I was thinking of going by car, but I was concerned about the parking and traffic on the way back, so I decided to participate. There was a road leading to a bus-only parking lot near the venue, and I was able to return without any congestion. Also, the designated seats for the bus tour were right under the fireworks, and I ended up with a sore neck from looking up. It was an impressive experience, and I'm glad I participated.

車で行こうかと思ったけど、駐車場と帰りの渋滞が気になって、参加しました。
会場近くにはバス専用の駐車場に続いた道があって、混雑無く帰れました。
また、バスツアー用の指定席は、まるで花火の真下で、見上げてくびが痛くなりました。
迫力があって、参加して良かったです。

I received detailed guidance along the sightseeing itinerary from Naha Airport. The driver was kind, and I had an enjoyable tour of Okinawa Island. During the ride, I was given explanations about Okinawa's lifestyle, history, local perspectives, and tourist information, which made the journey very engaging. I also appreciate that they took the time to guide me thoroughly. Thank you for the two days on July 2nd and 4th. I hope to have the opportunity to do this again in the future.

I really appreciated that we could go to the Churaumi Aquarium on a one-day bus tour without needing a rental car!

The guide had a wealth of knowledge, and it was enjoyable to listen to them.

1日のバスツアーで、レンタカー無しで美ら海水族館までいけるのがとても良かったです！

ガイドさんの知識が豊富で、聞いていて楽しかったです。

During our cruise stop in Naha, we rented a large taxi for 9 people for 8 hours from 09:00 to 17:00, with 7 passengers. Since each of the 7 had different places they wanted to go, we followed the course outlined below. We started from the port and went to American Village (where 4 people got off) ⇒ picked up 3 people and headed to the Churaumi Aquarium (3 hours there is sufficient) ⇒ returned to American Village where the aquarium group of 3 spent 1 hour ⇒ the American Village group of 4 went to a nearby market to look for things they wanted ⇒ during this time, the taxi returned to American Village to pick up the 3 people ⇒ came back to the market to pick up the remaining people ⇒ and then returned to the port. This route allowed us to fully utilize the 8 hours, visiting multiple locations and fulfilling various wishes. By frequently communicating via LINE among the 7 of us, we could keep track of our current locations, estimated arrival times, and next actions, making it very efficient.

クルーズの那覇停泊中に9人乗り大型タクシーを7人で09：00ｰ17：00まで8時間貸し切り。7人中行きたいところが違うので下記コースを辿りました。港からアメリカンビレッジ（ここで4人降りる）⇒3人を乗せて美ら海水族館へ（現地3時間で十分）⇒アメリカンビレッジに戻り水族館組3人はココで1時間過ごす⇒アメリカンビレッジ組4人は近くの市場へ買いたいものを探しに⇒この間タクシーはアメリカンビレッジに戻って3人をピックアップ⇒市場に戻って来て残りの人をピックアップ⇒港に戻る。このようなコース取りで8時間フルに複数の場所、複数の希望を叶えました。7人で頻繁にライン通信することで、現在居場所、到着予定時刻、次の行動など、つぶさに連絡が取れるので、非常に効率的です。　

Since it was my first time in the southern part of Okinawa, I was able to efficiently visit Peace Memorial Park, Sefa Utaki, and Okinawa World. The driver was pleasant, but I think it would have been even better if there had been a bit more detailed guidance about each location.

沖縄南部は初めてだったので、平和記念公園、斎場御嶽、沖縄ワールドを効率よく回ってもらいました。
感じの良いドライバーさんでしたが、もう少し詳しい各地の案内が有れば尚良かったかなと思います。

The tour guide was really nice, and I had a great time. Last time, we had a plan to go to American Beverage, so this time I chose Pineapple Park. Just like last time, we were able to visit various places, and the price was affordable, making it an amazing day. Thank you very much.

I participated from abroad with my child. The female guide was a foreigner, but she was very smart, kind, and a wonderful person. I'm grateful for her gentle approach. It was a great trip!

They arrived on time to pick us up and fulfilled all the various requests I had! The car was very clean and comfortable!

When we participated in the kayak tour, they waited until we finished, allowing us to smoothly head to the next location.

Since we had a child, they also provided a child seat, which was perfectly installed.

This is a comment from a solo traveler visiting from abroad.

