I was a bit anxious about the many buses at the meeting point in front of the prefectural office, but since I was informed about the bus designs in advance, I didn't get lost.
At the aquarium, you can enjoy the elegant swimming of the dolphins from the side window of their waiting tank all to yourself.

We participated with one adult and three children. Since it was an unfamiliar tourist destination, the bus tour was great because it took us to the destination... We could even sleep during the ride, which was really nice.

I was a bit anxious about renting a car, so I decided to go with a bus tour. The course I wanted was great, and the tour guide was good as well. The time allocated for the Churaumi Aquarium was well-planned, but the time at Kouri Island and Manza Beach was short, so I would have liked to take it a bit slower. However, I think it's understandable given how much we covered, so I believe it's very good for those who want to see a lot of places. I would like to participate in a different course next time as well.

レンタカーでは何かと不安だったのでバスツアーに決めました。
行きたいコースで添乗員の方も良かったです。
美ら海水族館の時間配分は良かったですが、その後の古宇利島、万座毛の時間が短かったのでもっとゆっくりしたかったです。でもこれだけ回るには仕方ないかなとは思うのでいろいろ行きたい人にはとても良いと思います。
また、違うコースでも参加してみたいと思います。

I heard that securing rental cars has been difficult since the COVID-19 pandemic. I was wondering what to do since I wanted to cross the Kouri Bridge, and then I found this tour. It was more efficient than going around on our own, and we were able to enjoy visiting various places.

コロナ禍以降レンタカーの確保が難しいと伺いました。今回古宇利大橋を渡りたいと思っていたのでどうしようか悩んでいたところこのツアーを見つける事が出来ました。自分達で回るよりも効率よく色々な場所に連れて行ってもらい楽しむことが出来ました。

I searched for a tour that could take me to the northernmost part, which is difficult to access individually, and I applied for this one. It was great that we could efficiently cover the area.

Since the hotel I was staying at was far from the meeting point, I had called a taxi for the morning, but unfortunately, it was forgotten for my individual booking, and I almost missed it! I hurriedly called the contact number for assistance, and it turned out that I could catch up by taking a bus partway. I managed to make it just in time! I'm glad my family trip wasn't ruined. I'm grateful to the kind tour guide and driver!

Later, when I asked the tour guide, I learned that if I had requested directly from the tour company from the beginning, I could have specified a meeting point closer to my hotel.

Overall, I was very satisfied with the tour itself, but it seems that the raw fish lunch didn't sit well with me, and I felt a bit unwell afterward. Normally, I don't have such issues and am usually quite sturdy. That was a bit disappointing.

個人ではなかなか行きにくい最北部に行けるツアーを探してこちらを申込しました。効率的に回れて良かったです。
宿泊しているホテルが集合場所から離れていたので朝タクシーを呼んでいたのが、なんと個人のため忘れられて間に合わないという事態に！あわてて連絡先に電話して対応相談、通り道途中までバスで行けば合流できそうということで何とか間に合いました！家族旅行の計画が台無しにならず良かったです。親切な添乗員さんと運転手さんに感謝！
後で添乗員さんにきいたら、最初からツアー会社に直接依頼すれば、ホテルから近いその合流場所を指定することもできたみたいでした。
また、ツアーそのものは満足度高かったですが、生魚の昼食が体に合わなかったようで、その後ちょっと体調をくずしました。普段は余りそんなこともなく丈夫なはずなのに。それがちょっと残念でした。

There were explanations about the Okinawa region during the travel, so I wasn't bored.
I wanted more time at the Okinawa Churaumi Aquarium, so I would like to participate again if there is a tour focused specifically on the Churaumi Aquarium.
Considering transportation costs and transfers to get to the Churaumi Aquarium, I think participating in a tour is the best option, so I believe there is demand for it...

