Since there were no participants, we took a taxi. I was relieved to have a female driver.
You can see the Kariyushi Ocean Park Aquarium in about an hour. The adjacent shopping mall is also fun. Compared to a few years ago, Umikaji Terrace is no longer as dazzlingly "white." The sea breeze is pleasant.
参加者がいないとの事でタクシー移動になりました。女性運転手さんでしたのでホッとしました。
かりゆし水族館は一時間もあれば見れます。隣接したショッピングモールも楽しい。ウミカジテラスは数年前に行った時に比べ眩しい程の「白」の景色ではなくなってました。海風が心地いいです。

The taxi arrived at our hotel around 8:45 AM, and I communicated my sightseeing wishes, including Sefa Utaki, Okinawa World, and Shuri Castle, while leaving the rest to the driver. The driver was kind and attentive, guiding us so we could enjoy our time at each sightseeing spot. We also considered options like tour buses and rental cars, but booking a private taxi turned out to be the right choice for us. I would like to use a private taxi again for our next trip to Okinawa.

I wanted to enjoy some beer this time and make the most of my limited time, so I requested airport transfers for three days. The first stop on the tour, Sefa Utaki, was my second visit as I had been there during a previous trip to Okinawa. It gives off an impression of a mystical and sacred place. I visited Miibaru Beach for the first time, and it seems to be a hidden gem that even locals don't know much about. The water is crystal clear and quite spacious, making it enjoyable for a stroll. It seems they also operate glass-bottom boats, so if you sign up, you can see tropical fish as well.
ツアーの最初にある斎場御嶽は、以前沖縄を旅行した時に訪れたので、二度目でした。神秘的な聖なる場所という印象です。みーばるビーチは、初めてでしたが地元の人もあまり知らない穴場のようです。海が透き通っていて結構広いので散策を楽しめます。グラスボートも経営しているようなので申し込めば、熱帯魚を見ることも出来てるようです。

The course included Shuri Castle → Okinawa World → glass boat → local supermarket.

I participated in the sacred site of Saijō-ō-take and the Valley of Gangala!
At Saijō-ō-take, I had the precious and mystical experience of stepping into a sacred place of nature. I strongly recommend exploring it with a solemn and humble heart, filled with gratitude, rather than just a touristy mindset.
The Valley of Gangala, on the other hand, I joined with a light-hearted expectation of walking through Okinawa's lush forests, but it turned out to be an absolutely amazing tour that far exceeded my expectations!
The guide provided extremely detailed and easy-to-understand explanations mixed with humor, allowing all participants to learn and be overwhelmed by the incredible mysteries of nature from ancient times!
If Indiana Jones were here, he would surely be thrilled to visit the Valley of Gangala regularly (laughs).
It's a half-day schedule from morning to early afternoon, and since it also stops by Naha Airport on the way back, I recommend it for those with a half-day plan or on the last day of their trip!
I'm really glad I participated!! I will definitely repeat it next time!

I had been to the Churaumi Aquarium several times, so this time I decided to visit the Tropical Dream Center for the first time. It wasn't as crowded as the aquarium, and I was able to enjoy the beautiful flowers at a leisurely pace. By the time I arrived at Banda Cafe, it was raining quite heavily, but the scenery in the rain was also very lovely. There was only one group of Japanese tourists on the tour, but there were announcements in Japanese, Chinese, and English, so there were no particular issues. There was an automated audio guide available, but since there wasn't a charging environment for smartphones, not many people were using it. You can efficiently visit various places in one day, making it a fulfilling and recommended course.

During the bus ride, I was able to learn about Okinawa's lifestyle and history while listening to the guide's entertaining stories. It was great to efficiently visit two locations in half a day.
At the Valley of Gangala, we were able to enjoy sanpin tea in a tumbler (which had quite a bit) before departure, allowing us to stay hydrated during the tour. The local guide was full of energy, making the experience very enjoyable. Both places exceeded my expectations.
However, you do need to walk at both locations, and depending on the weather, the footing can be poor, so sneakers are recommended. Additionally, since the Valley of Gangala is in the forest, it's best to wear clothing that covers your arms and legs, as there are many mosquitoes. The staff provided us with some insect repellent gel, but we were glad we brought our own insect repellent spray to use before and during the tour, as many people were getting bitten.
バスの移動中、ガイドさんの楽しい話を聞きながら、沖縄の生活や歴史を知ることができました。半日で２箇所を効率的に回れてよかったです。
ガンガラーの谷では、出発前にさんぴん茶をタンブラー(結構、量があります)で頂くことができ、ツアー中に水分補給ができます。現地のガイドの方は元気いっぱいで、とても楽しく回れます。どちらも期待以上の場所でした。
但し、どちらも歩きますし、天気によっては足場が悪い場合もあるので、スニーカーがおすすめです。
またガンガラーの谷は森の中なので、蚊が多く、手足を出さない服装が良いかと思います。スタッフから虫除けジェルを少し分けていただけますが、私たちは虫除けスプレーを持参して、ツアー前ツアー中に使用して正解でした。噛まれていた方が多かったです。

I had planned to go to the Churaumi Aquarium, but I thought it might be better to change to another place due to time constraints, and they kindly accepted the change. There were small children with us, but they took care to ensure it wasn't a burden. They took us to scenic spots along the route and even took photos for us, providing excellent service. They brought us to breathtaking viewpoints that only locals would know, making it a truly valuable experience.
The driver was really wonderful, and I am filled with gratitude.
美ら海水族館に行く予定でしたが時間的に別の場所にした方がいいかなと思い、急遽変更しましたが快く引き受けてくださいました。小さい子供がいましたが、気にかけてくださり、負担がかからないようにしてくれました。ルートの中に景色が良い場所があれば連れて行ってくださり写真をとってくれたり至れり尽くせりでした。地元の人しかしらないような絶景ポイントに連れて行ってくれたり、大変価値ある時間でした。

