二日目、「梅田さがの館」からバス(屋根付き)で「北新地」下車し、添乗員/八木さんから 詳しく船乗り場を教えていただきました。 スムーズに到着するも乗るポイントが探せない。右往左往しているうちに写真で見覚えある黄色いクルーズ船が着きました。ちなみに八木さんは分かりやすい流暢な英語と滑舌の良い日本語のバイリンガル案内で心地よかったです。願わくば日本語は関西弁が希望です(笑)

クルーズはとても素晴らしくAコースを一周しました。乗り合わせた方達が降りてからは貸し切り状態で贅沢な時間を過ごさせていただきました。防寒着も完備されています。その後はまたバスで回らせていただきました。感想としてはバスルートが一方通行なので不便でした。「内回り・外回り、両方向あれば VERY GOOD!」と思います。一日有効期限を伸ばしていただきましたが活用できず次の地へと・・・次回は是非オープンバスで参加したいです。帰宅すると雪が積もり冬に戻っていました。

I used this service for sightseeing in Osaka from Toyohashi. I took the bus from Umeda Sakano-kan bus stop 10, departing at 9:24 AM, and got off at Kitashinchi bus stop 11. I signed up for a free monitor tour for the second person, and the view of Osaka from the river was fantastic. Of course, the handsome guide and the pilot were nice too. It was a bit cold, but they provided blankets and stylish jackets. 人に聞いても、知らない人が多いです。自分で交通機関使って行くには、難しいので、初心者には、いいですよ。一回一周すると、大阪の街が、何となく、わかっていいですよ。
バスの搭乗員さんも、船の乗り場を、丁寧に分かりやすく教えてくださいましたし、クルーズの搭乗員さんも、ホテルの行き方から、次のバス停の行き方を、教えて下さいました。カメラチャンスのところは、停止して、痒い所に手が届く感じです。バスには、外国の方も、大勢いて、ガイドさんとの、コミニケーション聞いているだけで、異文化の世界に、触れさせてもらいました。ガイドブックのクーポン使用して梅田スカイビル、空中庭園展望台行きました。シルバ入場価格で、さらにお得でした。なかなか経験出来ないことを、体験しました。２４時間乗り放題、クルーズも、乗り放題、外国には、こういうシステムは、浸透して、いるそうですが、日本には、まだあまりないそうです。残念です。値段も、リーズナブルです。大阪三日目、待望の相撲観戦です。大阪体育館、升席最前列で、ビール片手に、幕ノ内弁当たべながら、幕ノ内対決観戦です。三日間大阪堪能しました。

I was happy to find that there were blankets and hand warmers available. We participated as a couple.
Not wanting to rush, we set off early towards Saganokan near the Hankyu Bus Terminal, but there was no bus stop in front of Saganokan!
The website didn't have a phone contact, and we were flustered.
In the end, we ran a few hundred meters and somehow arrived at the bus stop next to the Something Hotel just two minutes before departure.
We were quite frustrated as a couple in the morning during our trip.
However, the bus guide, the driver, and the cruise captain were all kind and attentive. They patiently explained how to get to my next destination.
The staff is doing their best; it might cost money, but the president should immediately change the name of the bus stop and update the guidebook.
If this confusing bus stop issue can be resolved, it would be five stars!

急ぎたくないので早めに阪急バスターミナル近くのさがの館を目指して出発しましたが、さがの館前にはバス停はありませんでした！
ホームページには電話連絡先が載っていなくて、あたふたあたふた。
結局数百メートル走ってなんちゃらホテルの横のバス停に二分前になんとか到着。
旅行先で朝から夫婦でイライラでした。
しかしバスのガイドさん、運転手さん、クルーズの船頭さんなどスタッフはみんな親切丁寧です。個人的な次の目的地の行き方など丁寧に教えてくれます。
スタッフはがんばっています、お金がかかるのかもしれませんが、社長はただちにバス停の名前を変えて、ガイドブックも新しくしてください。
このバス停わかりにくい問題を解決できたら星5つ‼︎

It was our first time sightseeing in Osaka as a family, but due to our schedule, there were limits to what we could see. So, I thought at least we could enjoy it from the car and signed up for the tour. We had a great time experiencing Osaka in a short amount of time. If we have the opportunity, I would definitely like to try the other course as well. Thank you for the enjoyable time.