移動中も沖縄の地域の説明などがあり退屈しませんでした。
美ら海水族館の時間がもっと欲しかったので行き先を絞った美ら海水族館に特化したツアーがあればまた参加したいです。
美ら海水族館に行くには、交通費や乗り継ぎの事を考えるとツアーに参加するのが最適だと思うので需要はあると思うんですが…
是非ご検討ください。

First, we gathered and boarded the bus heading to the Okinawa Churaumi Aquarium. After a short walk from the parking lot to the aquarium, we spent about two hours exploring it. The Okinawa Churaumi Aquarium has plenty of places to eat, including restaurants and food trucks, so you won't have any trouble finding lunch. After that, we went to the Okashi Goten. There is only a 20-minute stay at Okashi Goten, so you need to decide on your purchases quickly. Next, we headed to Manzamo. There is also only a 20-minute stay at Manzamo, so let's act quickly. The view at Manzamo is very beautiful. After that, we moved to Ryukyu Village to experience the streets of Ryukyu, where we stayed for about an hour. There is also a butterfly house where you can interact with the butterflies. After that, we will stay at Banta Cafe for about an hour. At Banta Cafe, you will receive a drink ticket, allowing you to choose one drink from pineapple juice, sanpin tea, or coffee. From there, we will return to the drop-off location.

まず、集合してバスに乗り込み、美ら海水族館へ向かいました。駐車場から美ら海水族館まで少し歩き、約2時間美ら海水族館を観光しました。美ら海水族館にはレストランやキッチンカーなど、ご飯を食べるところがたくさんあるので昼食には困りません。その後、御菓子御殿に行きました。御菓子御殿は20分しか滞在時間が無いのですぐに購入品を決める必要があります。その後、万座毛に行きました。万座毛も20分しか滞在時間が無いので素早く行動しましょう。万座毛はとても景色が綺麗です。その後琉球村に移動して琉球の街並みを体験しました。こちらは約1時間滞在しました。中には蝶々のハウスもあり、触れ合うことも出来ました。その後、バンタカフェに約1時間滞在します。バンタカフェではドリンクチケットを頂けるので、パインジュース、さんぴん茶、コーヒーから1種類選び、飲むことが出来ます。そこから降車場所へ帰るという流れになります。

At first, I was worried about whether I would enjoy it, but the guide was very kind and made the tour very pleasant.

I thought there would be time restrictions at each location, making it difficult to see everything, but surprisingly, I was able to cover everything I wanted to see and do, so I was very satisfied! I even got to go into the sea!

The weather was also great, and the sunset at the Star Resort Café we visited last was an unforgettable sight.

楽しめるか最初不安でしたが、ガイドの方が優しく接して下さりとても心地よくツアーを楽しめました。

ツアー各地で時間制限が設けられているので中々回れないんだろうなぁと思っていたのですが案外やりたい事見たいもの全部網羅出来たので大満足です！
ちゃんと海にも入れました！

天候にも恵まれ、最後に行った星のリゾートカフェのサンセットがとにかく心に残る景色でした。

It was a very fulfilling one-day tour. I was able to visit all the places I wanted to see: Churaumi Aquarium, Kouri Island, Manzamo, Okashi Goten, and American Village, so it was great to see them all in one day. The timing of the announcements for each location was also well understood.
If possible, I think it would be nice to have 180 minutes at Churaumi Aquarium since it is large and requires some movement from the parking lot.

とても充実した一日ツアーでした。美ら海水族館、古宇利島、万座毛、御菓子御殿、アメリカンビレッジと行きたかった所だったので、１日で見れてとてめ良かったです。放送で流れる、各地の案内のタイミングも良く理解できました。
できたら美ら海水族館は広くて駐車場からの移動もあるので180分あると良いなと思いました。

On my first trip to Okinawa, I signed up for a bus tour since I didn't have a driver's license, and it was great to visit various places in one day. However, perhaps I was too greedy, as the stay time at each location was short, which seemed a bit too busy for my 69-year-old mother. It might be more suitable for younger people. There were also several participants who were traveling alone, and they seemed to be enjoying themselves.

During the tour, I particularly liked the aquarium and Kouri Island. The bus played music from a music box, and at various points, there were automated announcements in Japanese, Chinese, Korean, and English explaining the sights we were passing, which helped me learn a bit more about Okinawa.

