It's great that you can easily go to the Churaumi Aquarium on a bus tour! I wish we could have stayed at the Churaumi Aquarium a bit longer. Manzamo and Kouri Island were surprisingly nice too!

It was incredibly crowded. I want to come back and try again when it's less busy. The distance from the parking lot to the entrance is quite long. It would be nice if the restaurant had a bit more variety.

Many people did not keep to the schedule, causing delays in departure and arrival times from the hotel, which shortened our stay and made the tour exhausting.
The response to those who did not adhere to the schedule was too lenient, causing inconvenience to others who were punctual.
Perhaps due to the language barrier, there were also issues with foreign passengers getting off the bus, which was quite frustrating.
Additionally, since the time spent includes the time for purchasing tickets, the actual time available for activities is even shorter.
It really ruined what could have been a wonderful trip.
時間を守らない人が多く、ホテルからの出発や到着時間も遅れ、滞在時間が短縮されたりして疲れるだけのツアーでした。
時間を守らない人に対しての対応が甘すぎるため、他の時間を厳守する人達に迷惑がかかっていました。
言葉が通じないためか、外国の方との下車トラブルもあり散々でした。
また、滞在時間にチケット購入時間が含まれるため、実際に回れる時間は更に短いです。
せっかくの旅が台無しでした。

I remembered that the tanks at the Churaumi Aquarium are made of acrylic and are designed to allow for close observation of the movements of the whale sharks, but seeing it in person was truly impressive. Having some prior knowledge changed my perspective, so I’m glad I participated in this tour.
After walking a lot in the aquarium, I got quite tired, so I returned to the bus early at other locations. There were people who arrived late at the meeting times, and I thought it must have been tough for the female guide, as she had to make phone calls and go looking for them.

I think it's more cost-effective than renting a car since we could visit all the major famous spots. However, there are many places to go, so you need to keep an eye on the time. Also, if you don't remember the location of the bus parking lot, you won't be able to return, which can lead to being late... For a day trip, I was torn between choosing the American Village or Pineapple Park, but I definitely think the course that includes "American Village" is the better option for adults! In November, the days get shorter, so the illumination combined with the American-style buildings was really beautiful (*'▽'*).

There were only about 10 passengers on the large bus, so the interior was very spacious. The guide's explanations were thorough and easy to understand, which was educational. I didn't know that the Churaumi Aquarium is one of the facilities within the Ocean Expo Park, and although it was a great opportunity, I felt disappointed that there wasn't enough time to enjoy the entire Ocean Expo Park. The roads were clear, and the itinerary progressed smoothly, allowing us to finish an hour and a half earlier than scheduled. I thought it would have been great if we could have extended our stay at the Ocean Expo Park just a little longer by incorporating some road information and making predictions (laughs). This was my first time using a charter taxi. Since I was traveling with my elderly parents who have mobility issues, I was initially quite anxious about who would come to pick us up. Our reservation was for 7:30 AM, but the driver (Mr. S) was already waiting for us. He greeted us, helped us with our luggage into the trunk, and we set off.
When we arrived at the Churaumi Aquarium, Mr. S guided us to the entrance and even took some photos for us. There were various situations that arose, and at times we couldn't achieve our intended goals, but he made suggestions each time, and we were able to visit places we hadn't planned on, which was a great help.
In the end, I felt really sorry for any inconvenience we caused. Despite that, he greeted us with a smile, and my family was able to enter the hotel with smiles on our faces as well. I considered renting a car, but it was much more relaxing to have someone else drive, so we really enjoyed ourselves. There are still places I want to visit, so I definitely want to use this service again next time. Thank you very much!
今回初めて貸切タクシーを利用しました。高齢で足が悪い両親含めての旅行だったため、初めはどんな方が来てくれるのかなど色々不安でした。朝7:30の予約でしたが、すでに運転手(Sさん)が待って下さり、挨拶をしてトランクに荷物を入れて出発しました。美ら海水族館に着き、Sさんが入口まで案内してくれて、写真も撮ってくれました。その後も色々あり、目的が果たせない事もありましたが、その都度ご提案していただいて、予定していなかった所も行けてとても助かりました。最後はご迷惑をおかけしてしまい、本当に申し訳ありませんでした。それでも笑顔で挨拶して下さり、私たち家族も笑顔でホテルに入る事が出来ました。レンタカーを借りる事も考えましたが、自分が運転するより気持ち的にも楽だったので、とても楽しめました。まだ行きたい場所があるので、今度もぜひまた利用させて頂きたいと思ってます。本当にありがとうございました。

Since I have visited Okinawa and its remote islands many times, I decided to try the Yanbaru tour in the northern part instead of the usual tourist spots. We were blessed with beautiful weather and had a wonderful tour guide. I also appreciate our driver for their safe driving.
I’m not a fan of seafood for lunch, but they kindly changed my meal to a vegetable tempura set at my request, which was very delicious with a light, crispy batter.
Although Cape Hedo and the old Oishi Forest Mountain were quite far, I was able to enjoy the scenery and listen to the explanations without getting too tired, allowing me to stroll at my own pace and have fun.
On Kouri Island, I bought my usual mozuku seaweed.
It was a lot of fun, and I would love to participate in other bus tours offered by this company.

