The day before was a thunderstorm, marking the start of the rainy season. I was worried about the rain forecast for the day, but we managed to stay dry, with occasional glimpses of sunshine.

Although it was cloudy, the view from Cape Hedo was breathtaking, and we could see Yoronjima Island as well. At Oishi Forest Park, we had the surprise of encountering a wild family of small boars. The strangely shaped rocks and the impressive giant banyan tree were incredibly soothing.

After that, we enjoyed a lunch buffet at the hotel. Honestly, I overindulged... It was just too delicious...

Since it was a tour to the northernmost point of Okinawa, we had a long bus ride, but the spacious seating and the music from Okinawan musicians made it a comfortable and relaxing experience. The tour guide's explanations were thorough and very easy to understand, making for a highly satisfying day.

I would love to go back on a sunny day!

前日は雷雨で梅雨入り。当日も雨予報でどうなる事かと思いましたが、時折晴れ間も見られるなど無事濡れずに済みました。
曇り空であったものの、辺戸岬からの眺めは絶景で、与論島も見渡すことが出来ました。
大石林山では野生の小さいイノシシ親子に遭遇するサプライズ。
不思議な形の岩と迫力満点な巨大ガジュマルに大いに癒されました。
その後はホテルでのランチビュッフェ。
正直、食べ過ぎました。。。
美味し過ぎました。。。
沖縄最北端へのツアーの為、長時間のバス移動でしたが、シート間隔が広く、また沖縄出身ミュージシャンの歌が流れるなど快適にくつろげました。
添乗員さんの説明も丁寧でとてもわかりやすく、大満足な一日となりました。
快晴の日にまた行きたいなー。

I usually visit Okinawa about three times a year. This time during Golden Week, I rented a car, but considering the distance and traffic, I found it cumbersome to drive myself. So, I chose this course that includes the Oishi Forest, which I hadn't been to before, among the many options available at the Churaumi Aquarium.

Both Cape Hedo and Oishi Forest were perfect walking courses for my legs that had been sitting on the bus, allowing me to enjoy wonderful and unique views. The lunch buffet was also delicious.

While there was a huge traffic jam for regular cars trying to enter the parking lot at the Churaumi Aquarium, tourist buses have their own parking area, so we were free from the congestion.

I heard that the bus for this course is spacious and comfortable, making the travel time relaxed and enjoyable.

多い年は 年に3回位が行く沖縄です。
ゴールデンウィークの今回もレンタカーを借りていたのですが
距離や渋滞を考えると 自分で運転するのが億劫で、沢山ある美ら海水族館コースの中で、行ったことのない大石林山の含まれてている こちらのコースを選択しました。
辺戸岬も大石林山も バスで座りっきりだった足にちょうど良い お散歩コースで
素敵な眺め 珍しい眺めを 堪能できました。
昼食のバイキングも 美味しかったです。
美ら海水族館は 一般車は駐車場に入るために大渋滞でしたが、観光バスは専用駐車場があるので 渋滞とは無縁でした。

このコースのバスは 足元も広々の ゆったりめのバスが使われているそうで
移動時間も のびのび楽々でした。

Since we wore our swimsuits from the hotel, we changed quickly (we were also lent snorkeling shoes) and received a brief explanation about snorkeling. Since it was early in the morning, there was only our group participating. Instead of taking a boat, we swam close to the Blue Cave, which was a great decision! While floating and watching the fish, we arrived at the cave! We were taken blindfolded to the scenic point. After seeing the Blue Cave, we floated back to the shore while feeding the fish. Afterward, we decided to change and shower at the hotel. Although there are showers and hairdryers at the parking lot of Maeda Point, we wanted to take our time preparing. Since we gathered at the site by car, we could leave all our belongings in the car, and for those who shower at the hotel, just a towel and a change of underwear should be enough. 終わってからは着替えてシャワーはホテルに帰ることにしました。
シャワーとドライヤーは真栄田岬の駐車場にありますが、ゆっくり準備したかったので…
車で現地集合なので荷物は全て車に置いて行けますし、シャワーをホテルでする方はタオルと着替えの下着があれば十分だと思います。
髪の長い女性はヘアゴムを忘れずに！
とにかくインストラクターの方がとても親切で、このツアーにして本当によかったと思います！
今度はダイビングでまた行きたいです！

