I was able to complete everything from the reservation to payment on my computer, so it was hassle-free to participate. The underwater viewing was soothing with many fish, and the lunch (buffet) was excellent. I think the plan with the lunch voucher is a great idea. The price was also affordable, and the kids were happy, so I definitely want to participate again. Thank you for the magnet gift as well.

水中観覧もたくさんの魚に癒されて、ランチ（バイキング）も最高でした。ランチ券付きプランはとても良い案だと思います。

The weather was cloudy, and the water was somewhat murky, so it wasn't as beautiful as I had hoped. I was expecting the beautiful sea of Okinawa, so it was disappointing. The viewing time was only about 15 minutes, with most of it being travel time on the boat. You could probably see this kind of sea elsewhere, not just in Okinawa.

I was unable to match the originally scheduled time, but after contacting West Marine, they accommodated my request for a time change (boarding time and lunch time, etc.), which made for an enjoyable cruise. Thank you very much.
The sea conditions were not ideal. There was some murkiness and a bit of wave action, but it was still sufficient for viewing.
However, since there were many passengers, it was divided into two sessions, which may have shortened the viewing time a bit.

Due to the climate, the water was murky and didn't look very beautiful. I wished I could have been taken to a place with clearer coral and a variety of fish. I was initially told, "The seawater might be murky, so you may not see much," but it turned out to be surprisingly clear. The staff were all very kind. It would have been better if we had a bit more time at the viewing points. The scheduled time was 50 to 60 minutes, but we returned to port in 40 minutes. That's the only regret I have... I opted for the lunch at the port hotel, which was just a short walk from the site, and the buffet on the second floor at Orion was very delicious. The regular lunch is 1,470 yen, but it was only an additional 500 yen, which is an unbelievable price. On top of that, there was an online discount, so I really recommend it.

初めに「海水が濁っているからあまり見えないかも」と言われましたが、思いの外きれいに見えました。スタッフの方が皆とても親切でした。鑑賞ポイントでもう少し時間があったらもっと良かったです。予定時間50~60分ということでしたが、40分で帰港でした。それだけが心残り･･･。ポートホテルのランチ付きにしましたが、現地から歩いてすぐの所で、2階オリオンでのバイキングはとても美味しかったです。普通1470円のランチが500円プラスだけというのは考えられない安さです。おまけに、ネット割引になっているし、本当にお薦めです。