At one point, I felt frustrated with some people who didn't keep track of the return time, which I think was a misunderstanding of the schedule. Even though it was a trip, I would have preferred if everyone could adhere to the time so we could enjoy the experience more comfortably. (There were also automated announcements regarding such reminders.)

初めての沖縄旅行で、免許が無いのでバスツアーを申し込み、沖縄の各地を１日で巡れて良かったです。
ただ、欲張り過ぎてるのか、１箇所あたりの滞在時間が短く、69歳の母には忙し過ぎた様です。
若い子向きかもしれません。
お一人で参加されてる方も何人もいらっしゃり、楽しまれていたように思います。
コース中では水族館と古宇利島が好きでした。
車内はオルゴールの音楽がかかっており、要所要所で日本語、中国語、韓国語、英語の順で向かってる途中に見える事柄について自動音声？の説明が流れるので、沖縄知識がちょっと増えたかと。
途中、時間を勘違いをしたのか、戻る時間を守らない人達に不満を感じ、旅行とはいえそこは守っていただいて気持ちよく過ごしたかったです。(そういう注意事項の自動音声アナウンスもありました)

I didn't drive, so I was taken to various places. The content was good too. It was really helpful that they took care of my luggage.

I think it's good for family and romantic outings. However, instead of spending time at the aquarium, I believe you would be more satisfied by increasing your time at American Village for shopping and dining. Aquariums are all pretty similar, and the dining options are just ordinary buffets. It's just expensive. If you're going to pay the same price, you might as well enjoy a hearty hamburger or American cuisine.

家族、恋人とかの観光なら良いと思います。　けど水族館に時間使うよりアメリカンビレッジに時間を増やせば買い物、食事が満足出来ると思う。　水族館なんて似たり寄ったりで食事もありふれたバイキング。高いだけ。　同じ値段払うならボリューム有るハンバーガーとかアメリカンの料理を楽しみ。

I was staying at a hotel in Naha City, so I was looking for a day trip tour that would allow me to visit distant sightseeing spots.

The two key points that made my decision were that it included the must-visit Churaumi Aquarium and that I could enjoy drinks while looking at the ocean at the Hoshino Resort café.

Since it was a tour, it was definitely more economical than renting a car and going individually, and the duration of the stay was just right, allowing for an efficient visit.

The bus was clean and comfortable.

Although the meeting time was early, I was able to enjoy the scenery from the window or relax and sleep on the way to Churaumi Aquarium.

The stay at Churaumi Aquarium was two and a half hours. I leisurely watched the whale sharks and enjoyed some taco rice while looking at the ocean from a food truck.

I prioritized taking my time to see the whale sharks, so I didn’t watch the dolphin show, but I think planning in advance how you want to explore can lead to a more fulfilling experience inside the aquarium.

You can also go to the beach from the aquarium, so you can experience the daytime ocean in Okinawa there.

At Ryukyu Village, I was able to see the Eisa dance during the scheduled time, and I enjoyed looking at the traditional houses and the Eisa performance.

I admired the scenic spot of Manzamo and relaxed at the Hoshino Resort café, choosing my favorite seat to enjoy the ocean view or go out to the beach.

The only time to have a proper meal is at Churaumi Aquarium, so it’s better to eat well there. Since food other than drinks is prohibited on the bus, it’s advisable to eat enough to avoid getting hungry.

It was a full-day tour, but the duration at each spot was just right, so there was no rush or excess time, which was perfect.

The guide's approach was just right, making my memories of the Okinawa trip even more enjoyable and rich.

Whether you’re struggling with travel planning or regardless of having a license, I highly recommend this comfortable tour.