On my last solo trip, I went to Churaumi Aquarium by myself, but this time I signed up for a tour with my mother. To sum it up, I recommend the tour because it allows you to visit various places efficiently. However, if you want to take your time enjoying the aquarium and the shows, 150 minutes at Churaumi might not be enough. Despite it being a weekday, there were many Asian tourists in the aquarium, and with strollers everywhere, it was a bit challenging to navigate in the dim lighting. Also, since lunch is on your own, I think it would be a good idea to eat during the bus ride to save time.
I didn't have high expectations for the Okinawa Confectionery Kingdom and Pineapple Park included in the tour, but they exceeded my expectations. Even though pineapple season is over, there are plenty of processed products available as souvenirs.

前回の一人旅では自分で美ら海まで行きましたが、今回は母親とともにツアーに申し込みました。結論を言いますと、ツアーでは色々効率よく周れるのでお勧めです。ただ水族館やショーをゆっくり見たいとなると、美ら海150分では足りないかもしれません。水族館内は平日にもかかわらず、アジア系観光客がたくさんおり、しかもベビーカーがあちらこちらにあったので、暗い中見て回るのがちょっと大変でした。またランチは各自となるので、時間セーブのためにもバスでの移動中に食べるのがいいかと思います。
ツアーに入っている御菓子御殿やパイナップルパークにはあまり期待していなかったのですが、想像以上に良かったです。御菓子御殿ではバラのお菓子をいくつも買ってお土産にしました。多くの人が紅芋タルトを箱買いしていましたが、個人的には紅芋かるかんがしっとりして美味しかったです。またパイナップルパークはパイナップルこそ時期ではありませんでしたが、植物園が工夫が凝らされており楽しかったです。どなたかのコメントでジャングリアより恐竜がいるとありましたが、その通りかもしれません。リアルな恐竜がわらわらいて、子供も楽しめると思います。パイナップルシーズンが終わっていても、たくさんの加工品のお土産があります。
年配のガイドさんでしたが、お話も歌もとてもお上手でした。前の席でじっくり聞きたかったです。

I joined the tour to visit the Churaumi Aquarium and American Village! I was very satisfied as I enjoyed the beautiful views of the beach and Manzamo, and was able to buy delicious sweets at the Okashi Goten! The meeting place was easy to find, as there was a guide standing there, which made me feel very secure. When I was thinking about how to get to Sam's, they kindly explained the way to me. I'm filled with gratitude for the kind staff who even took photos for us. Thank you very much! In the evening, I added a steak at Sam's. It was incredibly delicious and the best!

Since we had the same driver for two days, we were able to finalize our plans the day before. Due to road conditions and time constraints, he was flexible and accommodating. We couldn't visit both recommended lunch spots, but I definitely want to try them next time. As for lunch at the roadside station, the view was amazing! We were able to enjoy our meal while looking at the scenery with nine of us lined up. Of course, the food was delicious too (Okinawan specialties, great value). It was such a wonderful place that I wish we had gone there from the start. All the recommended spots were great, and our driver, Kan-chan, was truly impressive! He was always on time, so there was no wasted time. Thank you for accommodating our lively group in various ways. It was thanks to Kan-chan that we had such a fun trip.

First of all, it was fun! It was a fulfilling tour that you can't do alone, from Churaumi Aquarium to American Village. However, I was disappointed that there wasn't enough time at American Village in the end. I wanted to enjoy the beautiful sunset more slowly!
まずは楽しかったです！美ら海水族館からアメリカンビレッジまで個人では行けない充実したツアーでした。ただ最後のアメリカンビレッジでは時間が足りなかったの残念でした。せっかくのきれいなサンセットをもっとゆっくり味わいたかった！
Even though it's October, the sunlight is quite strong, so I think using a parasol or other UV protection is essential.

I applied because I wanted to visit the famous Churaumi Aquarium.
I thought I wouldn't be able to enjoy my trip to Okinawa without being able to drive, but it seems there are plenty of local tours available, so it should be fine without a car.
The guide said, "Please listen as if it were a radio," and their talk really felt like a radio show; it was interesting to listen to, and it didn't interfere with my sleep, which was great.
有名な美ら海水族館に行ってみたくて申し込みました。
沖縄旅行は車が運転できないと楽しめないと思っていたのですが、現地ツアーが沢山あって車なしでも大丈夫そうです。
「ラジオ感覚で聞いてください」と言うガイドさんのお話は本当にラジオのようで、聞いても面白いし、眠るのにも邪魔にならず良かったです。
The aquarium is crowded, but the other facilities on the same premises are not that busy. The planetarium and botanical garden looked fun, so I thought it might have been fine to visit without an aqua
水族館は混んでいますが、同じ敷地内の他の施設はそんなに混んでいません。
プラネタリウム、植物園など楽しそうだったので水族館チケットなしでも良かったかなと思いました。
