Due to the weather conditions, there was a cancellation the day before, and since the waves were a bit high, we were advised to take motion sickness medication. After two changes, I was half anxious and half excited about the departure. It was great to learn various things about whales from the staff's explanations. I felt reassured knowing that they would respond quickly if anyone felt unwell. I would like to participate again.

Riding the glass-bottom boat was a pleasant experience, especially since I don't usually get on boats. The breeze was just right, making it enjoyable. The smooth journey to the points where we could see fish and coral reefs was stress-free. It was really fun to see the fish up close in the water. However, many of the points had similar types of fish. Still, watching their movements kept us entertained throughout the experience. We were satisfied.
実際グラスボートに乗ってみると普段船に乗ることのない分、風が程よくて気持ちよかったです。魚やサンゴ礁が見れるポイントまでもスムーズな移動でストレスは感じませんでした。海の中を見る時すぐそこまで魚がいてとても楽しかったです。ですが見ることの出来るポイントの中には同じような魚ばかりでした。それでも魚の動きを見ていたら飽きずに体験出来ました。自分たちは満足しました。

The coral reefs and schools of fish were clearly visible, creating a magical landscape. The timing was just right, and I was able to take quite a few photos. The staff's service was also good. It was a day with high waves that caused the morning flight to be canceled, and the ride there felt especially like a thrilling amusement park attraction, with plenty of splashes. However, thanks to the guidance of the veteran crew, we were able to encounter a whale beautifully. We patiently waited for the whale to come up to the surface, and when we finally saw its back and tail, I was completely thrilled. It was wonderful.

After departing, we moved over the sea for a while. When we arrived at the point, we moved to the inner cabin, and the cabin sank. It was nice that we could look out from the front window, as the view was wide. However, the actual time was short, and it went by in an instant. What was disappointing was that the young female staff member, although not meaning any harm, was rather unfriendly and seemed to just be going through the motions, providing instructions without much engagement. I would have appreciated a bit more smiling or explanations. Well, I guess that's how it is...

Due to the strong winds, we couldn't participate in any activities in the water, but I made a reservation with the desire to enjoy the sea of Okinawa! There are two highlights I would recommend!
The first is the beautiful views from the boat. The scenery from the cruise ship while moving to the underwater watching spot (the sea, surrounding boats, airplanes, etc.) was stunning!
The second highlight is the underwater watching experience. Although the day of our visit was not ideal for seeing fish (rated 2 out of 5 for visibility), we were still able to see various fish and corals up close.
I recommend this for those who don't want to go into the sea but still want to feel connected to it!

The weather was great. The water clarity was rated as the second worst on a scale of five, but the distance from the window to the seabed was short, allowing us to see the corals and the fish swimming clearly. I didn't expect to see so many fish swimming around. I was glad to see that the sea was clean and free of trash.

I participated on October 17. The weather was nice that day, and since it was the first boat of the morning, I thought I would surely be able to see the underwater scenery beautifully. However, the reception board indicated that visibility for the day was rated as the second lowest on a five-point scale.
It mentioned that the boat would sway a bit, but once we set sail, it turned out to be a pleasant cruise with a nice breeze. When we arrived at the point where we could see the fish, the staff guided us to the bottom of the boat where we could sit and gaze at the underwater world. They scattered some feed, which attracted a lot of fish, allowing us to see them clearly.
The fish swimming among the corals were clearly visible, and I think this is an activity that can be enjoyed even by those who cannot dive or snorkel.
10/17参加しました。当日はお天気も良く朝一番の船だからきっと綺麗に海中を見ることが出来るだろうと思って行きましたが、受付のボードに本日の見え方は5段階の下から2番目良く見えないと書いてありました。
船めまあまあ揺れると書いてありましたが、いざ出航して見ると風を切って気持ちのいいクルーズでした。
魚が見えるポイントに着くと係の人が海中が見える船底に案内してくれて座りながら海の中を眺めるようになっていました。エサを撒いてくれてるのか沢山の魚が集まりしっかりと見る事が出来ました。
珊瑚の間を泳ぐ魚達がはっきりみえて、ダイビングやシュノーケリングが出来ない人にも楽しめるアクティビティだと思います。

