- Children aged 12 who are still enrolled in elementary school are classified as “Child.” Please check child ticket details on-site.
- You can reserve tickets for up to 4 people, but all users must stay together during use. Splitting up during the trip is not allowed. If you wish to act separately, please make individual reservations.
- If you wish to cancel after the participation date selected at the time of booking, please contact VELTRA.
- If you plan to use the service after the participation date you selected when booking, you will not be able to access your voucher from the VELTRA My Page.
Please make sure to tap “Scan or Click to Use” on your voucher before the participation date and save the URL of the digital ticket in advance.
On the day of use, please present your digital ticket by accessing the saved URL.
