Due to the forecast of rain on the reserved day, I had to change my plans and decided to participate the following day. Even with the sudden change, they were very kind and accommodating, and as a result, I was able to have the best conditions for my SUP experience!

It was my first time on a clear SUP, and I enjoyed both standing up and feeling the wind as well as sitting down to see the fish and coral. Both experiences were wonderful. And above all, the drone video they took on a sunny day was absolutely fantastic!

I've participated in various activities so far, but this was the experience that made me feel the most "I'm glad I participated." I hope to join again when I come back to Miyako Island! 😊

予約日の予報が雨だった為、急遽予定を変更して翌日に参加することに。急な変更でもとても親切に対応いただけて、その結果、最高のコンディションでSUP体験をすることができました！！
初めてのクリアSUPでしたが、立って風を感じるのも、座って魚や珊瑚を見るのも、どちらも楽しめてとてもよかったです。そして何より、天気のよい日は撮ってくれるというドローン動画がとっても素敵でした！！！
これまで色んなアクティビティに参加しましたが、一番「参加してよかった」と思える体験でした。また宮古島に来た際は参加したいなと思います😊

It was my first experience with SUP, and I was kindly taught how to do it. The activity lasted about an hour and a half, and at the end, they gave us a video shot with a drone (which was also edited), and the quality was truly top-notch!

Points I personally thought were great:
- Drone footage included (they provide videos for free and take photos as well)
- They lend you a waterproof case for your phone
- They communicate clearly about the meeting place and what to bring the day before
- They manage your valuables
- The SUP is clear, so you can see the fish
- It's beginner-friendly (they teach you how to do it properly)
- They give you about 30 minutes of free time at the end

I've done various activities, but I think it's rare to find a place that offers this much for the price. The guides were also friendly, and I really want to recommend this to everyone!

初のSUP体験でしたが、親切に教えていただきました。
1時間半くらいのアクティビティで、終わった時にドローンで撮影した動画をくださり（しかも編集済み）、クウォリティも本当に最高でした！

個人的にいいと思ったポイント
・ドローン撮影付き（無料で動画などをくれるし写真も撮ってくれる）
・携帯防水ケースを貸してくれる
・しっかり前日に集合場所や持ち物など連絡をくれる
・貴重品などを管理してくれる
・クリアSUPなのでお魚も見える
・初心者でも大丈夫（やり方ちゃんと教えてくれます）
・後半30分くらい自由時間もくれます

いろんなアクティビティをしてきましたが、このお値段でここまでやってくれるところはなかなかないと思います。
ガイドさんたちも親切で、本当におすすめなのでみなさんにお勧めしたいです！

I participated with my 2-year-old child. The children's life jackets were well-adjusted and fit perfectly, which made me feel safe. They took a lot of photos for us, and above all, the staff were great at holding and playing with the kids, which was a big help. They kindly taught us how to paddle, which we really appreciated as it was our first experience. They also lent us waterproof smartphone cases for free, and the drone footage was impressive. I would love to participate again. Thank you very much!

写真をたくさん撮ってくださるし、なによりスタッフの方がかなり子どもを抱っこしたり遊んだりとあやし上手で助かりました。

I applied for a canoe tour on Miyako Island, but I was turned down due to safety concerns related to my disability. However, this canoe & SUP tour welcomed me warmly, and I found them to be a very good organization. Communication was clear, and I was able to spend a very meaningful and enriching time. The clear canoe and SUP allowed me to see fish that weren't clearly visible from the surface, as well as the coral on the bottom, which greatly enhanced my satisfaction and made for a very enjoyable experience.

