Restrictions

  • Participants must be in good health and over the age of 4 to participate.
  • The following individuals are prohibited from participating in this activity:
    Pregnant individuals, those under the influence of alcohol, individuals with a history of heart conditions, epilepsy, seizures or fainting, nerve damage or nervous system related illnesses, those with panic disorders and those with a fear of heights.
  • If a minor under the age of 20 is participating in the parasailing activity by themselves, they must bring a signed copy of the waiver attached below from their parent or guardian.

Additional notes

  • Please arrive at the meeting point 15 minutes before the tour begins.
  • The tour may be temporarily stopped, or cancelled, due to wind and ocean conditions. On windy days, children may not be able to participate.
  • Parking costs 500 JPY, paid on entry to the parking lot.
  • Please bring as little luggage on the boat as you can. There are lockers available at the meeting point.
  • Staff speaks Japanese, English or Chinese. However, please understand that due to schedules and staff rotation, there may be circumstances where this may not be possible.

  • Beach sandals (strictly no high heels)
  • Clothing that can get wet
  • Towel

  • You can book a minimum of 2 and maximum of 12.

Q. Will I get wet or go into the water?
A. Normally, you can land directly on the ship, however, there are rare occasions when you will in the water for safety reasons, but please rest assured that you will be wearing a life jacket.
Q. Can I join after the cruise?
A. Yes! It takes about 10 minutes (less than JPY 1,000) by taxi from the cruise terminal to the venue. However, it takes one hour or more to get off the port, so please make a reservation for this activity with a minimum of two hours after the cruise.
