Okinawa Ocean Expo Park is very spacious and enjoyable, but the aquarium itself was smaller than I expected. It was helpful that there was free parking available, but there were so many options that I was unsure where to park for the aquarium.

The staff were very kind, taking photos for us as a keepsake after we finished and sharing tips on how to paint, which we really appreciated! We reserved the plaster shisa painting experience course for two and went together. It started at 10 AM and took about an hour to complete. We could choose as many examples as we liked, and the staff kindly taught us tips for coloring, which was very helpful. The painting process was easier than I expected, and most importantly, it was so much fun! After finishing, we could take lots of photos with the shisa set. We took pictures with the Okinawa beach and izakaya sets. It turned out to be a very enjoyable and memorable experience. Thank you to the staff for being so kind and helpful!

I got lost while relying on my smartphone, but thanks to the kind person who gave me directions, I just barely made it on time. I was feeling anxious, so hearing "It's okay" was very comforting.

The explanations of the processes and tasks were concise and easy to understand. They didn't interfere unnecessarily, but they were quick to provide support when I needed it, which was really helpful.

Even though we worked until the very end, I was grateful that we could take photos with just the finished piece, and then with the creator and everyone together.

My children have grown up, and we haven't had experiences like this as a family lately, but I really enjoyed it after such a long time. Thank you very much!!

P.S. Since there are samples available, I think even those who are not good at coloring can enjoy it. The children seemed to be having a great time.

時間いっぱい作業したにも関わらず、完成時に作品のみ、作品と製作者で、皆んなで、と写真撮影をさせていただけたのは有り難かったです。
子どもたちが大きくなり、家族でこういった体験をすることもなくなったのですが、久しぶりに楽しめました。ありがとうございました！！

For me, it was a much more worthwhile experience than going to famous tourist destinations. I believe it also created great memories for the kids.

This shop is located about a 5-minute walk from Makishi Public Market. My wife and I participated in a shisa-making experience. They were very accommodating with a sudden schedule change, which was a great help.

The shisa-making process is taught carefully through videos, but I was surprised at how much time it actually took to finish. I really felt the dedication involved in making shisa.

Since you can create your own unique shisa, I think it's perfect for making memories. I got a bit carried away and ended up significantly exceeding the planned time. We were scheduled to fly home that day, so we ran out of time to paint them. However, the staff kindly said we could take items worth the cost of the painting (1,100 yen) from the shop's merchandise, so we received a tile for placing the shisa and some glass crafts.

I was told that I could paint them with acrylic paint, so I plan to do that later. I had a very fulfilling time, thank you.

牧志公設市場から５分ほどの商店街内にあるお店。妻と２人でシーサー作り体験に参加しました。当日は急な時間変更にも快く対応してくれて助かりました。
シーサー作りは動画をみながら丁寧に学べますが、作り終わるまでに意外と時間がかかったので驚きました。シーサー作りの地道さを実感できました。
思い思いのシーサーが作れるので、思い出作りには最適だと思います。凝りすぎて予定時間を大幅に超過してしまいました。我々は、その日に飛行機で帰る予定だったので、色付けする時間がなくなってしまいましたが、スタッフさんが本来色付けにかかる費用(1100円)分お店の売り物から持って行って良いと言ってくださったので、シーサーを置く瓦とガラス細工をいただきました。
色はアクリル絵の具で塗ればよいということだったので、また後日塗ろうと思います。
とても充実した時間を過ごせました、ありがとうございました。

I visited during the off-season in November on a weekday, but it was quite crowded. The main aquarium tank and the dolphin show had a significant number of people. The facility is very satisfying as an aquarium with fish, sea turtles, and dolphins.

On the other hand, my evaluation of the voucher from Veltra is neither good nor bad for the following reasons:

- You have to pick up the tickets at a commercial facility about a 5-minute drive from the aquarium.
- The staff at that commercial facility did not understand the voucher, which caused delays in receiving it.
- The discount rate is the same 10% off as the advance tickets available at nearby convenience stores.

The Churaumi Aquarium was my first visit, and seeing the whale shark up close was absolutely impressive! I was also surprised by how big the manta rays were! You can see the manatees, dolphins, and sea turtles nearby for free. The tanks were beautiful, and I felt that the animals were being well cared for. I definitely want to go again.

However, even though I completed the payment, I didn't receive the QR code email, which made it difficult when I tried to exchange my ticket. The staff at the exchange point, Umikaze Market, were flexible and helped me out, but I couldn't get through to the Beltora customer service at all, so I hope they can improve their response time for any issues. It was disappointing to lose unnecessary time.

美ら海水族館は初めてで、間近でみるジンベエザメの姿は迫力満点でした！あとマンタも大きくてびっくりしました！近くにあるマナティやイルカ、ウミガメは無料で見れます。水槽もキレイで動物を大切に管理しているなと感じました。絶対また行きたいです。

ただ決済完了しているのにQRコードのメールが届かなくてチケット引き換えするとき困りました。引き換え場の海風マーケットのスタッフさんが融通きかせてくれて無事換えてもらえましたが…
ベルトラの問い合わせ先に電話しても全然つながらなかったので何かあった時すぐ繋がるよう対策はしていただきたいです。無駄な時間をロスしたのが残念でした。