The guide this time was incredibly knowledgeable, and while the car was moving, they continuously introduced what was on the left side as 〇〇 and what was on the right side as 〇〇 without taking a break. Their singing ability was also exceptionally good! They sang two songs from Okinawa.

I want to come back to Okinawa again.

I thought the plan was really good. There were many people from various nationalities, and there were fewer Japanese participants. I had a bit of an unpleasant experience due to the poor manners of some foreigners. It might be good to provide a notice sheet tailored for each country and hand it out at the beginning. I was concerned about things like people talking loudly, playing videos at high volume, and not gathering on time, among other issues.

プランはすごく良かったと思います。
色々な国籍の方が多く、国内観光、日本人の方が少なかったです。
外人の方のマナーが悪く、少し嫌な思いをしました。注意書きの用紙を各国向けに書いて、最初に渡すなどの対応があっても良いのかと。大声で話されたり、動画をおっきな音で流したり、時間通りに集合しない等、多々気になりました。、

I was able to efficiently visit all the places I wanted to check out in Okinawa in just one day. The time spent at the aquarium was well-timed to catch the dolphin show, which was great. The allocation of time at each point was also good. However, when I got to American Village, I felt there could have been better guidance on how to get around and recommendations for places to visit.

沖縄で、とりあえず行ってみたいところをサクッと効率よく1日で回れました。水族館の滞在時間もイルカのショーに合わせてあって、見ることができました。各ポイントの時間の配分もよかったです。ただ、アメリカンビレッジに降りた時には、もう少し行き方とか、おすすめの場所の案内があってもよかったと思います。

I used the service for two days, and both days we had the same driver.

On the first day, we started from a hotel on Kokusai Street and visited the Churaumi Aquarium, had Okinawa soba for lunch, went to Kouri Island, and then to Pineapple Park, which was an 8-hour course. The driver fulfilled all our requests for places we wanted to visit.

On the second day, we requested a 4-hour course with Amebire and Ender. The driver was very kind and made us feel at ease, making it much easier than renting a car ourselves in an unfamiliar place.

They guided us to the entrance, lent us an umbrella, and took many family photos at each spot. My kids ended up loving the driver, and at the end, we even took a commemorative photo together, which made them very happy!

We wanted to visit Umikaji Terrace on the second day, but we ran out of time, so I definitely want to go back to Okinawa!

2日間利用しましたが２日共、同じドライバーさんでした。
１日目は国際通りのホテルから出発して美ら海水族館、お昼ご飯は沖縄そば、古宇利島、パイナップルパークと８時間コースでしたが行きたい場所の要望を全て叶えて頂けました。
2日目はアメビレとエンダーで4時間コースでお願いしました。
とても親切で安心感があり慣れない土地で自分たちでレンタカーを借りるよりかなり楽に感じました。
入口まで案内して頂いたり日傘を貸して頂いたり、各スポットで家族写真もたくさん撮って下さり子供もドライバーさんが大好きになり最後にドライバーさんと一緒に記念写真まで撮ってもらい大喜びでした！
2日目はウミカジテラスも行きたかったですが時間が足りなかったのでまた沖縄行きたいです！
大変お世話になりました。

On the day of the trip, it was rainy, and I was very disappointed that I couldn't see the blue sky and blue sea that you can enjoy on a sunny day in Okinawa. However, I was very satisfied with the course content as it included all the places I wanted to visit. I would have been even happier if the stay time at Kouri Island, Manzamo, and American Village could have been extended by about 10 more minutes. The driver and guide were very calm, cheerful, and kind, which made the experience very pleasant. Thank you for your assistance. I would like to use your services again.