那覇市内のホテルに連泊していたので、日帰りでも遠方の観光名所を巡れる日帰りツアーを探していました。

絶対欠かせない、美ら海水族館が入っていたことと、星野リゾートのカフェで海を見ながらドリンクが飲めるこの２つがポイントが決め手でした。

ツアーなので、レンタカーを借りて個人で行くよりも断然お得ですし、滞在時間もちょうど良いので効率よく回れました。

バスの車内も綺麗で快適でした。

朝早い集合ですが、美ら海水族館までは車窓からの景色を楽しんだり、寝たりとゆっくりと過ごせました。

美ら海水族館は、2時間半の滞在です。
ゆっくりとジンベエザメを眺めて、キッチンカーがでていたので、海を見ながらタコライスを食べたりと、食も楽しめました。

ジンベエザメをゆっくりとみることを優先していたので、イルカのショーは見ていませんが、事前にどんなふうに回りたいのか考えておくことで、より充実した館内めぐりができると思います。

水族館から浜辺にも行けるので、日中の沖縄の海をここで体験することもできます。


琉球村では、エイサーが見れる時間帯だったので、ゆっくりと昔ながらの家やエイサーを見ることが出来ました。

万座毛の景勝地を眺め、星野リゾートのカフェでは好きな席で海や眺めたり、浜に出たりとのんびり出来ました。

しっかりとご飯を食べるタイミングは、美ら海水族館のみなので、ここでしっかりとご飯は食べた方が良いです。
車内は、飲み物以外は禁止なので、お腹が空かないようにしっかりと食べたほうがよいです。

1日使ったツアーですが、それぞれがちょうど良い滞在時間なので、バタバタすることも、時間が余ることもなくちょうどよかったです。

ガイドツアーさんの距離感もちょうど良く、沖縄旅行の思い出がより楽しく濃厚となりました。

旅行の計画に困ったり、免許の有無に関わらず、快適でおすすめです。

I was alone, but I was very satisfied! It was really helpful to have the aquarium tickets included, as I didn't have to worry about checking the bus and Yui Rail schedules or looking for parking.

Since I had extra time than planned, I made a reservation the day before and participated alone. I recommend this for those without transportation who want to visit the main tourist attractions on the island.

Regarding the Churaumi Aquarium, I felt the time allocation was satisfactory, but for those who want to have a proper lunch or take their time exploring the exhibits, it might not be enough. You can see the dolphin show!

In my personal opinion, instead of ending at American Village, it might be nice to change the location to a place where you can enjoy the sunset and take beautiful photos.

予定より滞在時間が余ったため、前日に予約して1人で参加しました。足が無い人で、本島の観光名所をとりあえず回りたい人にはおすすめです。
美ら海水族館については、私は満足な時間配分だと思いましたが、昼食をしっかり取ったり、館内をじっくり見たい人には足りないかもしれません。イルカのショーは見れます！
個人的な意見ですが、最後はアメリカンビレッジではなく、夕日が落ちるまでじっくり見れる場所に変更しても綺麗な写真が取れて良いのではないかと思いました。

I had been using a rental car whenever I visited Okinawa, but this time I decided to try a bus tour since it was convenient not having to drive. At the Churaumi Aquarium, we had 2 hours and 30 minutes, which allowed us to fully enjoy the whale sharks and the dolphin show. At Ryukyu Village, we had 1 hour and 20 minutes, and we were able to see the Eisa performance as well. Both attractions included admission, so I felt it was a great deal. We also stopped by Manza Beach and Hoshino Resort's Banta Cafe, and it was very efficient to visit various places. It was a wonderful experience. Thank you very much.

今まで沖縄に来るとレンタカーを利用していましたが、バスツアーは運転する必要がなく楽なので、今回初めて利用しました。美ら海水族館では２時間３０分の時間があって、ジンベイザメやイルカショーをしっかり観れましたし、琉球村では１時間２０分の時間があって、エーサーもしっかり観れました。また両方とも入場込みだったので、大変お得だと感じました。万座毛と星野リゾートバンタカフェにも寄れましたし、効率的に色々な処を廻れて、とても良かったです。有難うございました。

First of all, the tour itself was good. We were able to visit various places by bus in one day, which was convenient. However, the female guide was disappointing.