This was my second time using the service, following last summer. A week after my trip, my eldest son, who missed last summer's trip, will be turning twenty, so I wanted to arrange a surprise for him. I tried to make a reservation, but it happened to be a day off. It was a flute and singing show, so it had a calm atmosphere rather than a noisy one, which was nice. I was also surprised that the food included unlimited refills for salads and soups. The salad was packed tightly in the bowl, so I couldn't really go for a second helping. The steak was lean, tender, and very generous in portion. The staff were all friendly and had a great vibe.

Check in near the entrance and receive your tickets at least 20 minutes before departure. You can board starting 10 minutes before, so you can also use the restroom during that time.

なお潜水の窓は低い位置に設置されているので、子どもの目線が1番快適で、背の高いパパはちょっとかがんで見る感じでした。

It was a more satisfying experience than I expected! After boarding the second deck, we moved to the underwater viewing deck following a 10-minute cruise. At first glance, this underwater deck might make you think, "What is this??" but when you go down, you can see underwater. That alone made the kids very happy! As we continued to move, we gradually started to see the coral on the ocean floor and colorful, beautiful fish. Personally, I feel that when the sun is positioned in a way that there are no shadows from the boat, the underwater view is clearer (though it's quite difficult to gauge). It was also adorable to see the fish following the movement of the boat. Luckily, during my visit, I was able to see a sea turtle swimming as well!
It seems that there are fewer seats on the second deck, so I recommend boarding early if you have small children.

2階デッキに乗り、10分程度のクルージングの後に船底の潜水デッキへ移動します。この潜水デッキはそのままだと「なんだ？？」と思うのですが、下がると水中がのぞける仕組みです。それだけでも子供は大喜びでした！そのまま移動をするとだんだん海底のサンゴが見え、色とりどりのキレイな魚も見えるようになります。個人的感想ですがこの時太陽の位置で船の影がない方が海中がきれいに見えます（なかなか把握が難しいです）船の移動に合わせ魚たちが付いてくる姿も愛らしかったですよ。私の時は運よくウミガメの泳いでいる姿も見れました！
2階のデッキはイスの数が少ないようなので、小さいお子さんがいる方は早めの乗船がおすすめです。

I went with my 2-year-old daughter. The boat runs to a point, and when it stops, the bottom of the boat lowers. The windows of the boat were sparkling, and we could see many beautiful fish in the light blue sea, just like snorkeling! My daughter was thrilled to see so many colorful fish.
There were fish that looked like Dory and many other colorful fish, giving us a strong sense of Okinawa.
The facility called Genki Village is also a very enjoyable place for families, as we could see sea turtles, tortoises, and goats for free. Additionally, when we boarded the boat, we passed through the dolphin area, and thanks to the trainer's kindness, we got to see dolphins jumping up close, which made my daughter very excited.

I was worried about seasickness, but it was fine. Since it was a large ship, there was little rocking. I was able to head to the observation point on the deck, and the waves and breeze felt great. The coral reefs and fish were very beautiful.

The submarine experience was amazing! It takes about 10 minutes to reach the diving point, so I enjoyed the nice breeze on the deck while taking in the scenery. Once we arrived at the point, we moved below deck and were able to see fish and coral up close through the windows, which was a fantastic experience. The seawater was clear and beautiful. There were about 20 to 30 people on the boat, but it was nice that it wasn't so crowded that we couldn't see the ocean. Perhaps because it was the day after a high wave warning, the boat was really rocking, and quite a few people were feeling seasick and vomiting.
We spotted a whale less than an hour after setting sail, and we were able to see it from a decent distance. It didn't jump, but it did show us its fluke and tail fin several times.
I also appreciated the shuttle service.