当日は雨模様で、沖縄の晴れた時に味わう　青い空と青い海が見られなかったのはとても残念でした。
でもコースの内容は行きたい所ばかりだったので、とても満足です。古宇利島　万座毛、アメリカンビレッジの滞在時間　もう少し後10分ほどプラスしてくれるともっと嬉しいです。運転手さんとガイドさんの対応がとても穏やかで明るく親切でとても気持ち良かったです。お世話になりました。ありがとうございます。また利用させてもらいたいです。

My family and I decided to book an Alphard through Veltra from the airport to our hotel (5-hour tour). We had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Shiro Kawashima as our driver and tour guide. This was our first time visiting Okinawa, and we hadn’t done much planning in advance. Mr. Kawashima took the time to make recommendations for a lunch destination, and show us pamphlets for great spots to check out that were between the airport and hotel. He was an excellent driver, very patient, and incredibly knowledgeable about Okinawa. We had such an amazing experience that we decided to book him a couple days later for an 8-hour tour to the aquarium and some other destinations, which was even better. The car was very comfy and would be great for a family of up to 5, I would say. All in all, if you want excellent service, a comfortable ride, and a knowledgeable guide to help you maximize your time in Okinawa, I would highly recommend Mr. Kawashima! Thank you!

The tour had more foreigners than Japanese people. For those without a rental car, it's recommended as it allows for an efficient way to explore the northern part from Naha. Unfortunately, the weather was bad, but Pineapple Park has a roof, so it wasn't a problem even in the rain. During Golden Week, Churaumi Aquarium was extremely crowded, and there was a long line to get in, but we waited about 20 minutes and were able to see it quickly. However, the roads were congested with cars looking for parking, and we couldn't make it in time for the dolphin show that we thought we would be able to see.

日本人より外国人の方が多いツアーでした。レンタカーがない人には、那覇から北部を効率よく回れるのでオススメです。
天気があいにく悪かったですが、パイナップルパークは屋根があり、雨でも問題なかったです。
GW中で美ら海水族館が激混みで、入場するまで長蛇の列でしたが、20分程並んで駆け足で見学できました。ただ、駐車場を探す車で道も渋滞し、時間的に見れると思っていたイルカショーは間に合いませんでした。

The driver is experienced, so they can take you to your desired destinations and nearby recommended sightseeing spots. If you have specific food preferences, they will also introduce you to recommended restaurants, making this tour a great option.

ドライバーさんもベテランなので行きたい場所そして近くのおすすめ観光スポットも連れてもらえるし食べたいものがあればおすすめの飲食店も紹介して下さるのでこのツアーありだと思います。

Cape Hedo, the northernmost point of Okinawa, felt grand in a different way when considering the strong beach image typically associated with Okinawa. The visit to the factory and store for Shikuwasa, which we stopped by for souvenirs, was interesting in another sense, and I think it was a nice choice for this tour.

沖縄最北端の辺戸岬はビーチのイメージが強い沖縄を考えるとある意味違った壮大さを感じました。お土産で立ち寄ったシークワーサー工場兼店舗はまた違った意味で面白くこのツアーのナイスチョイスだったと思います。

It was a very affordable tour that allowed us to visit the main tourist spots in Okinawa over the course of a day! However, the time spent at each location was quite tight, so if you want to take your time and explore, I think it would be better to go individually with a rental car.

If you want to ride the cart at Nago Pineapple Park, make sure to receive the admission ticket that is distributed and immediately return to the ticket booth to purchase the cart ticket. Then, line up at the cart boarding area located near the entrance 🍍. I wandered around thinking there would be a boarding area ahead, and by the time I finally reached it, it was 30 minutes before departure, so I couldn't ride (the stay time was 50 minutes).

Perhaps because I booked through Veltra, about 80% of the participants were foreigners, and the bus guide was doing their best to provide guidance in broken English. They even sang and guided us during the ride, but unfortunately, I couldn't hear much of what the guide was saying due to the bus engine noise.

For this price, they took us to the main tourist spots and also transported us back to the nearest hotel, so there was no worry about fatigue. It was the best tour! I highly recommend it! Thank you very much to both the bus guide and the driver.

１日かけて沖縄の主要観光地を案内してもらえる、とてもお得なツアーでした！
ただ各観光地への滞在時間がやはりタイトなので、じっくり見たい方はレンタカーなどで個人的に行かれた方がいいかなと思います。

ナゴパイナップルパークのカート？に乗りたい方は、配られる入場チケットを受け取ったら直ぐにチケット売り場に戻ってカートのチケットを購入して、入場口側にあるカート乗り場で並んでください🍍
案内されて進んだ先に乗り場があるのかなと彷徨って、ようやく乗り場に辿り着いた時には出発時間の３０分前で乗ることできませんでした！（滞在時間は５０分）

