given answers to my questions, which made me really excited to participate. On the day of the event, the staff took photos and videos using drones and smartphones, allowing me to fully enjoy kayaking. After we finished, they shared the footage with us and even created a highlight video using those photos and videos, which turned out to be a wonderful memory. It was amazing!

初めてのクリアカヤックでしたが、前日の確認のお電話の際に、疑問点など優しく教えてくださり、楽しみいっぱいで参加させていただきました。当日は、ドローンやスマホにてスタッフさんが写真撮影や動画撮影をしてくださり、思う存分カヤックを楽しめました。終わった際には、撮影いただいたものを共有いただき、＋αとしてその写真や動画を駆使してダイジェスト動画を作ってくださり、とても良い思い出になりました。最高でした！

The day before, I received a message about the meeting place and a final confirmation of what to bring. On the day of the activity, the instructor provided detailed explanations, and my mother, who seemed a bit anxious, was kindly guided and quickly got used to it, enjoying herself with a smile.

It seems they also lend out marine coats when it's cold, so you can participate comfortably even in winter. The instructor was very kind to the children as well, allowing them to participate in the activities with peace of mind.

I was feeling disappointed after my reservation was canceled the day before due to strong winds with another company, but I found this place and made a reservation on a whim. They welcomed me warmly. Since the location is in a bay, the winds were calm, and I was able to enjoy myself without any issues! I was also nervous because it was my first time trying stand-up paddleboarding (SUP), but they kindly taught me, which made me feel at ease during the experience! It became a wonderful memory. It had been a while since I went kayaking in Ishigaki Island, but it was a fun time with drone photography, and I was able to see small fish from the bottom of the boat. I had photos taken and received the images captured by the drone right on the spot. There was free time during the one-hour session, and I was able to have them edited during that time, and I received them for free as soon as I got out. The beautiful sea of Miyako Island served as a stunning backdrop. I was truly moved and glad I came.

石垣島でのカヤック以来であったが、ドローン撮影があり、船底から小魚を見ることができたりと楽しい時間でありました。写真を撮ってもらったり、ドローンで撮影してもらった画像は、その場でいただきました。1時間の中に自由時間があり、その時間で編集してもらい、あがるとすぐに無料でもらえました。宮古島の綺麗な海をバックに素晴らしいものでした。来てよかったと感動しました。

I experienced stand-up paddleboarding (SUP). I was worried about the strong winds before going, but there were no waves or wind in the inland sea, and I enjoyed it from start to finish. The weather was forecasted to be rainy, but it was cloudy, and I could see clearly down to the bottom of the sea.

The staff were very kind, and I quickly got used to it and was able to stand up and fully enjoy the beautiful sea, which made me very satisfied. They also did drone photography, and the results were even more wonderful than I imagined, which moved me.

If anyone is coming to Miyako Island, I would definitely recommend this! ♪

Clear SUP was my first experience! I was happy to see the underwater world without getting wet. The Ingyamarine Garden had a spread of coral, and I was able to see many beautiful fish, which was a lot of fun! 予約時からとても丁寧に対応していただきました。
当日はサップが初めての娘にもとても丁寧に優しく教えてくださったので楽しい時間を過ごすことができました。
またドローンでの撮影は自分達では撮ることのできない上空からの映像で宮古島の海の綺麗さがよく分かりいい思い出になりました。

I participated with my dog, and I was grateful that dogs were allowed. They provided waterproof smartphone cases and winter marine coats for rent, both of which were new and clean, which I really appreciated. It was my first time riding in a transparent kayak, and the floor was like the window of a glass boat, allowing us to see the coral and fish clearly.

The dog I brought along was so excited that he even dove into the sea.

The guide was very dog-friendly and kind, which I was really thankful for. During the experience, another staff member flew a drone, and after the experience, they shared all the photos and videos, including an edited video with background music, which was a wonderful display of hospitality!

After the experience, they provided fresh water in a large bottle, so I was able to wash my dog after he jumped into the sea. I recommend bringing extra towels from the hotel!

防水のスマホケースの貸し出しや、冬用のマリンコートの貸し出し、いずれも新しく綺麗な物を貸し出していただきありがたかったです。透明のカヤックは初めて乗ったのですが、床がガラスボートの窓のようになって珊瑚や魚をクリアに見ることができました。

体験していた犬はテンションが上がったあまり海にダイブするほどで、

案内いただいたお兄さんもドッグフレンドリーで親切な方でとてもありがたかったです。そして体験中にもう一名のスタッフの方はドローンを飛ばしてくださり、
体験終了後全てそれらの写真と動画をシェアしてくださるのですが、bgmつきの編集された動画もシェアしてくださりホスピタリティに感動です！

終了後は真水を大きなボトルで提供くださるので、犬が海に飛び込んでもそれで洗うことができました。タオルはホテルから多めに持参をするのがオススメです！

I traveled to Miyako Island for two nights and three days in December, and I had booked a clear kayak tour for the second day. Unfortunately, on the day of the tour, it was raining heavily, so I received a call from the tour operator in the morning, allowing me to decide whether to proceed or not. They were very accommodating to my request to assess the local conditions before making a decision.

In the end, I rescheduled the tour for the third day, and they even let me choose which time slot to take. On the third day, they also conducted the drone filming early to avoid the rain, which was incredibly flexible and helpful.

The drone footage was recorded in video format, and I received about eight clips lasting 10 to 30 seconds each, along with one edited video of about one minute and 20 seconds with music. I also received several photos. The image quality was very beautiful, and it was enjoyable to watch even on a large screen.

It became a wonderful memory. Thank you very much.

12月に2泊3日で宮古島へ旅行に行き、2日目にクリアカヤックのツアーを予約していました。
ところが当日あいにくの大雨だったため、ツアーの方から当日の朝電話をいただき、実施するかどうかをこちらで判断させてくれました。
現地の状況を見て判断したいという要望にも快く応じてくださりました。
結局3日目に変更したのですが、その際も3日目のどの時間枠にするかまで選ばせてくれたり、3日目も雨が降る前に早めにドローン撮影をしてくださったりとても柔軟に対応していただき大変助かりました。

ドローン撮影は動画で撮影してくれて、10〜30秒ほどの動画を8本ほどと、1分20秒くらいに編集した音楽付きの動画を1本いただきました。その他写真も数枚いただきました。
画質もとても綺麗で大画面で見ても楽しめます。

とてもいい思い出になりました。
