Enjoyed to see beautiful Osaka, cherry blossoms, castle, food and boat ride. The bus conductor/rep has a nice personality, always happy while explaining the place and very friendly.

I signed up for a tour with my grandfather and mother. It was enjoyable to visit the sightseeing spots without walking around the city.

The traffic signals and signs overhead were exciting. The best part was how pleasant the highway drive felt. The guide was friendly, so I think it was a great experience that I won't forget!

信号とか看板が頭上でテンション上がりました。１番は高速が気持ちよかったです。ガイドさんが感じ良かったのでいい経験で忘れないと思います！

It was a bus tour blessed with great weather and a sense of liberation. The highway on the way back felt like a roller coaster, an experience you can't have on your own. The guide's commentary had a local touch, making it very enjoyable.

帰りの高速はジェットコースターのようで、個人では体験できないです。
ガイドさんの案内が、地元ならでは！という感じでとても楽しめました。

The open-deck bus tour was my first tour visiting Osaka, and we got to see the sights at a height where we could almost reach the signs. It was a short time, but I had a lot of fun.

オープンデッキバスツアー、大阪を訪ねて初めのツアー、看板に手が届きそうな高さより、スポット見学。短時間でしたが楽しかったです。

The guide was seated in the back, providing information. I think it's better when the guide uses gestures and body language. When they speak from the back, it feels like listening to a recording, which lacks excitement.

ガイドさん後部席に座っての案内書でした。やはりガイドさんの身ぶり手振りもありのほうがいいと思います。後ろで話されても録音聞いているみたいで面白みがないと思います。

On the day of my arrival, I started feeling unwell, and since it was two hours prior, I tried to cancel, but I couldn't do it at all. When I called Kintetsu, they told me to contact VELTRA. However, when I called VELTRA, I was directed to an automated voice response that instructed me to log into my account and proceed with the cancellation there. Even after logging in, I could only access the reservation page and couldn't cancel. In the end, I gave up.

Isn't there a better way to handle this?

当日、現地に到着したのですが体調が悪くなり、２時間前でしたのでキャンセルしよとしたのですが全くできなかった、近鉄に電話してもベルトラさんに問い合わせてくださいと言われ、ベルトラさんに電話しても音声案内が流れてマイページから入ってキャンセルの手続きを取れとの答え、マイページに入っても予約のページに入るだけでキャンセルできなかった、結局諦めました。
もう少し対応の仕方があるんじゃしのでしょうか。

It was fun.
It was a bit cold still, but the weather was nice, so the open deck felt great.
Although we were just looking around, it was enjoyable because it was guided.

From 15:40 on March 5th, it was quite warm during the day, but by that evening, it was still a bit chilly. However, the blanket service was very helpful. It was very comfortable, and the time flew by; I wished I could have stayed on for another hour.

3/5の15:40からで、昼間は結構暖かかったのですが、夕方のその時間になったら、まだ少し肌寒かったですが、ブランケットのサービスがありとても助かりました。とても気持ちよくて時間があっという間、あと一時間くらい乗っていたかったです。

I signed up for a tour of Osaka on the recommendation of a friend. There were only the two of us participating. It was probably because of the season that it was so few. The guide, even though he had a cold, explained everything earnestly. After it was over, he took pictures for us. Next time, I want to do it during a warmer season.

I usually drive a minivan, so I don't get to enjoy the scenery at a leisurely pace, but being on the open deck at a high position felt great. The signs were close by, and the highway was enjoyable as well. It was fun to see the night view from angles I usually can't, both from the side and above. The guide's explanations were easy to understand. Since it's this time of year, I was prepared for the cold and dressed warmly, so it didn't bother me at all. The blanket and heat pack service was also appreciated. I felt that the tour price was a good deal.

普段はワンボックスカーを運転している側で、あまりゆっくり景色を見れないので高い位置でのオープンデッキは気持ちよかったです。
看板が近かった～高速道路も気持ちよかったです。夜景も横から上から普段見れない所から見る事ができて楽しかったです。
ガイドさんの説明もわかりやすかったです。
この時期なので寒いのは覚悟していたし、防寒ばっちりして行ったので気になりませんでした(^^♪ブランケットとカイロのサービスもありがたかったです。このツアー料金はお得だと感じました。

I had originally made a reservation for the 8 PM slot, but I was able to change it to the 7 PM slot because there was availability. The city of Osaka was crowded due to the three-day weekend before Christmas, but it was really nice to enjoy the night view slowly from the bus! It was wonderful to see the night view not only from Midosuji but also from the highway.