同じ宮古島でカヌーツアーを申し込んだが、障害があるとして安全性を理由に断られた。
しかし、こちらのカヌー&SUPツアーは快く受け入れていただき大変良い団体とお見受けした。
コミュニケーションもしっかり取れて、大変有意義かつ濃密な時間を過ごせました。
クリアカヌー、SUPは底が見えるので海面上でははっきりと見えない魚も見えたり、底のサンゴ見えるため満足感は高く非常に楽しくすごせました。

The detailed meeting place, time, and items to bring were communicated to us the day before via phone and text message. They provided waterproof cases and life jackets, and in winter, they also prepared marine suits, so participants only needed to bring clothes that could get wet, making it easy for anyone to join with peace of mind! Personally, I recommend wearing a rash guard over your swimsuit! All the guides were very kind and friendly. While on the water, just by looking down from the clear kayak, we could see many fish, including clownfish, and it felt like a snorkeling experience. The guides would point out where the fish were and kept pace with us, which was reassuring! The sea was truly beautiful, and the photos taken by the drone were stunning! I was surprised at how clear the water was and how many fish we could see even from the kayak, making it a very meaningful time. It was truly enjoyable and created wonderful memories!

当日の詳細な集合場所や時間、持ち物などは前日に電話とショートメールでお知らせしていただけました。防水ケースやライフジャケットはもちろん、冬はマリンスーツも用意してくださり、参加される方は濡れてもOKな服のみ用意すればどなたでも安心して参加することが出来ると感じました！個人的には水着の上にラッシュガードを着るくらいがおすすめです！ガイドさんは全員とても優しく気さくな方々でした。海の上では、クリアカヤックから下を覗くだけで、カクレクマノミなどの魚たちをたくさん見ることができ、シュノーケリングのような体験ができました。ガイドさんがたも、ここに魚がいるよ〜など教えてくださったり、私たちのペースに合わせて着いてきてくださるので、安心です！海は本当に綺麗で、ドローンらの写真は圧巻でした！想像以上に、カヤックの上からでも綺麗な海とたくさんの魚を見ることができ、大変有意義な時間となりました。本当に楽しく、素敵な思い出になりました！

I went kayaking for the first time, and the guide's explanations were very thorough and easy to understand, allowing me to paddle well!

The sea outside the bridge had a bit of waves and wind, but there was a spot where I could see beautiful corals and clownfish, and we were able to visit a secret beach, which made for an extraordinary experience that I was very satisfied with!

The drone footage was amazing!!

橋の外側の海は少し波と風がありましたが、そこでは綺麗なサンゴとニモを見ることのできるスポットがあり、秘密のビーチにも行くことができ、非日常的な体験ができてとても満足しています！

I wanted to try stand-up paddleboarding, but my husband preferred canoeing. Just when I was thinking of giving up, I found out that we could choose either option! On top of that, the boards were clear, so we could see clownfish and colorful fish swimming below. However, if you don't know where to look, it's hard to spot them at all, but our guide skillfully led us to the best viewing points. Impressive!

What was even more amazing was the drone footage they captured. There were also edited videos combined with the photos taken by the guide, and we received all the footage via AirDrop right after the experience. It became the best memory for us. Thank you so much! 😊

私はサップに挑戦したかったのですが、主人はカヌー希望。あきらめようと思っていたら、こちらはどちらも選択できる！その上板がクリアなのでクマノミや色鮮やかなお魚も見えました。でも見える場所がわかっていないと全く探せなくて、ガイドさんはちゃんと見えるポイントまで案内して下さいました。さすがです。
そしてさらに凄いのがドローン撮影していただいた映像です。ガイドさんの撮影した写真と組み合わせた編集ものもあり、体験が終わったらすぐにairdrop で映像全ていただけます。最高の思い出になりました。ありがとうございました😊

The sea was very beautiful. It was a bit cloudy, but it wasn't cold. Under the guidance of the gentle and kind staff, I was able to stand up and paddle on the SUP. In the end, we were able to explore the bay together in various places. I definitely want to visit again. Maybe I'll bring my grandchild next time. The drone footage was also amazing, making it a fantastic experience.