We took the tour the first time and then went to places we liked afterward. It was great that we could hop on and off freely. It turned out to be a fun trip. Unfortunately, our schedule didn't align, and we wanted to take a boat the next day, but I would love to use this service again if the opportunity arises.

I attended a concert at Kyocera Dome, marking my first visit to Osaka in about 10 years! Since I hadn't planned any activities for the days following the concert, I was browsing the internet at the hotel when I came across the "Osaka Wonder Loop City Tour Bus 2-Day Unlimited Ride" and quickly made a reservation!

Once on board, my daughter (5 years old) was super excited! Our first stop was Abeno Harukas! The view from the top floor was amazing! I was surprised to find that even the back of the men's urinal was made of glass! (laughs) It was a pity that the Tennoji Zoo and Botanical Gardens were closed.

Next, we got off at Dotonbori. We walked along the promenade by Dotonbori River and finally saw the Glico sign after a long time! (laughs) On the first day, we enjoyed sightseeing mainly in the southern part of the city. (I didn't expect there to be a guide.) There were various explanations about the famous spots, making it a very fulfilling day.

On the second day, I planned to focus on the northern part of the city, but during hotel checkout, my daughter had a nosebleed that wouldn't stop for over an hour, so we had to cancel our sightseeing plans... It was very disappointing.

２日目は、北部中心に観光する予定でしとが、ホテルチェックアウト時に、娘が鼻から出血。一時間以上止まらないことから、観光は中止･･･。
非常に残念でした。
今度大阪に行く時は、また絶対利用します！

Traveling with small children can be quite a challenge, especially when it comes to transferring between public transportation to visit tourist spots. I anticipated that it would take a lot of time and that we might not be able to stick to our schedule.

Therefore, I decided to sign up for this plan, thinking that if we could enjoy unlimited rides on the bus and water bus for a day, we could efficiently explore the main tourist attractions in Osaka.

As expected, we were able to visit various tourist sites in Osaka without having to walk around all day. We enjoyed the sights of Osaka Castle and Tsutenkaku from the open-top double-decker bus, and we were able to create a schedule that allowed us to get off at various points to enjoy sightseeing.

The timing of the bus arrivals was perfect (every 70 minutes), allowing us to fully enjoy our time. Additionally, since the water bus was also unlimited, we took a route from Yodoyabashi to Dotonbori on the water, which was a lot of fun.

The inland waterways also gave us a sense of Osaka's history, providing a fresh perspective.

The guide was very thorough in introducing the tourist spots. It turned out to be a fulfilling family trip.

水上バスも乗り放題ということで、淀屋橋で降りて、水上で道頓堀まで行くルートも
楽しみました。

内陸に張り巡らされた水路も、大阪の歴史を感じることができ、
日ごろの視点で、新鮮さがありました。

ガイドさんも丁寧に　観光スポット紹介してくれました。
充実した家族旅行となりました。

Since it was Monday morning, we were the only two passengers on both rides... (There was an Indian person who wanted to join but had to give up because it was cash only, so I think a system that accepts credit cards is necessary...)

The guide was very pleasant both times and shared a lot of information about Osaka, which was enjoyable. We were efficiently taken to various points like Osaka Castle, Tsutenkaku, and Shitennoji using the rather complex Osaka subway and private railway lines, which we wouldn't have been able to navigate on our own, making it a very meaningful experience.

However, it was disappointing that the first ride was on a regular sightseeing bus instead of an open-top one due to maintenance... I believe the thrill of racing through the city in an open-top bus is the highlight of this tour, so it would be appreciated if we could be informed in advance.

Additionally, since it's rare for Japanese tourists to stay in Osaka for two days, I think creating a system for one day at 1,500 yen, in addition to the two-day 3,000 yen option, would allow more people to participate more easily.