予約をしたのが20時の回でしたが、19時の回に空きが出たからと変更してもらえました。クリスマス前の三連休で、大阪の街は混雑していましたが、バスの上からゆっくり夜景が見られてとっても良かったです!
御堂筋だけでなく、高速道路からも夜景が見れて素敵でした。

The course returns to Umeda, but I believe it would be much more worthwhile to set it up so that passengers can get off at Abeno Harukas for sightseeing, which would also be appreciated as part of the bus company's programming.

梅田へUターンするコースですが、あべのハルカスで下車して観光できるように、セットした方が断然、見応えもあり、バス会社のプログラミングとして評価されると考える。

It was a nice day since it wasn't too cold, but when it's cold, my face... freezes. Overall, I was satisfied. It would be even better once the illuminations at Nakanoshima start! Since this was a preliminary visit, I plan to join my friends.

それほど寒くない日だったので良かったですが、寒いと顔が…凍る。
全体的には満足しました。中之島のイルミネーションが始まれば　もっと良いでしょう！下見だったので友人達と参加しようと思っています。

Minami participated in the Umeda route, as they were exploring on their own. They received blankets and disposable heat packs before boarding. The breeze felt nice, and it was enjoyable to look at the sky while the explanations were pleasantly detailed and fun. ¥1500 is a great deal.

ミナミは自分達で回るので、うめだルートに参加。ひざ掛けや使い捨てカイロを頂き乗車。風が気持ち良く、空を眺めながら、説明もいい感じに丁寧で楽しかったです。¥1500 はお得です。

I participated with four friends. The weather was not as cold as we had worried about, and the duration of about an hour was just right, making it very enjoyable. The guide's explanations were clear and helpful. The illuminations were beautiful, and we felt like we were on a little trip. I would like to participate again. Thank you very much.

It was the least visible spot, in the fourth row from the front on the second floor. I could only see the inside of the car. As for the cold, it was the place where the wind hit the least.

2階の前から4列目で、一番見えにくい場所でした。車の内側ばかり見えていました。寒さは、一番風が当たらない場所でした。

I used this for my first sightseeing trip in Osaka. The weather was nice, and the bus rides were refreshing and comfortable. However, the bus stops were hard to find, and there were no signs indicating major landmarks or where the Wonder Loop bus stops are, so you have to rely solely on the map to locate the bus stops. If you're not familiar with the area, it can be quite challenging, so I recommend allowing extra time if you plan to use this service.

初めての大阪観光に利用しました。
お天気も良く、バスの移動中も爽快で快適に回ることができました。
ただ、バス停が見つけにくく、何か大きな目印になるものや、ワンダーループのバス停はこちら等の案内板もないので、地図だけを頼りにバス停を探さないといけないので、地理に慣れていないと大変だと思いますが、もし利用する場合は時間に余裕をもって行動されることをお勧めします。

I arrived at the bus station an hour earlier than my reserved bus, but the guide kindly let me board because there were empty seats available. From the moment we departed, the guide provided detailed information about the history of the buildings and pointed out the highlights of the illuminations, saying things like, "Turn right here!" and "Turn left here!" I was never bored at all. I'm grateful to the guide for providing such a fun experience! Of course, the ride on the bus was comfortable as well.

予約したバスより1本前のバスの時間に着いてしまったのですが、空席があるからとガイドさんが快く乗せくださいました。
出発してからずっとガイドさんが建物の歴史や、イルミネーションの見どころを「ここ右ですよ！！」「ここ左です！！」とピンポイントで教えてくださったりで全く退屈しませでした。
凄く楽しい時間を過ごさせてくださったガイドさんに感謝です！
もちろんバスの乗り心地も良かったです。

Had generally a good experience with the tour; bus was comfortable and tour guides spoke good English and were friendly and accommodating. What was a bit confusing were the directions / locations of the bus stops and the frequency of the buses making the rounds. We missed the bus at around 630PM at its OSAKA Bus Stop because the directions were unclear.