ベルトラ経由の予約だったからなのか、８割外国の方でバスガイドさんが拙い英語でがんばってガイドしていました。
移動中の車内でも歌ったりガイドをしてくださっていたのですが、バスのエンジン音に負けてガイドさんのお話しがあんまり聞こえなかったことが残念です。

このお値段で主要観光地に連れて行ってくれて、帰りも最寄りのホテルまで運んでくれるので疲れの心配もなく最高のツアーでした。
是非おすすめしたいです！

The tour guide was awful she only spoke in Japanese which I was told by hotel they should all speak Japanese, English and Chinese. We stopped off at 1 place which was not on the guide. The audio equipment did not work in the coach some people were given it some didn’t get it. If she wanted to communicate she just held a piece of paper with what she wanted us to do. She kept singing in Japanese and no one had a clue what the song was about. I would certainly not recommend her as a tour guide or even recommend this company. 100% unhappy customer.

Unfortunately, it was rainy on the day of the tour, so the scenery wasn't very good. The guide was someone who could speak three languages. The tour was long, so I got tired. Maybe it would have been better to just visit the Churaumi Aquarium.

当日はあいにくの雨でしたので景色はあまり良くなかったです。ガイドの方は3カ国も喋れる方でした。ツアー時間が長かったので疲れました。美ら海水族館だけで良かったかも。

It was great to feel and see the beauty of Okinawa, and the way the tour guide spoke was easy to understand, which was also good. I have used VELTRA multiple times, and the staff members are the best.

The veteran bus guide was very good. Not only did they provide various explanations about Okinawa, but they also sang some famous Okinawan songs, making the journey a lot of fun. The bus interior was clean and comfortable.

Originally, I planned to drive around with a rental car, but due to the forecast of rain, I canceled the rental and booked this instead. It was the right choice to go with this option, as we were able to efficiently tour even in the rain.

It was a pity that we couldn't see the fields at Pineapple Park because it was out of season. I also regretted not being able to ride the cart due to the limited time for the visit, and I missed out on having meals like pineapple pizza. (However, it was nice that we could choose souvenirs after tasting.)

ベテランのバスガイドさん、とても良かったです。観光スポットだけでなく、沖縄にまつわる様々な説明や、沖縄の有名な歌も、いくつか歌っていただき、道中とても楽しかったです。
バス車内も綺麗で快適でした。
もともとは、レンタカーで周る予定が、雨の予報だったため、レンタカーをキャンセルして、こちらを申込みました。雨でも効率よく周れて正解でした。
パイナップルパークは、季節外れのため、畑が見れなかったのが残念でした。
見学時間に余裕がなく、カートに乗れなかったのと、パイナップルピザ等の食事が出来なかったのも心残りでした。(試食をしてからお土産を選べるのはよかった)

I was looking forward to visiting the northern region since I had never been there before. It was mentioned that there would be an accompanying tour conductor instead of a guide. Even though it was a tour conductor, I felt that the explanations were a bit lacking. There was an announcement about the departure time before getting off the bus, but the guidance on where to go and what to do was not very clear. In some places, there were explanations provided. It seemed that the microphone wasn't working well, so it appeared that only the people in the front seats were getting the explanations...

北部は行ったことがなかったので楽しみにしていました。
ガイドさんではなく添乗員さんの同行とのこと。
添乗員さんとはいえ説明が少し足りないと思いました。
バスを降りる前に出発時間のアナウンスはあるのですが、どこで何をするのか分かりやすい案内ではなかった。
場所によっては説明してくれる所もあった。
マイクの声がとおらなくて前方の席の人には説明してたようですが…

If you're going to the Churaumi Aquarium, this is the best choice. In this class, there are often additional charges for admission, but this price includes everything. At the Kouri Bridge, we were able to see sea turtles.

美ら海水族館に行くなら1番。このクラスだと、入場券別が多いが、込みでこの価格。古宇利大橋では、ウミカメにあえました。

Since it was forecasted to rain, the day trip tour by bus was excellent. I was able to visit various places and I am very satisfied! The time management was also good, and I would like to use this service again if I have the opportunity.

I used a private taxi for 8 hours during a trip with a female friend.

Our driver was a Russian woman, and she was incredibly kind and polite in her Japanese service. I felt completely at ease from start to finish, with no worries at all. The conversations in the car were also a lot of fun!

