Honestly, I didn't have high expectations, but I really had a great time. I felt a strong sense of hospitality from the staff! I felt safe and secure participating in the activities. Many tours tend to shorten snorkeling time due to other activities, but they made sure we had enough time to swim until we were tired, which I was extremely satisfied with! The parking location is a bit hard to find, and I got lost, but I think it's better to drive up to the front of the store and ask for directions.

正直、あまり期待はしていなかったのですが、本当に楽しかったです。スタッフの方々からおもてなしをとても感じられました！安全面はもちろん安心して参加できました。多くのツアーでシュノーケルの時間が他のアクティビティをすると短くなる傾向にありますが、しっかり疲れるまで泳ぐ時間をとってくれていてその点もものすごく満足です！
駐車場の場所がわかりにくく迷ってしまいますが、お店の前まで車でいって教えてもらえるので一旦お店前に行っちゃった方がいいかなと感じました。

I had been to the Churaumi Aquarium several times, so this time I decided to visit the Tropical Dream Center for the first time. I experienced snorkeling and banana boating. The weather was great and the waves were calm that day, so I was able to enjoy it without getting seasick. Feeding the fish was especially fun. I was also able to take photos, which can be downloaded anytime. The staff was very kind, and even though there were many people on the tour during Golden Week, they paid close attention to everyone. Since it included transportation, I was grateful to be taken back to the hotel after getting tired from being in the water. I would love to participate again if I have the chance.

It was sunny, contrary to the rain forecast, and under the bright sun, we were enveloped in the beautiful Kerama Blue, feeling so happy that we all ended up doing the traditional Okinawan dance, Kachashi! Haha! Hiro (nickname: Hirochin) talked to us a lot while we were heading to the point and guided us well. I also got to bond with other groups, which was so much fun! The banana boat was so enjoyable that I screamed like never before!!! The captain's song selection was amazing, and I sang along the whole time!!!! Paragliding, snorkeling, and all the marine sports were absolutely fantastic!! I made the best summer memories~ I will definitely book again!!!

Since I stayed at a hotel near San Marina (Sheraton), I was picked up at Rizzan Sea-Park Hotel Tancha Bay. It was about a 10-minute walk. Foreign guests tend to be very lax about the meeting times, so the tour guide should enforce stricter guidelines.

While we were on the bus, you shared stories about the places we passed and sang Okinawan songs. Using the tour allowed us to learn about Okinawa in a short time, and I don't think we could have visited so many places on our own. We wanted to visit Kouri Island, which is difficult to access individually, and the tour included admission to the Okinawa Churaumi Aquarium and Nago Pineapple Park. Our guide, Shoma, was very helpful. I was late for the meeting time due to the bus schedule, but since there were no other customers, both Shoma and the staff at the store were very accommodating and didn't show any displeasure, which I really appreciated.

They helped me sit in the shade to change my shoes and kindly offered hair ties and towels. Each thoughtful gesture was a great help. The explanations on how to snorkel, as well as information about the fish and locations, were always polite and easy to understand.

The weather was nice, and I was able to see many fish in the beautiful sea, which was very soothing. The photos taken with the GoPro were of high quality and very beautiful. I couldn't attach the photos due to size limitations, so I attached a picture of the view from the hill, starting from a spot with many people in it.

It seems that the color of the Blue Cave changes depending on the time of day, so I would like to visit in the morning next time. I would definitely like to use this service again. Thank you very much!

バスの関係で集合時刻に遅れてしまったのですが、他のお客様がいらっしゃらなかったこともあり、しょうまさんもお店のスタッフの方も、嫌な顔ひとつせず快く対応してくださりありがたかったです。
日陰に腰掛けて靴を履き替えるようにしてくださったり、ヘアゴムやタオルも声をかけて貸してくださったり、一つ一つのお気遣いがとても助かりました。

天気が良くて、綺麗な海でたくさんのお魚を見て、とても癒されました。

写真の容量的に添付できなかったので、丘の上からの景色を添付しました。人がたくさん写っているところからスタートでした。
時間帯によって青の洞窟の色の変化があるみたいなので、次は午前中にも行ってみたいなと思いました。

I traveled alone as a woman. I could have rented a car from Naha to the Churaumi Aquarium, but since it was my first time in Okinawa and I wasn't familiar with the roads, I decided to join a tour. In the end, I’m really glad I did! My destination was just the Churaumi Aquarium, but I was able to see other sights as well, which was very helpful. ・痛いって叫んだし、絶対見てたはずなのに誰も見てみぬふりされた。
・その時は痕が付き、その後腫れた。

It was a tour that was quite enjoyable, with the guide's words being educational and keeping us engaged. It was a shame that the Churaumi Aquarium was crowded and we couldn't see much, but we had fun playing in the ocean. We were blessed with good weather, and our guide was a veteran with a wonderful voice who shared many interesting stories, allowing us to have an efficient and fulfilling sightseeing experience. I unfortunately forgot their name, but I am truly grateful.

Among the many tours departing from Naha, it was great that there were several pickup locations. However, in the morning, I had to take a taxi from my accommodation to the nearest hotel for just under 3,000 yen, which was unfortunate. On the way back, thanks to the thoughtfulness of the guide and the driver, they asked for our accommodation and dropped us off nearby, which was a great help since I was traveling with my elderly mother.

I highly recommend this tour for those who do not have a rental car. Thank you very much.

お天気に恵まれ、ガイドさんもベテランで、よくとおるいいお声でいろいろと面白いお話をたくさんしてくださり、効率よく充実した観光をすることができて本当に良かったです。お名前をうっかり忘れてしまいましたが、本当に感謝しております。
那覇発着のツアーが多い中、ピックアップ場所がたくさんあったのもよかったです。（とはいえ、朝は宿泊先から３０００円弱かけて、最寄のホテルまでタクシーで行かねばならず、それはざんねんでしたが。。。）帰りは、ガイドさんとドライバーさんのお気遣いで、宿泊先をきいてくださり、その近くでおろしていただけ、高齢の母と参加していたため本当に助かりました。
レンタカーをしていないかたには、本当におすすめのツアーです。
