Since this is a tour that visits multiple popular tourist spots, the time spent at each location is short, leaving no time to leisurely shop for souvenirs. We had lunch at Kiyomizu-dera, but due to time constraints, we opted for a meal-free course and ate the bento we had bought at the station during the bus ride, allowing us more time for sightseeing.

For the bus-only course, we had to purchase the entrance fees ourselves, but it was straightforward and didn't take much time. Most souvenirs can be purchased at Kyoto Station, so if you're joining from there, I don't think it's necessary to buy them on-site. I anticipated the tight schedule, so I was generally satisfied. Also, if you're coming from Kyoto, you'll need to take a train to Fushimi Inari, so it's advisable to leave large luggage in a coin locker.

I left my travel bag in a locker to travel light, but I noticed some participants struggled with their suitcases. Since you walk a lot on the paths of shrines and temples, comfortable shoes like sneakers are best, especially in Arashiyama where there's a lot of walking. The long bus rides can cause your feet to swell, so wearing something a bit looser is just right.

It was busy, but I had fun visiting multiple places I wanted to see.

人気の観光地を複数を回るツアーなので1ヶ所の滞在時間は短くゆっくりお土産を見たりする時間はないです。
清水寺でランチタイムになるのですが時間がなくなるので食事なしコースにして予め駅で買っておいたお弁当をバスの移動中に食べて観光する時間にあてました。
バスのみコースは拝観料も自分で購入するのですが特に時間が取られることもなく買えました。お土産は殆ど京都駅で購入出来るので京都駅から参加される場合は現地で買う必要はないと思います。時間が厳しいのは予想していたので概ね満足しています。あと京都から参加される場合は伏見稲荷まで電車移動になるので大きな荷物はコインロッカーなどに預けた方がいいかと思います。
私は旅行バッグをロッカーに預けて身軽にして参加したのですが他の参加者さんでスーツケース持ったままで来られた方は大変そうでした。神社やお寺は参道を長く歩くのでスニーカーなど歩きやすい靴がベストです。特に嵐山は歩きます。バスなど乗り物に乗っている時間が長く足が浮腫むので少しゆるめで丁度良くなります。
忙しかったけど行きたかった場所に複数行けたので楽しかったです。

Most of the tour participants were foreigners, so the tour guide was very proficient in English. To ensure that we, the Japanese participants, didn't get bored, they included jokes and used Kyoto dialect during the Japanese explanations, making it a very enjoyable tour. They also helped us create memories by informing us of good photo spots and taking pictures for us, for which we are very grateful. It was a tour that made me want to participate again. Fushimi Inari Taisha and Arashiyama were great as it was my first time visiting. Kinkaku-ji is always moving no matter how many times I go. It was disappointing that Kiyomizu-dera had scaffolding set up on the stage due to renovation work. It was nice that lunch and admission fees were included. One downside was that I didn't expect there would be train transfers during the tour, so I had to walk with an umbrella and my luggage, which was a bit challenging. If I had known, I would have left my luggage at the hotel. Lastly, the tour guide who accompanied us that day was a wonderful person, making it a fun and memorable tour.

　伏見稲荷大社と嵐山は初めての観光だったので良かったです。
　金閣寺は何回行っても感動します。
　清水寺は改築工事のため清水の舞台に足場が組んであったのが残念でした。
　昼食、拝観料込みと言うのも良かったです。

The Hiroshima and Itsukushima Shrine Full-Day Tour from Kyoto organised by Japan Panoramic Tours was once in a lifetime experience. The tour guide, Yurika, was punctual, pleasant and total professional to the hilt. We visited Hiroshima Memorial and museum, had a great Japanese dish cooked in front of us which was delicious. Thererafter went to nearby Miyajima Island which was picturesque. Unfortunately the famous Torii gate was under renovation, but the temple that was covered was one of our favourites. Loved everything about this tour. Highly recommend. A great mix of history, culture and scenery!

Veltra were extremely helpful and prompt in responding to pre-tour questions. This was our first time using them, and will now always look for tours through them.

I recommend this because we were able to efficiently visit various attractions, and since we traveled by bus, we could take a break even when we got tired! In Kyoto, there are many transfers between buses and trains, but with the bus, there was no hassle. The tofu dishes for lunch were also delicious!

Since it was after the peak of the autumn leaves, we were able to enjoy sightseeing smoothly without any traffic.

I strongly recommend that those meeting at Kyoto Station check the location of Japan Travel in advance. I asked four locals, but none could give me clear directions.

Here are some points that are not clear just from the map:
1. To get to the opposite exit, you need to go up to the second floor first. There are stairs (and escalators) along the way through the free passage, which can be challenging for first-timers.
2. Right outside the Karasuma Exit, there is a rotary for tourist buses, which can be confusing.
3. I was lucky to ask a passing police officer, but according to him, there are two Japan Travel locations in the area.