Unfortunately, it was pouring rain that morning, but she had researched "recommended spots for rainy days" in advance, which really touched my heart. At the Kouri Island Bridge, she drove slowly while assessing the congestion, allowing us to take beautiful commemorative photos and videos, always matching our pace.

When we arrived at Heart Rock, she held an umbrella for us, was considerate of our footing, and even took photos for us. It was truly exceptional service.

Additionally, when I suddenly needed to use the restroom on the highway, she didn't show any annoyance and went out of her way to exit the highway and stop at a nearby convenience store, which was a real lifesaver. The taxi we rode in had Hello Kitty printed on the door, and since my friend loves Hello Kitty, she noticed and even took a commemorative photo with us, which made my friend very happy.

Thanks to our driver, despite the rainy weather, we created the best memories of our trip to Okinawa. I'm really glad we chose Okinawa Koto Transportation. When I come back to Okinawa, I would definitely like to request the same driver again. Thank you so much!

​担当してくださったのはロシア人の女性ドライバーさんでしたが、日本語での接客も非常に親切・丁寧で、最初から最後まで何の不安もなく安心して過ごせました。車内での会話もとても楽しかったです！

​当日の午前中はあいにくの大雨だったのですが、なんと事前に「雨の日におすすめのスポット」を調べておいてくださり、そのお心遣いに感動しました。古宇利島大橋では混雑状況を見極めながら、記念写真や動画が綺麗に撮れるようにゆっくり走行してくださるなど、終始こちらのペースに寄り添ってくださいました。

ハートロックに到着した際も、日傘を差してくれたり、足元を気遣ってくれたり、写真を撮ってくれたりと本当に至れり尽くせりでした。

​また、移動中の高速道路で私が急にトイレに行きたくなってしまった際も、嫌な顔ひとつせず、わざわざ高速を降りて近くのコンビニに寄ってくださり、本当に救われました。
乗車した車両のドアにキティちゃんがプリントされていたのですが、たまたま友人がキティちゃん大好きだったため、それを察して一緒に記念写真まで撮っていただき、友人も大喜びでした。

It was a tour that focused on the Churaumi Aquarium and visited several sightseeing spots. Since it was my first tour and I had a guide for the whole day, I was able to enjoy sightseeing safely. The journey was by bus, so I could enjoy the scenery and check out souvenirs to buy, making good use of my time. On the way back, there was traffic, but I got tired and fell asleep, so I returned safely.

美ら海水族館メインで観光スポットを数カ所巡るツアーでした。
初ツアーで1日の案内して頂けたので安全に観光出来ました。
バスの中での旅でしたので景色を楽しんだり購入するお土産の確認したり時間を有意義に使えました。
帰りは渋滞でしたが疲れて寝てしまい安全に帰れました。

I was grateful to be picked up at the hotel in the morning. On this day, there were six of us participating: two couples and myself. We set off in a large bus.

Our first stop was Okinawa World. I had wanted to see the Eisa dance, but I didn't know much about the other attractions. There was a cave! I love wind caves, so I had a great time. In the tropical fruit garden, mangosteen and bananas were abundantly ripe. It was also nice to drink the traditional "bubukucha" tea in an old Okinawan building. And I got to see the Eisa dance! There were not only drums but also lion dances, which were very impressive.

Next, we headed to the Okinawa Prefectural Peace Memorial Park and Museum. This is the site where the Battle of Okinawa came to an end, and all the names of those who lost their lives in the battle were engraved there. I also learned for the first time that there are memorial towers for each prefecture. I was shocked to hear that the sea had turned bright red with blood and learned a lot from the guide about unexploded ordnance.

From there, we went to the famous Himeyuri Monument. I felt like I already knew about it because it's so well-known, but as I listened to the survivor's experiences and looked at the materials, I sincerely thought that I never want my daughters to go through something like this. (Entry to the museum is free, and no admission fee is required.) The large banyan tree was quite impressive.

We had lunch at a souvenir shop across the street. After the tour of the battle sites, we quickly moved to the modern era. At Aeon Mall Okinawa Toyosaki, we had free time to enjoy the sea view or shop for souvenirs. Since I love aquariums, I visited the DMM Kariyushi Aquarium located inside. The admission fee is not included in the tour price, but considering that I got to see it while I was there, I felt lucky. It was compact and had many areas where kids could interact with animals. The tropical fish, lively Asian small-clawed otters, and sloths were all very entertaining.