月曜日の午前中ということもあってか、2回乗って乗客はわれらずっとわれら２人・・・
（途中、乗りたくてもCash Onlyということで断念されたインド人の方がいらしたので、クレジットカードを利用できるシステムが必要だと思いました…）

ガイドさんは2回ともとても感じの良い方で、大阪のいろいろな情報を教えて頂き楽しかったです。大阪城、通天閣、四天王寺と、なかなか複雑な大阪の地下鉄私鉄路線を使って自分たちではすぐには廻れないポイントに効率良く連れて行って頂けたので時間も無駄にならず、とても有意義でした。

ただ残念だったのは、1回目がメンテナンス中とのことでオープントップでないごく普通の観光バスだったこと・・・やはりオープントップで街中を駆け抜ける疾走感がこのツアーの醍醐味だと思うのでできれば前もって教えて頂けるとありがたいです。

また、日本人の観光客で大阪市内に2日間滞在するというのは稀ですので、2日間3000円だけでなく、1日1500円というシステムも作って頂けたら、より多くの方がもっと気軽に参加出来るのではないでしょうか。

The Osaka Wonderloop Bus Tour (2-Day Hop-On/Hop-Off Bus Tour) helped us a lot in exploring the main city of Osaka. For first-timers like us, we had a great time touring around the city and planning which areas we want to visit for our limited stay. With proper planning and timing, we were able to visit must-see places in just two days - Osaka Castle, Shitennoji Temple, Dotonburi Area, Shinsaibashi Shopping Area, Umeda Sky Building, Abeno Q's Mall and Osaka Station City. All English-speaking tour guides were very polite and very friendly and were able to briefly explain each area of interest. Except for one instance on our second day where the bus came a little bit late, the bus always arrived and departed as scheduled. We were able to maximize our time and save transportation expenses because of the Osaka Wonderloop Bus Tour. We were so satisfied that we will highly recommend this tour to our relatives and friends in the Philippines. Two thumbs up!

We are glad that it was a wonderful experienced again with your company. Actually the last time was when we went to Nagoya and Tokyo . We rented a wifi router and it served us excellently. This is both now the hop on hop off tour but i rented again the wifi which I was able to use my points with my prevoius order. Immediately it was deducted from my total bill after i informed them. I would love to use Ventra for our next tour. I was sad when we had our tour in Europe and America , those countries were not served by your company. I there will be expansion on your services. Indeed the Osaka loop bus has a wonderful staff, I would like to commend Ms Mai she did a wonderful job. I hope that you will keep her in your company. All the places that we visited were all interesting especially when we had the Osaka river cruise. We had also a wonderful crew. We had the comfort because we were provided with a jacket and warmer.The crew even helped us to capture the moment with our i phone. He took picture repeatedly to get a good shot. Even up to the end of the our tour we were escorted up to our way to our hotel. It was a memorable again for us to have you as our companion in our journey to every vacation that we have. I wish your company more power and continue to serve us with quality service that will satisfy our needs.

I was looking forward to the night tour, but unfortunately, it rained. I considered canceling, but I went to the meeting place anyway. Since I was there, I decided to get on the bus, and I found the guide's explanations and songs quite enjoyable. The rainy illuminations were beautiful as well. I'm glad I didn't cancel and went on the tour.

楽しみにしていたナイト観光でしたが、あいにくの雨。キャンセルしようかと思いつつも集合場所に行きました。やっぱり折角なのでバスに乗りましたがガイドさんの説明や、歌が結構楽しく雨のイルミネーションも綺麗

I rode with two friends! Since it was a weekday, there were no other customers, and we had the bus to ourselves! It was my first time on an open-deck bus, and the ride was comfortable and pleasant! Plus, it had heating! (What a surprise!) They also provided blankets! The cold weather measures were perfect! Of course, there was an explanation from the bus attendant as well.

The bus is really tall, with a height of 4 meters (the tallest in Japan), and apparently, this type is only available from Kintetsu in Japan. The view of Midosuji's main street looks different from what you see while walking, giving you a unique feeling. It's quite magical in its own way! The illumination on Midosuji isn't just one color; it changes according to various images and themes.

In the second half, we went to see Nakano Island, and surprisingly, you can view it from even higher up! I won't spoil it, so I hope you enjoy it after you ride! I'm from Kansai, and my friend came from Kanto, and it was both of our first times on this type of bus, but I think it's definitely worth it for locals as well as visitors from afar!

Kids would probably be super excited! Thank you for a wonderful time!