Since I stayed at a hotel near San Marina (Sheraton), I was picked up at Rizzan Sea-Park Hotel Tancha Bay. It was about a 10-minute walk. There was a lot of traffic due to Golden Week, but considering that I could have driven a rental car myself, it was really helpful to have such an easy way to get around. You can eat and drink on the bus, so I was able to enjoy snacks while spending time efficiently. I was able to visit all the places I wanted to go with kids in a digest format. It was unfortunately rainy. The plan was supposed to be great, but the rain lowered our overall experience. We had to give up on visiting Sefa Utaki since we had young children with us, but it was nice to enjoy freshly made sata andagi and mozuku tempura at the local product fair. There was also a museum, so we easily spent an hour there.
At Okinawa World, we had to use umbrellas to move around the facility, but since the limestone cave is underground, we could explore without getting wet, which was great. The Eisa show and habu show were also held in a place where a large number of people could watch without getting wet, so it was a good experience.
Since I can't drive and was worried about car sickness, it was difficult to do a tour in the northern part. The weather forecast predicted rain, so it was perfect for our family, who were wondering what to do. The guide's stories were also very informative.
生憎の雨でした。プランは最高だったはずなんですが、雨で体感の評価は下がってしまいました。
斎場御嶽は幼児もいたので断念しましたが、物産展で出来たてサーターアンダギー、もずくの天ぷらが食べられてよかったです。資料館もあったので1時間は難なく潰せました。
沖縄わーるどは施設内の移動は傘でしたが、鍾乳洞は地下なので、雨で濡れる事なく見学が出来よかったです。エイサーショー、ハブショーも濡れずにかなりの人数が、同時に観覧出来る場所なのでいい経験ができました。
車を運転出来ない上に、車酔いが不安なため北部のツアーは難しい。
天気予報は雨で、何をしようかと思っていた我が家にはピッタリでした。ガイドさんのお話もためになりました。

It's understandable to spend time picking up guests from the hotels, but staying for 35 minutes at the souvenir shop and Okashi Goten is questionable. Shoppers are left with too much time on their hands, and even including bathroom breaks, it feels excessively long. Due to traffic congestion, we returned to the prefectural office after 8:30 PM. Foreign guests tend to be very lax about the meeting times, so the tour guide should enforce stricter guidelines.

当日 運転手の方が ホテルに来られ さあ出発 という時に「パイナップルパークまで行くのは遠いですよ。移動だけでも時間はかかります。きれいな海を見たいと言われるなら ここからだと ふつうは南の方に行く方が多いですがどどうしますか？北側に行かれる方はほぼいません。」といわれ
最初の予約の時にパイナップルパーク以外はおまかせでと伝えているのにも関わらずその様な事を聞いてしまったので 少し残念な気分になりました。
車中の話も マスクをされている影響かもしれませんが 何を言っているのわからず聞こえにくかった。 あと 沖縄の基地の話 アメリカ軍の話 侵略の歴史の話など 少し暗い話ばかりで 疲れました。 沖縄の方々は歴史のなかで色々ある事は理解しています とても 大事なお話だとは思いますが 私たちは観光を楽しみにしてきました。歴史の勉強をしに来たわけではないので
もう少し 違うお話をしてほしかった。
あと 初めて観光タクシーを利用するので 観光地についてから対応がわかりにくかった 観光地についたら こちらが自由に動いたらいいのか ご一緒するのか お昼ご飯のタイミングはいつなのか 何にも言っていただけなかったのでとても戸惑いましたし 気を使った。少し疲れました。
もう少し タイムスケジュールなどを教えてほしかった 次は使わないと思う

My friend said, "Yambaru and the northern area are great too," so I decided to join.
Although we spent a lot of time on the bus, the guide and driver were kind, and we were able to efficiently and pleasantly explore the northern area.
The guide during the walking tour in Higashi Village was very likable, and the seafood lunch at a small local restaurant was fresh and very delicious.
Ohashi Forest was nice as well, but since I had seen a similar landscape in Iceland before, I felt a bit less moved than the other participants (I apologize).
I also got to see Kuta-kun, the Okinawa rail, and the Yambaru introduction video at the roadside station's dome theater (which you watch while lying down) was really good. Thank you!
友人が「やんばるや北部もいいよ〜」と言っていたので、参加することにしました。
バスに乗っている時間は多いのですが、ガイドさんとドライバーさんも親切で、北部を効率よく、気持ちよく見物できました。
東村でのウォーキングツアーでのガイドさんは非常に好感が持てる人で、またお昼の海鮮ランチ（小さな地元のお店）は、新鮮でとても美味しかったです。
大石林山も良かったのですが、以前アイスランドで同じような景色を見たので、他の参加者より感動が薄かったような気がします（すみません）。
ヤンバルクイナのクー太君も見れましたし、道の駅のドームシアターで（寝っ転がって見る）やんばる紹介ビデオもとても良かったです。ありがとうございました！

The driver was truly great, and I was 120% satisfied. He was a calm young man who provided useful information about ticket purchases and took us to a supermarket where we could buy many Okinawan products at a good price. He explained everything like a tour guide at each destination, allowing us to fully enjoy the sightseeing experience. He also helped us capture memories at great photo spots at each tourist site. I was a bit anxious about who would be driving us, but he turned out to be a genuinely warm-hearted driver. I would definitely want to request him again next time. Of course, he drove safely, and his braking was good, which helped my friend, who is prone to motion sickness, feel comfortable. Thank you very much!
