The package full Day Kyoto Sightseeing Bus Tour from Osaka with English-Speaking Guide with Lunch package was most reasonable. Everything was perfectly arranged including a good and sumptuous lunch being provided. I will definitely want to do it again with Veltra!!

Our family really enjoyed the tour. The tour guide gave us clear instructions and explained every location we went. After the tour the tour guide even asked every single one of us if we got any questions. Its worth every yen. We will definitely recommend this tour to anyone planning to go to Kyoto who doesn’t have to worry about which train/bus to take. The bus was really comfortable that you can sleep or rest when you are going to the next attraction.

The arrangement to cover major attraction within short period of time in Nara and Kyoto from Osaka was great. The tour guide was speaking excellent English and was very knowledgeable. We really enjoyed the trip and would recommend to anyone visiting Osaka.

The tour was interesting however the sights were not in the condition which is represented by the tour company. They did not warn the visitors that the tour would be impacted by renovations. They failed to speak into the microphones they carried, meaning only a fraction of the tour group could hear the detail. Because the group is made up of two different tour groups that combine later, they assumed that information was already provided in the earlier pre-lunch tour venues which it had not. Lunch buffet was served cold instead of being kept hot.

Enjoyed every bit of it. Also, the restaurant where we had lunch was very yummy. Can't wait to go back.

We took part in the tour with 6 persons.
It was fruitful experience to visit 5 famous places in Kyoto from/to Osaka within a day!
Guide/Driver knew history about all places we visited and explained kindly with fluent English.
Of course, the car had superior seats to be relaxed.

We canceled to visit Kiyomizu Temple and added to visit Uji Byodoin Temple and Japanese Sake Factory.
There were many places to take beautiful photos like Fushimi Inari Shrine, Kinkakuji, and Bamboo forest in Arashiyama.
Not only enjoying senaries, satisfied with tasty Japanese Sake and delicious Japanese food! Especially, Sake Factory was amazing that we tried many kinds of expensive/sotisficated sake by 1$(JPY100)/1sip!

We strongly recommend visiting Kyoto even from/to Osaka (not far away), and chartering taxi (not using public transportation) to visit famous places efficiently!

We really thank our driver for the best memory/experience during our stay in Japan!

the whole trip was OK but not the type i would repeat

It was nice to visit most popular 5 places in Kyoto within a day.
Our driver drove safely and taught us Japanese history, geografy, custom and manner very kindly.

Although the temperature was very hot, perfect sunshine & sky to take photos!
We recommend chartering a limo if you visit Kyoto first time, and you want to visit polular places in a day.

Especially, Fushimi-Shirine, and Kinkakuji-Shrine were fabulous!

You can also tell a driver what kind of food you want to eat, then, he will find best restaurant per your request (as a referrence, we chose Tofu restaurant, delicious!).

We would like to thank a driver for unforgettable memory of Kyoto.

Nice tour

Schedule is tight but relaxing. Travelers were taken care of in detail. Experienced tour guides and escort all the way. Very good and satisfied.

We loved Yuki's (the tour guide to Nara) deadpan humor and engaging personality. She was thoroughly familiar with all the tourist spots and even engaged with us (the tourists) on a personal level. She communicated clearly and spoke in understandable English. Would totally recommend her as a tour guide to friends :)

The tour was well worth the money paid for. We had more than 3 guides who took care of us in each destination explaining every detail and even accompanied us on our way back to the Osaka Namba Station from Nara. They gave us maps and instructions to guide us back to our hotel. They were very helpful and concerned. I believe it would be hard for tourists to go on their own to the destinations of this tour specifically the Nijo Castle and the Kyoto Imperial Palace because you have to secure a permit before you can enter. With this tour, all are taken cared of. We had a big group so a big bus took us from the meeting point to Kyoto. Unfortunately, there were some in our group who were always late. The guide was very polite but firmly reminded all of us to be at meeting point on time otherwise they will be left behind (which I appreciate otherwise we will have less time in all the other destinations). The Todaiji temple was just majestic. Looking at the pictures now, it really is more beautiful to see it real. We had more than enough time to enjoy Nara, feed the deers and just relax in the park. I would definitely recommend this tour.

tour is well-organized but a bit rushing

We had a wonderful trip in Kyoto and Nara. The guides are very nice and friendly. Highly recommended.

The trip to Kyoto and Nara was very good and all the places very beautiful and worth visiting. The guides were courteous and knowledgeable and the lunch was delicious.

A great way to discover the imperial cities of Kyoto and Nara if you have limited time. Tour covers the must see places. Tour is well conducted and efficiently timed to ensure you are back to Osaka by 7pm.

excellent organization!

It was a great tour! I don't know how I would've managed going around Kyoto to see the sights without a guided tour. The tour guides both in the morning and afternoon sessions were very entertaining and knowledgeable and we learned a lot. The lunch was great as well. And the personnel who met us at the meeting point and at the departure point were very friendly and ensured that we didn't get lost.

The tour was awesome. Worth the money we paid for. Tour guides are all well informed and efficient. The lunch is delicious.
I salute tour guide CHIEKO ISHII of Sunrise Tour, in charge of Nara tour. She speaks English very well, She is very energetic, radiating her energy to all participants considering that we were all tired as it was the last part of the day tour. She add humor in telling historical accounts of all attractions.

It was a well organized tour. The guides were very kind, helpful and knowledgeable. Although the tour was fast paced you are still able to take in and appreciate the sites visited. It also makes the most of the limited time a visitor/tourist has to be able to see more of the sites.

I missed my tour on 5th Oct from Ritz Carlton Osaka because it was not clear enough that I have to go to granvia (concierge) to be picked up. Very dissappointed !