Since we had to gather at the location, we needed to manage our time carefully that day. However, as soon as we arrived at Adventure Island, we were guided promptly, allowing us to prepare for the sea smoothly. The person who joined us was a tourist from overseas, so it was great that we had a guide who could speak English, which seemed to make him very happy.

At the end of March, the waves were high, and the maximum temperature didn't reach 20 degrees, making it a cold day. I brought my swimsuit, but the wetsuit, change of clothes, and shower were all prepared at a location just a short drive from the shore, where we took a boat for about 10 minutes to a rocky area to ride the underwater scooter and dive into the sea.

The seawater was really cold when entering, but once I was in, the dome covering my face fogged up. A diver who accompanied us took pictures of the fish that gathered after we scattered some food. The waves were high, making it difficult to get good shots, but they made various efforts to help.

In the end, my upper body was completely dry. I changed into my swimsuit and then put on the wetsuit over it, so casual clothes are perfectly fine until you get there. Even if you think the sea is scary, it's not at all. I highly recommend it!

For our first family trip to Okinawa, we definitely wanted to go into the ocean, and based on the kids' wishes, we chose snorkeling. Although the waves were high and we couldn't go to the Blue Cave, the staff thoughtfully considered the time and location, and we gave it a try. They taught my second grader, who is still shaky in the water, and my scared older sister in a fun and caring way, even helping us look for Nemo. The adults had a great time too! Our guide was a handsome guy with blue eyes; his Japanese was a bit hard to understand, but we managed just fine. The buffet was really delicious. Overall, it felt a bit rushed due to time constraints, but I had a great time. Since it was cloudy, I think the views would be even better on a sunny day.

The weather was nice and warm on the day, but we were informed by the staff that we couldn't go to the Blue Cave due to strong winds, so they took us to a sea where we could see coral reefs.

I personally am not good with the ocean and can't swim, so I was a bit anxious, but when we got there, the sea was so beautiful, and the staff were very helpful, which made me feel safe and allowed me to enjoy myself! I even thought that I wanted to learn how to swim and do it again! They took many photos of us in the beautiful sea, and after returning, my friends and I reminisced about the great memories we made together.

I was looking forward to the tour of Daishi Forest Mountain, which can only be accessed by car. However, while the schedule indicated 60 minutes at Daishi Forest Mountain, we actually only had about 40 minutes from the starting point (50 minutes from the ticket booth), and the route took about 30 to 35 minutes, leaving us with little time to enjoy the scenery and just walk.

Honestly, I wished we had a bit more time. (We arrived at Daishi Forest Mountain 20 minutes earlier than scheduled, but our time was shortened, and we reached the lunch venue, Okuma Resort, 30 minutes ahead of schedule.)

I think the tour itself was enjoyable and without any issues, but due to some problems with the time allocation on the day, I have to give it four stars.

車ではないと行けない大石林山のツアー楽しみにしていました。しかしながら、大石林山の時間が60分とスケジュールにあったのに対し、実際はスタート地点から40分ほど（券売場から50分）しかなく、30～35分かかるルートをほぼ景色を楽しむことができず歩くだけとなりました。
正直もう少し時間が欲しかったです。（スケジュールの時間より20分も早く大石林山についたのに時間を短縮されてしまい、ランチ会場のオクマリゾートにはスケジュールの30分も早く到着しました。）
ツアーの内容としては申し分なく楽しめるものだと思いますが、当日の時間配分に少し問題があったため、星4つにさせていただきました。