とても美しい海　少し曇っていましたが寒くはありません。優しく親切なスタッフさんの指導のもと、立ってSUPを漕ぐことができるようになりました。最後は2人で湾の内をあちこち探索できました。ぜひまた訪れたいと思います。こんどは孫も連れてこようかな。ドローンでの撮影もいただき最高な体験でした。

The weather was nice, and the staff were calm and very friendly. I was nervous since it was my first time kayaking, but they carefully taught me how to paddle, allowing me to enjoy kayaking with peace of mind. The drone footage captured breathtaking scenery that truly moved me.

I made a reservation the evening before, but they kindly accepted it. I also received a phone call, which put my mind at ease. On the day of the event, all the staff were friendly, cheerful, and easy to talk to, making for a fun and enjoyable time throughout. The Ingyama Marine Garden was calm and great for stand-up paddleboarding (SUP), and the clear water allowed us to see the fish underwater. Thank you very much!

The lecture before the kayaking experience was easy to understand, allowing even beginners to enjoy it safely! Not only did they take photos and videos for us, but they also captured beautiful shots of the sea and natural scenery with a drone, so we were able to take those memories home with us♪

Everything was wonderful.

Due to work commitments and flight delays, our reservation time changed multiple times, but you kindly suggested alternative dates without any complaints, which was a great help.

Not only did you teach us, who are beginners in SAP, thoroughly from scratch, but you also adapted the level of assistance and freedom according to the participants' comfort, showcasing your professionalism in marine sports.

During the SAP session, we were able to take an incredible number of photos and videos with drones and smartphones, and perhaps because there were few participants that day, we even received a video with background music as a complimentary service.

The staff were bright and friendly from start to finish. It was impressive that they waved goodbye until we were out of sight, and they also offered advice on nearby restaurants.

For us, who are busy with work and find it hard to take time off, this was the perfect experience. It has also become one of the reasons we want to visit Miyako Island again.

全てにおいて素晴らしかったです。

仕事の都合、フライトの遅延で予約時間の変更が二転三転してしまいましたが、悪態ひとつなく快く別日時をご提案くださり助かりました。

また、SAP初心者の私たちに対してイチから丁寧に教えて頂けただけでなく、参加者の慣れに応じて自由度や手助けを臨機応変にされていてマリンスポーツのプロフェッショナルさを感じました。

SAP中はドローンやスマホで凄い数の写真と動画を撮影いただけますし、当日の参加者が少なかったことが理由かもしれませんがサービスでBGM付の動画までいただけました。

スタッフの皆さまは最初から最後まで明るくフレンドリーです。私たちが見えなくなるまで手を振ってくださっていたのが印象的ですし、近くのご飯屋さんも相談に乗ってくださります。

仕事が多忙でなかなかゆっくりと時間を取れない私たちにとって最高の時間になりました。
また、宮古島へ訪れたいキッカケの1つです。

It was my first time in a clear kayak, and during the confirmation call the day before, I was kindly given answers to my questions, which made me really excited to participate. On the day of the event, the staff took photos and videos using drones and smartphones, allowing me to fully enjoy kayaking. After we finished, they shared the footage with us and even created a highlight video using those photos and videos, which turned out to be a wonderful memory. It was amazing!

初めてのクリアカヤックでしたが、前日の確認のお電話の際に、疑問点など優しく教えてくださり、楽しみいっぱいで参加させていただきました。当日は、ドローンやスマホにてスタッフさんが写真撮影や動画撮影をしてくださり、思う存分カヤックを楽しめました。終わった際には、撮影いただいたものを共有いただき、＋αとしてその写真や動画を駆使してダイジェスト動画を作ってくださり、とても良い思い出になりました。最高でした！

I was feeling disappointed after my reservation was canceled the day before due to strong winds with another company, but I found this place and made a reservation on a whim. They welcomed me warmly. Since the location is in a bay, the winds were calm, and I was able to enjoy myself without any issues! I was also nervous because it was my first time trying stand-up paddleboarding (SUP), but they kindly taught me, which made me feel at ease during the experience! It became a wonderful memory. I experienced stand-up paddleboarding (SUP). I was worried about the strong winds before going, but there were no waves or wind in the inland sea, and I enjoyed it from start to finish. The weather was forecasted to be rainy, but it was cloudy, and I could see clearly down to the bottom of the sea.

