After returning from the sightseeing, there was a child on the bus who was vomiting, and the parent was attending to them, but the guide completely ignored the situation and did not offer any words of comfort. At Sefa Utaki, I stepped into the heart of the Ryukyu Kingdom's politics, a place that served as a spiritual home for the king and the people. In the Gangala Valley, each group had a specialized guide who joyfully introduced us to the valley's formation, its flora and fauna, and the remains of ancient human dwellings and burials, allowing us to share a moment in time with the ancient Port of Nakagusuku people.

Although my wife, who was supposed to join me, was unwell and I participated alone, I had a great time.

It was great that the guide accompanied us and provided information about Okinawa throughout the journey. However, it was disappointing that the entrance fee for Shurijo Castle was separate and that there was no group discount. I felt that the time spent there could have been shorter, and it might have been better to allocate more time to Okinawa World. Since the departure time was early, I gave up on having breakfast at the hotel, but waiting for the opening time was understandable considering the traffic. In any case, I felt that two hours at Okinawa World was not enough to see two shows, so I would prefer a plan without Shurijo Castle altogether.

I chose the half-day tour instead of the full-day bus tour because a full day can be tiring. During the ride, I enjoyed listening to various stories from the guide, which was a lot of fun. I barely made it to the Eisa show at Okinawa World, which started at 10:30, and I really enjoyed it. Once you enter the cave, you can't leave until you reach the end, and it takes quite a while, so I ended up spending a lot of time there and didn't have much time to leisurely explore other places. It was great to have many pickup locations to choose from. The guide was very thorough and provided excellent guidance. This time, the tour included Sefa Utaki, and although it was a revisit, we couldn't go to the most important place, and I wish that had been communicated more clearly. (The destination had changed.) Despite the limited time, we were able to see the wonderful views from Chinen Misaki while walking quickly.