The loop bus had a friendly guide, and I was able to receive various information, which was just as I expected and good. On the other hand, the cruise ship only had guidance about seeing Osaka Castle, and aside from that, there was no commentary. The inappropriate background music felt rather distracting, and to be honest, I was quite disappointed. Also, the route seemed shorter than the C→A course mentioned in the pamphlet (it looks like it turns back a bit at Dotonbori), and I found that puzzling.

ループバスの方は、親切なガイドさんでいろいろな案内を伺え予想どうりで良かったです。
一方、クルーズ船の方は、大阪城が見えた案内以外には何もガイドが無く、そぐわないＢＧＭがむしろ邪魔な感じもあったりで、正直ガッカリしてしまいました。又航路もパンフレットにあったC→Aコース（最後の辺り、道頓堀で少し折り返す様に見えますが）に比べ短く終わったようで（折り返しが無く）疑問に感じました。

In the vast city of Osaka, if you're a beginner wondering where to start your sightseeing, this course is perfect! I want to recommend it to my friends as well.

The weather was great, making it perfect for the open-deck bus. The tour guide (a woman) was like someone from Yoshimoto, and the hour passed by in no time.

天気も良くオープンデッキバスには最適でした。
ツアーガイドさん（女性）がまるで吉本出身のようで1時間があっという間に過ぎてしまいました。

It depends on the weather, but I recommend it if it doesn't rain. We toured the sightseeing spots by bus. The guide provided explanations, and I heard very interesting stories. I wanted to join the northern course as well, but I regrettably had to give up due to scheduling conflicts. Since I participated on the first day, I was able to understand the layout of Osaka, which was very good.

観光名所をバスで廻ります。
ガイドさんが説明してくれて、大変興味深い話が聞けました。
北コースも参加したかったですが、時間が合わずに断念したのが心残りでした。初日に参加したので、大阪立地も理解出来て、とても良かったです。

This is my impression after participating in the Osaka Wonder Loop city tour bus with unlimited rides for one day, a one-time cruise ticket, and a one-day subway pass.

Since I stayed in Shin-Osaka, I think it would be better to pay an additional 500 yen for a two-day unlimited pass. This is because I could use the subway and bus to catch the first train, which departs from Hotel Otani at 9:00 AM or from JR Osaka at 9:20 AM. As it was my first time in Osaka and I was unfamiliar with the area, finding the loop bus stop was my first priority. Once I got off, I was able to figure it out, but I had trouble finding the boarding point for the Wonder Cruise. I used the multiple locations on the map as landmarks, but the contact store for boarding was under renovation, making it difficult to locate. I wish they had at least put up a flag to indicate the spot.

The guide for the Wonder Bus and the captain of the cruise provided detailed explanations and were very kind. However, the departure time for the cruise was moved up, and since the 4:40 PM service was canceled, my schedule was affected, reducing my exploration time in Dotonbori. During my one-day visit to Osaka, I was able to see Osaka Castle from the bus, visit Tsutenkaku, and Abeno Harukas 300M, walk on the glass floor, and then return to Shin-Osaka via the subway.

Overall, this mini trip was 80% successful, but it was just okay. I wanted to ride the city bus as well, but I refrained because I didn't know the routes. If I have the opportunity next time, I would like to purchase the two-day pass and enjoy it thoroughly.

P.S. In my case, the connection between the loop bus and the cruise didn't work well, so I wish they had considered the connection times.