The staff were very kind, and I quickly got used to it and was able to stand up and fully enjoy the beautiful sea, which made me very satisfied. They also did drone photography, and the results were even more wonderful than I imagined, which moved me.

If anyone is coming to Miyako Island, I would definitely recommend this! ♪

Clear SUP was my first experience! I was happy to see the underwater world without getting wet. The Ingyamarine Garden had a spread of coral, and I was able to see many beautiful fish, which was a lot of fun! From the moment I made the reservation, the service was very attentive. On the day of the activity, they kindly and patiently taught my daughter, who was trying stand-up paddleboarding (SUP) for the first time, allowing us to have a wonderful time. Additionally, the drone footage provided us with aerial views that we couldn't capture ourselves, showcasing the beauty of the sea in Miyako Island and creating great memories. The clear kayak allowed us to see many fish, and we were extremely satisfied.

予約時からとても丁寧に対応していただきました。
当日はサップが初めての娘にもとても丁寧に優しく教えてくださったので楽しい時間を過ごすことができました。
またドローンでの撮影は自分達では撮ることのできない上空からの映像で宮古島の海の綺麗さがよく分かりいい思い出になりました。
クリヤカヤックのため魚もたくさん見ることができ、大満足です。

I traveled to Miyako Island for two nights and three days in December, and I had booked a clear kayak tour for the second day. Unfortunately, on the day of the tour, it was raining heavily, so I received a call from the tour operator in the morning, allowing me to decide whether to proceed or not. They were very accommodating to my request to assess the local conditions before making a decision.

In the end, I rescheduled the tour for the third day, and they even let me choose which time slot to take. On the third day, they also conducted the drone filming early to avoid the rain, which was incredibly flexible and helpful.

The drone footage was recorded in video format, and I received about eight clips lasting 10 to 30 seconds each, along with one edited video of about one minute and 20 seconds with music. I also received several photos. The image quality was very beautiful, and it was enjoyable to watch even on a large screen.

It became a wonderful memory. Thank you very much.

12月に2泊3日で宮古島へ旅行に行き、2日目にクリアカヤックのツアーを予約していました。
ところが当日あいにくの大雨だったため、ツアーの方から当日の朝電話をいただき、実施するかどうかをこちらで判断させてくれました。
現地の状況を見て判断したいという要望にも快く応じてくださりました。
結局3日目に変更したのですが、その際も3日目のどの時間枠にするかまで選ばせてくれたり、3日目も雨が降る前に早めにドローン撮影をしてくださったりとても柔軟に対応していただき大変助かりました。

ドローン撮影は動画で撮影してくれて、10〜30秒ほどの動画を8本ほどと、1分20秒くらいに編集した音楽付きの動画を1本いただきました。その他写真も数枚いただきました。
画質もとても綺麗で大画面で見ても楽しめます。

とてもいい思い出になりました。

After experiencing stand-up paddleboarding, I had some free time, and when I looked through the transparent paddleboard, I saw fish swimming. I had a great time seeing them up close.

I was a bit anxious about my first clear SUP, but I had an absolutely amazing time. The scenery was beautiful, and I got to meet wonderful people and capture great videos, making it the best memory of Miyako Island. My friend (Akki) fell into the sea right away, but the instructor pulled him up, and we got some really funny footage. Falling in is definitely more fun, but if you fall early on, the photos can turn out pretty disastrous, haha! I'm going again in March, so wait for me! - by Aki

I experienced stand-up paddleboarding for the first time. The cheerful and kind instructors explained everything clearly, and even someone like me who hardly exercises was able to stand up relatively quickly. The sea was blue and clear, and I could see many cute fish. I received the photos and drone footage right after the experience, and the visuals were so beautiful that I was moved. Since coming back, I've watched them several times, savoring the memories. Thank you very much!

