Regarding the changing situation, each person is supposed to use one tent, but we acknowledge that we did not pay enough attention to the arrangement of the tents, and we will improve this in the future. The restrooms are facilities provided by the fishing cooperative, so we cannot unilaterally change them, but we will convey your feedback to the cooperative and consider improvements in their usage.

During the tour, we focus on explaining the mangroves (though staff members have slightly different areas of expertise), and we also discuss the river, the ecology of nature and living creatures, and cultural topics. We recognize that some explanations may not have reached you, which reflects our lack of guidance. The staff member on duty that day is currently studying about Okinawa, and we sincerely apologize for not being able to answer the questions you raised.

If customers have difficulty paddling during the tour, we explain how to paddle each time, but we will work on improving the timing of those explanations as well.

The sunset changes its shape and color every day. Since it's a natural phenomenon, it's not something we can see every time, but when we do, the joy is even greater. Grape color, banana color, strawberry color. Children's sensitivity is wonderful. We will continue to guide while looking for these three colors.