I think most people who sign up for the tour are not familiar with Kyoto, so it would be helpful if Veltra could provide a photo of the meeting place.

紅葉のピークを過ぎた時期だったこともあり、渋滞もなくスムーズに観光できました。

京都駅集合の方は予め日本旅行の場所を確認しておくことを強くおすすめします。地元の方4人に尋ねましたが明確に分かる方はいませんでした。

地図だけではわからないポイントを上げます。
①反対の出口に行くには一度2階に上がる必要がある。自由通路を突っ切る途中にも階段（エスカレーター）があるなど初めての人には難易度が高い。
②烏丸口に出てすぐの場所は観光バス用ロータリーがあり紛らわしい。
③私は運良く通りかかったお巡りさんに聞けたのでよかったが、お巡りさん曰く周辺には日本旅行が2店舗あるらしい。

ツアーに申し込む人は京都に不慣れな方がほとんどだと思うので、ここはベルトラの方が集合場所を写真付き掲載してくれるとよいと思います。

I think this tour is not suitable for those who want to take their time sightseeing, as the time allocated after arriving at the tourist spots is short. After getting off the bus, the guide took us to the recommended sightseeing locations, but the walking pace was fast, making it quite physically challenging for someone in their 50s like me. However, thanks to this, I was able to visit four sightseeing spots. Thank you very much.

　観光地に着いてからの時間設定が短い為、ゆっくり観光したい方には不向きだと思います。
　バスを降りて、おすすめ観光地までガイドさんが案内して下さったのですが、歩くペースが早く、50代の自分には、中々体力的に厳しい観光になりました。

I would really recommend this tour for anyone that wants to hit ALL the important highlights of Kyoto without much fuss or hassle. Our guide Hiromi was really knowledgeable and answered any and all questions about Kyoto and Japan in general. The sights themselves were GORGEOUS! Kyomizudera, Fushiyama Inari, Arashiyama forest and the Golden Temple were a sight to behold with the Orange, Yellow and Red leaves of Autumn providing a breathtaking backdrop to these already impressive sights! The bus was comfortable and we got a lot of time at each site and free time and breaks to take loads of pictures in between. The lunch was decent and pick up/drop off was hassle free.
The day was the highlight of our trip tp Japan. Take the tour...you will be glad you did.

I think this is a very good tour for efficiently getting around. About 80% of the participants were foreigners, and there were only three Japanese people, including myself. The guide was also a foreigner, but very attentive, and the driver was easy to talk to. However, I was concerned about the manners of some of the foreigners.

Since there are five of us, we couldn't take a taxi, and while purchasing tickets, our family tends to act independently, but we were really able to enjoy our sightseeing in Kyoto smoothly. We had plenty of time at each location. The distance to the Arashiyama Bamboo Grove is quite significant. Without verbal guidance, our family probably wouldn't have been able to get there. Thanks to the guide who took us from the bus to the entrance of the bamboo grove, we were able to go straight there without any detours. Thank you very much.

I went on a one-day sightseeing tour of Kyoto, departing from JR Namba Station - OCAT Building 1F at 8:50.

Most of the participants were foreigners, but since the guide was Japanese, there were no particular issues.

I only participated in the bus tour, and lunch was at Kiyomizu-dera. I think we had about an hour and a half there? We had lunch at a nearby shop close to the bus parking lot, and by the time we walked to Kiyomizu-dera and back, we were cutting it close, haha.

For Arashiyama, the guide took us to the "Bamboo Grove Path," but we took some photos along the way, and after passing through Tenryu-ji (which has an entrance fee), we were cutting it close again, haha.

I think it's a good option for first-timers to quickly visit the representative spots in Kyoto.

From Kyoto Station to Fushimi Inari, it's just a two-station train ride. After that, I took a bus to Kiyomizu-dera, Kinkaku-ji, and Arashiyama, which made traveling quite easy. However, there was traffic congestion, and I couldn't take my time to enjoy the sights as much as I wanted.

One particular issue was the restrooms. The line for the women's restroom took a lot of time, which resulted in not having enough time to explore. It would have been nice to have a bit more time at each location, but then I wouldn't have been able to visit all four places, so it's a tricky situation.

京都駅から伏見稲荷までは電車で二駅の移動
その後はバスで清水寺〜金閣寺〜嵐山と廻り移動はかなり楽でした
ただ車の渋滞や混雑もありあまりゆっくり観ることはできませんでした
特に困ったのがトイレ
女性トイレが並んでいてそれだけで時間がとられ結果あまり見て回る時間がとれなかったのが残念でした
場所場所でもう少し時間が欲しいところだけどそうすると4箇所も回らなくなるし難しいところですね