はじめてクリアサップを体験しました。陽気で優しいお兄さんたちにわかりやすく教えてもらい、運動ほぼしない私でも割とすぐに立つことができました。海も青くて透き通っていて、可愛いお魚もたくさん見えました。写真もドローン映像も体験が終わったあとすぐにデータをもらえ、映像とても綺麗で感動。帰ってきてから何度も見返して思い出を噛み締めてます。ありがとうございました。

At the beginning of December, it was raining quite heavily before we started, but we participated in the canoeing activity with our 2-year-old child, hoping for a break in the weather. They provided free jackets even in the rain, so we didn't get cold. Initially, we were told that we might not be able to fly the drone, but as the rain lightened up, we could see fish swimming from the bottom of the transparent canoe, and both adults and children had a great time. The instructor was kind and explained everything clearly, so even our child, who was experiencing the ocean for the first time, was able to play without feeling scared. At the end, we received drone videos and photo data, and I was amazed by the beautiful footage, which exceeded my expectations. This is an activity I can highly recommend. Thank you! ❣️

12月初め。開始前は雨が結構強めに降っていましたが、晴れ間を期待してカヌーに2歳の子供と3名で参加。雨天でも無料の上着貸出があったため冷えることもなく、最初はドローンも飛ばせないかもと言われていましたが、途中雨が弱まり、スケルトンのカヌーの底から魚が泳いでいるのが見え、大人も子供も楽しむことができました。インストラクターの方に親切に分かりやすく指導して貰えるので、恐怖感もなく海が初めての子供も楽しく遊べていました。最後にドローンの動画や写真データを頂くのですが、想像以上の綺麗な映像に感動しました。おすすめできるアクティビティです。ありがとうございました❣️

On the day of the reservation, it was a cloudy day with strong winds. Since it was my first experience with stand-up paddleboarding (SUP), I felt a bit anxious as I headed to the designated location. However, the staff greeted me with big smiles and reassured me that with this level of wind, they could even fly a drone. I was relieved because I had been worried that I might not be able to do SUP at all.

I placed my belongings like towels in a box and put my valuables in a locked box. I then wore the free rental marine shoes and life jacket. They provided a thorough SUP lecture, and we headed out to the sea.

Even though it was the sea, Ingyamarine Garden is a natural bay, so I felt safe enjoying marine sports even on a windy day.

Since it was a clear SUP, I could observe fish and coral through the paddleboard, making it enjoyable even for beginners. Above all, the staff were bright, kind, and attentive.

Moreover, after the SUP session, when we returned to shore, they showed us the edited drone footage and promptly sent us the videos and photos.

I would love to request this shop again for my next trip to Miyako Island! Thank you very much!

初めてのSUP体験なので、不安を感じながら指定の場所へ行くと、スタッフさんたちが満面の笑みで出迎えてくれ、このくらいの風ならドローンも飛ばせますね、と仰ってくれ、そもそもSUP自体できないのでは、と思っていたのでホッとしました。

タオルなどの手荷物はボックスへ、貴重品は鍵つきのボックスへ入れ、無料レンタルのマリンシューズ、ライフジャケットを着用。
早速丁寧にSUPレクチャーをしていただき、海へ。

海といっても、インギャーマリンガーデンは天然の入り江なので、風の強い日でも安心してマリンスポーツが楽しめました。

クリアサップなので、サップ越しに魚や珊瑚も観察できて、初心者でも楽しむことができました。
何より、スタッフの皆さんが明るく親切丁寧。

しかもSUP後、岸に戻ると編集したドローン映像を見せてくれ、動画、写真を直ぐに送ってくれました。

次回の宮古島旅行の際にもこちらのショップへお願いしたいです！

When I received the confirmation call the day before, the person on the other end was very pleasant. After arriving at the meeting place, the staff greeted us in a friendly manner, which eased my nerves from the start and allowed us to begin with smiles. ✨

Once we started paddleboarding, they taught us gently and carefully, and we were able to enjoy ourselves while chatting about various topics!