大阪ワンダーループ市内周遊バス1日乗り放題とクルーズ1回乗船券、地下鉄１日券付き！に参加しての感想です。　
旅して気が付いたことですが新大阪で宿泊したので５００円プラスして２日乗り放題が良いと思います。なぜなら前日にチケットを手入れて始発が９時のホテル大谷発、あるいはJR大阪発の９時２０分に乗車するために地下鉄、バスが利用できるからです。初めての大阪で右も左もわからない状態での旅ですからループバス停はまず第一に探すこと下車すればわかりますが困ったのはワンダークルーズの乗り場がはっきりしなかったことです、地図上の多店舗を目印にしましたが乗船上の連絡店舗が丁度改装中で分かりにくかった事、せめてのぼり旗を掲げてほしかった。
ワンダーバスのガイドさん？添乗員さん、クルーズの船頭さんは丁寧な解説等々、親切に対応していただきました。　クルーズの出発時刻が早まり１６時４０分が運航しない為予定が早まり道頓堀での散策時間が半減しました、１日での大阪探訪はワンダーループ観光で大阪城を車上で見学し通天閣、あべのハルカス300Mを訪れ市内を見下ろし、ガラスの床を歩きそして地下鉄での移動にて新大阪に戻りました。
今回のミニ旅は８０％の上出来でしたがまーまーでした。市営バスにも乗りたかったのですが路線が解らず遠慮しました。次回機会があれば2日券を購入してタップリ楽しみたいと思います。
　追伸、私の場合ですがループバスとクルーズの連携がうまくいかなかったので連携時刻を考慮してほしかったです。

When you're older, it's tough to deal with fatigue, crowds, and walking, so it's great to be able to enjoy all the sightseeing easily! The sense of openness was also fantastic!

高齢だと疲れと人ごみと歩行大変で、観光名所あちこち回れないので楽に全部観光出来る！開放感も最高でした-｡

I came to Osaka from Hiroshima with my mother to listen to my eldest son's research presentation at university. My mother, who has Alzheimer's disease, can only retain memories for about 10 minutes, but her dedicated doctor told us that if there are enjoyable and happy moments, even for just that short time, it can slow the progression of the disease. So, we decided to participate in the two-story bus tour on the Namba route. The season was perfect, the view was amazing, and my mother was very happy.

The guide provided detailed and thoughtful information, and even I, who have been to Osaka many times, learned things I didn't know. Especially on the Namba route, since it also goes on the highway, we were able to see buildings from above that we usually only see from below, offering a different perspective!

After getting off the sightseeing bus, the driver took a photo of my mother and me with the bus in the background, allowing us to enjoy the experience until the very end.

大学に通っている長男の研究発表を聞きに行く為に母と広島から大阪にきました。
アルツハイマー型認知症の母は10分程しか記憶が出来ませんが 専属のドクターから その瞬間だけでも 楽しい事、嬉しい事があれば 病気の進行をゆっくりする事が出来ると言われ 今回 2階建バス なんばルートに参加してみました。季節もよく 見晴らしは最高で 母も凄く喜んでくれていました。
ガイドさんは 丁寧に細やかな情報も話してくださり 何度も大阪に行っている私も知らない事も知ることができました。特になんばルートは高速道路も通るので 普段下からしか見ない建物を上から見下ろすことも出来て 違った景色も見ることが出来ました❣️

観光バスを降りてから バスをバックに私と母の写真を運転手さんが撮ってくださり 最後まで いい気分で過ごす事が出来ました。

I rode with my child. Before we departed, we received a present for the child. I was worried about the weather, but it didn't rain during the ride, so the roof was open the whole time. The bus was slower than I expected, allowing us to properly see each landmark. We got off at Abeno Harukas, and at that time, the guide kindly asked, "Are you okay after getting off the bus?" I appreciated that thoughtfulness. My child also said they want to ride this bus again next time. Next time, I would like to ride all the way to Osaka Station.

子どもと２人で乗りました。出発前に子どもにプレゼントをいただきました(^^)お天気が心配でしたが、乗車中、雨は降らなかったので屋根はオープンのままでした。思っていたよりバスはゆっくりで、各名所をちゃんと見ることができました。あべのハルカスで途中下車をしましたが、そのときガイドさんが「この（バスを降りた）あとは大丈夫ですか？」というような声がけをしてくださり、その心遣いがうれしかったです。子どもも、また今度このバスに乗りたいと言っていました。次回は大阪駅まで乗っていきたいです。

Since it was a family sightseeing day after Universal Studios, I was wondering if there was a way to do sightseeing without using our feet. We were able to enjoy the city tour very comfortably, so everyone was satisfied.

ユニバーサルスタジオの翌日のファミリー観光だったので足を使わずして観光できないものかと思ってました。とても快適に市内観光できたのでみんな満足しました。
