The itinerary was smooth and efficient from the morning pickup to the final drop-off, and I was very satisfied. The main destination was the Okinawa Churaumi Aquarium, but the brief stop at Kouri Island was a great addition. Of course, the Okinawa Churaumi Aquarium was wonderful, and I had plenty of time to enjoy it. I participated with my 7-year-old grandchild. The hotel provided transportation, and I chose this tour because we could see the whale sharks, which I wanted to show my grandchild. Since we were joining from Naha, I thought we could leave by 19:10 after getting on at 8:20, so I made a reservation at the hotel restaurant for 19:30. However, we still hadn't arrived by 20:00, and I had to cancel the restaurant. I also struggled to decide where to have lunch, and since lunch was scheduled for 15:00 at Churaumi, I thought it would have been better to bring something to eat on the bus.

出発時刻までに戻って来ない人がいたことも帰りが遅くなった原因の一つかなと思いました。ツアーでは時刻を守ることも大事なマナーだと思います。

I had a fulfilling day on a tour visiting points that are difficult to reach without a car! The initial meeting point was a bit tricky (especially since they didn't come to call us to the specified location), and the headcount was a bit off... There were some thrills with the unclear notifications about time changes, but I think the bus guide did a great job. Still, I felt like this might be typical of Okinawa.

I booked a bus tour because I wanted to efficiently visit the main tourist spots during my first trip to Okinawa. Since there was no driving involved, it was safe and comfortable. My first solo trip to Okinawa. I considered renting a car, but I wanted to enjoy the scenery from the window, so I joined this tour. About half of the participants were from overseas.

At the main Churaumi Art Museum, there was plenty of time for viewing, dining, and shopping, which was different from the hectic image I had of bus tours. Since I'm not particularly interested in shopping, I wouldn't have stopped at American Village if I had rented a car, but I had a relaxing time watching the sunset over the ocean in Chatan.