When they took our photos, they complimented us with encouraging words that boosted our self-esteem, resulting in many naturally smiling pictures. (^^) The drone shots and the photos and videos taken from the water were incredibly well done and fantastic! ✨

I definitely want to visit again the next time I come to Miyako Island; it's an activity spot I highly recommend to everyone! Thank you for such wonderful memories! ♡♡♡

サップを開始してからも、優しく丁寧に教えてくださり、世間話もしながらとても楽しく行う事ができました！

写真を撮ってくださる時も、自己肯定感を上げてくれる嬉しい言葉を沢山かけてくださりながら撮ってくれるので自然とずっと笑顔な写真が沢山でした(^^)
ドローン撮影も水上からの撮影も、写真と動画がセンス抜群で最高です！✨

また宮古島に来る際には絶対にお邪魔したいなって思うくらい、皆におすすめのアクティビティスポットです！

It was an amazing experience with beautiful seas, very enjoyable and exciting. Our guide, Matt, was very kind and kept us laughing. The weather was cloudy, but the guide kindly took us to a place where we could enjoy the Miyako Blue, and he also took many photos for us. Not only the photos, but the drone footage was quite wonderful and became a great memory. He also provided information about a nearby observation deck, making it a meaningful day. I was a bit anxious at first, but I was able to relax and enjoy myself. I want to go again next time! Miyako Island and clear SUP are the best! You can even meet Nemo! Thank you!

すごい海が綺麗でとても楽しく、エキサイティングな体験でした。ガイドさんがとても優しくて（まっちゃん）笑いが絶えませんでした。天気は曇りでしたが、宮古島ブルーが堪能出来るような場所へガイドさんが親切に連れて行ってくれて、またその場で沢山の写真もとってくれました。写真だけでなくドローンの映像がかなり素晴らしく良い思い出となりました。近くの展望台の情報も教えてくれて有意義な１日になりました。最初は少し不安もありましたが、安心して楽しめました。
次回また行きたいです！！

I was glad that they took a lot of footage with the drone. However, it was a bit disappointing that some of the footage I received was frozen.

ドローンでたくさん撮影してくれたのが良かったです。ただいただいた映像が一部止まってしまっていて少し残念でした。

I only had one hour, and since there were other groups as well, I thought it might be a miss, but I participated anyway (sorry).

In reality, each participant in our group was assigned an instructor! They taught us very patiently. They also listened carefully to our requests. Thank you very much.

Even when there were some scary moments, I felt reassured because the staff was there, and I was able to enjoy myself.

The hour flew by, but we had a great time, and for us, who don't have much stamina, it was just the right amount of time! (laughs)

I've watched the drone footage and the photos taken afterward multiple times. It became a wonderful memory. I can't wait to brag about it to everyone!

The person who called me the day before, the staff on the day, everyone was energetic and very accommodating, and I could feel their dedication to making the customers enjoy themselves. It was not a miss, but a hit!

実際は、
参加グループに一人ずつ、インストラクターの方が付いてくださいました！
とても丁寧に教えてくださいました。
また、私達のわがままをしっかり聞いて頂けました。ありがとうございました。
途中、ちょっと怖いなって所も、お兄さんがいるから大丈夫！と安心して遊べました。

1時間はあっという間に過ぎましたが、しっかり遊べましたし、体力ない我々には結果丁度いい時間でした！笑

終わった後に見たドローン撮影の動画、撮って頂いた写真は、何回も見直してます。
とてもいい思い出になりました。
周りに自慢しちゃいます！

前日に電話をくれた方、当日のスタッフのお兄さん方、皆さん元気でとても対応が良く、一生懸命にお客様を楽しませようとする姿勢を感じました。
ハズレではなく、当たりでした！
