Also, since it's located on Kokusai Street, I personally think it would be great for dads and kids to experience it while moms are shopping! I definitely plan to use it again when I visit Okinawa. We really enjoyed the hands-on experience of creating a little plaque/coaster. It wasn't quite what I thought 'lacqer-ware' is supposed to be though, as I assumed we'd be painting more than cutting wax figures out. But it was fun nonetheless. The sensei was very helpful and has a sweet character.