The first issue was when we arrived at each location. At first, it was manageable, but as the tour progressed, perhaps due to time constraints, she would rush ahead to the entrance, leaving the tour group behind, and wave from a distance saying, "This way!" Everyone was desperately trying to find the guide who had disappeared. I felt this only added to the time we spent searching for her.

The second issue was the obvious difference in how she treated people. She openly displayed her preferences. She was overly friendly and polite to foreign tourists, while she treated us Japanese tourists with indifference and gave curt responses. It's natural for anyone to have likes and dislikes, but I wished she would treat everyone equally in her professional role.

I believe she may not be aware of this, so I wanted to share my thoughts. It may seem like a minor issue, but I think it's important to make the most of our limited time during our trip. Unfortunately, this experience left a bad taste, but I would like to participate in a tour again, so I hope for improvements.

最初に。ツアーそのものは良かったです。バスで1日色んなところを周れたし、楽チンでした。
ただ、ガイドの女性が残念な感じでした。
一つ目は、各施設に着いた時。最初の方はまだマシだったけど、後半になってくると時間に余裕がなくなってきたのか、ツアー客置いてけぼりでさっさと一人で入場口まで行き、遠くの方から『ここですよ〜』と手を振ってる始末。皆、何処に行ったかわからんガイドを必死で探してました。これでは余計に時間が掛かってた様に思います。
二つ目は、明らかなる人に対しての対応の違い。自分の好き嫌いを分かりやすく表に出しておられました。特に外国人には凄く愛想よく親切過ぎるくらい丁寧な対応で、私達日本人観光客には適当な対応で、無愛想な受け答えをされてた人も他に見かけました。人間誰しも好き嫌いがあってもおかしくはないけど、仕事として皆平等に接して欲しかったです。
だぶん、自分ではお気付きではないのだと思いますので、この投稿をさせて頂きました。些細な事かも知れませんが、限られた日数、限られた時間いかに有意義に過ごすかは大切なことだと思います。今回は残念ながらあと味悪い旅行になりましたが、また是非ツアー参加したいと思いますので改善宜しくお願い致します。

I participated with my sister who came to visit from abroad. It was very enjoyable, but there was one unfortunate thing. After getting off the bus, there was quite a distance to the aquarium, and it was so large that we got lost. It would be helpful if the bus could stop a little closer. If that's not possible, I would appreciate it if the guide could lead us to the entrance.

The guide informed us of the meeting times each time, but since we are older, I thought it would be nice if they could provide a handout to avoid any misunderstandings or worries about forgetting.

とても楽しかったのですが、残念なことが。
バスを降りてから水族館まで距離があるのですが、広すぎて道に迷ってしまいました。
もう少し近くに停めていただけると助かるのですが。無理でしたら、入り口までガイドさんが案内して下さるとありがたいなぁと感じました。
集合時間は、その都度ガイドさんからお知らせがありましたが、年齢が高いので配布していただけると勘違いや忘れてしまう心配も無いかな、と思いました。

I went to the Okinawa Churaumi Aquarium on a bus tour with Veltra. The admission tickets were already arranged, so we were able to enter smoothly.

For lunch, we were on our own, so I enjoyed a meal at the restaurant inside the aquarium. The paid seats were next to the aquarium tanks, but I chose a free seat where I could see the entire tank.

This year, I will be taking my children with me.

入場券も手配済みでスムーズに入館できました。

ランチは、各自で取ることになっていたので、水族館の中のレストランで楽しみました。有料席は、水槽の側でしたが、水槽の全体から見える無料席にしました。

初沖縄だったので、レンタカーを借りる手間と運転を考えたら、色々回れて、水族館代も含まれていて、結構お得なツアーだったと思います！

Churaumi Aquarium, Kouri Island, and Manzamo were all places I wanted to visit, so I was satisfied to see them all! I would have liked to take my time at a few more places, but I enjoyed the key spots! Okinawa is beautiful everywhere, the weather was great, and it was wonderful. The staff were polite, refreshing, and lovely. I would like to use this service again!