During the travel, the guide shared highlights of our destinations and even sang songs, making the tour enjoyable in ways that only a guided tour can provide. Since Okinawa World and lunch were included, I thought it was quite a good value. This was my first bus tour, but I left with a pamphlet, hoping to join another tour in the future.

　朝ホテルまで迎えに来てもらえて助かりました。この日はご夫婦2組と私と男性の6人での参加でしたが大きなバスで出発。
　最初は【おきなわワールド】です。エイサーが見たい！と思っていてそれ以外の施設については知らなかったのですが、洞窟！私は風穴とか大好きので楽しかったです。
熱帯フルーツ園ではマンゴスチン、バナナがたわわに実ってました。沖縄の古い建物でぶくぶく茶が飲めたのもよかったです。そしてエイサー見られました！太鼓だけで無く獅子舞もあり見応えありました。
　次に向かったのは【沖縄県平和祈念公園・資料館】沖縄戦終焉の地で沖縄戦で亡くなられたすべての人の名前が刻まれていました。都道府県ごとの慰霊塔があることも初めて知りました。海が血で真っ赤になっていたこと。不発弾のことなどガイドさんに説明してもらえたから知れたこともたくさんありました。
　そこから近くの【ひめゆりの塔】有名すぎてもう知ってるような気さえしてましたが、普通の女子高生の生活から一変した生存者の体験談話や資料を見ていると、こんなこと娘たちにしてほしくない。と切に思いました。(資料館に入場するのは自由で別に入場料が必要)
ガジュマルの大きな木が印象的です。

　戦跡めぐりのあとは一気に現代に。【イーアス沖縄豊崎】では自由時間で海を眺めるとかお土産などの買い物できます。私は水族館が好きなので館内にあるDMMかりゆし水族館に行きました。入館料はツアー代には含まれていませんが自分で行くことを考えるとついでに見られてラッキーでした。コンパクトだし子供さん向けの動物とふれあいできるところが多かったです。南国の魚、元気なコツメカワウソ、ナマケモノもよく動いていておもしろかったです。
　移動中ガイドさんが訪問先の見どころを教えてくれたり歌を歌ってくれたりツアーに参加したからこその楽しみがいっぱいでした。おきなわワールドと昼食が含まれているのでかなりコスパいいと思いました。バスツアーは初めてでしたがまた別のツアーに参加したいなとパンフレットもらって帰りました。

The Super Eisa Show at Okinawa World was great. Although photography is not allowed, it was powerful, rhythmic, and moving.

I'm glad I was able to visit popular spots that are difficult to reach without a car in a compact one-day trip. Additionally, I was lucky to book at a great price during the Black Friday sale.

The Churaumi Aquarium is spacious with many attractions, and it took a lot of time just to travel back and forth from the bus parking lot. Even while eating the lunch I brought, I didn't have enough time to fully enjoy the exhibits.

Similarly, the American Village also had a distant bus parking lot, and I only had time to walk around and see the exterior of the buildings, which was disappointing as I couldn't go into the shops and relax.

The guide warned us, "If you miss the meeting time at each spot, you'll have to make your own way to the next sightseeing location," which made the participants gather quickly, causing the tour schedule to move ahead significantly. I would have appreciated it if we could have extended our stay at the American Village to the originally planned time.

車がないと行きにくい人気スポットを１日でコンパクトに回れて良かったです。
更に今回はブラックフライデーセールでお得価格で予約できてラッキーでした。
美ら海水族館は広くて見所が多く、バス駐車場からの往復移動にも時間がかかり、持参した昼食を食べながらの見学でも時間が足りませんでした。
アメリカンビレッジも同様にバス駐車場が遠く、建物外観を一通り見て回るくらいでお店に入ってゆっくりする時間がなく残念でした。
ガイドさんから「各スポットの集合時間に間に合わなかった人は自力で次の観光地点まで移動してください」と脅されていたこともあり参加者の集合が早くツアースケジュールがかなり前倒しで進んでいたので、最後のアメリカンビレッジ滞在を本来の予定時間まで延ばしてもらえるとありがたかったです。
