I live in Osaka, but I participated with my mother who came from afar. We didn't go to the Sky Building and Ohatsu Tenjin as indicated in the itinerary without any prior notice... I might say we passed by Ohatsu Tenjin, but... We did make a brief stop where we could see Osaka Castle in the distance. The Mint Bureau, which I didn't find particularly appealing, we were able to stop at for a while... Since we mostly just passed by, it left me feeling a bit unsatisfied. The open deck was pleasant, and the guide was cheerful and nice, but there wasn't enough appeal for me to want to ride again.

大阪在住ですが、遠方から来た母を連れて参加。
工程表にあるスカイビルとお初天神は何の予告もなく行かず、、、お初天神は横を通ったと言えば通ったのかもしれませんが…。
大阪城も遠くに見えるところに少し停車してくれました。そんなに魅力的に感じなかった造幣局はゆっくり停車してもらえました。。。ほとんど通り過ぎるだけですので、物足りない感がありました。
オープンデッキは気持ちよく、ガイドさんも明るくて良い方でしたが、また乗りたいような魅力はありませんでした。

The first day of the three-day weekend was a midsummer day, and the second day was rainy, which made me quite anxious, but the day we rode was a splendid autumn day. The open bus, instead of an open car, provided a wonderful sense of freedom. There were parts where we drove on the highway, giving it an attraction-like feeling, and I was very satisfied.

3連休の初日は真夏日で、2日目は雨でとても不安でしたが、乗った日は見事な秋晴れでした。
オープンカーならぬ、オープンバスは開放感が素晴らしかった。
高速道路を走行する箇所も有り、アトラクションのような感覚も有り、とても満足でした。

Osaka is full of famous landmarks such as Tsutenkaku, Shinsaibashi, Abeno Harukas, Umeda Sky Building, the brand streets of Midosuji, and Osaka Castle, making it challenging to explore efficiently. I thought it would be a good idea to take a bus tour first and then choose the buildings I want to climb or the streets I want to stroll through. I had some extra time, so I took the bus, and it was really great.

通天閣、心斎橋、あべのハルカス、梅田スカイビル、御堂筋のブランド街、大阪城など大阪は名所だらけで、効率よく回るのが大変です。まずはバスでぐるっと巡ってから登りたいビルや散策したい街を選ぶのがいいと思いました。時間が余ってたので乗りましたがとてもよかったです。

It had a sense of openness and was guided all around, and after seeing everything, I decided where to go. I think it depends on the weather, but I had a great time with my hat and sun protection in place.

開放感がありぐるりとガイド付きでした、全て見てから何処に行こうか決めました。天候にもよると思いますが帽子や日焼け対策バッチリで楽しめました。

I've been to Osaka many times, but this was my first time participating. As expected, having no roof allows you to enjoy the scenery, which is fantastic. I think it would be helpful to know which platform number for the JR highway bus to board.

大阪は何度も行きましたが今回初めての参加でした。やはり屋根無しは景色が楽しめて最高ですね。乗車場所がJR高速バスの何番乗り場か知らせてもらえるとわかりやすいと思いました。

The guide kindly showed us around the streets of Osaka. The open-air second-floor seating was pleasant, and it was a very enjoyable drive. I would like to use this service again.

It was a scorching hot ride, so the various considerations like the cooling patches were appreciated. I was grateful for the assistance with getting off midway.

猛暑の乗車だったので、冷えピタ等色々な気遣いが良かったです。途中下車にも対応頂きありがたかった。

It was hot, but the open-air experience without a roof was exceptional. The traffic signals and signs were interestingly close. The height restriction bar on the highway was really tight, which was a bit nerve-wracking. I have a good sense of the area in Osaka, so I understood it well. For someone who doesn't know at all, a one-hour condensed version might be confusing. It might be good to make the area clear on a map. How about attaching a map to a fan? After getting on this bus, it helped us go to places we were curious about. The guide's narration was good. Their voice was easy to hear and had a gentle tone. I noticed that they made an effort to stop in a position where we could see the left lane at Ebisu Bridge. Thank you to the driver for safe driving.

暑かったけど屋根のない開放感は格別です。
信号や標識が近くて面白かった。高速の高さ制限バーは本当にギリギリで、少しヒヤッと。
自分は、大阪の土地勘がありすごく理解できました。全くわからない人は1時間の濃縮版は混乱するかも。地図でエリアがわかるようにすればいいかな。
団扇に地図を貼るとか、どうでしょうか…
このバスに乗ってから、自分たちで気になった所に行く助けになりました。
ガイドさんの案内は良かったです。声が聞こえやすく優しい感じでした。戎橋の所で、左車線の見える位置で止まるなど、見えるように工夫されているのを実感しました。運転手さん、安全運転をありがとうございました。

During this time (August), a hat is essential! The bus guide handed out cooling patches, but I think it would be great to have summer items like neck coolers. The view from the double-decker bus was stunning. Even familiar streets looked different with the guide's commentary. The kids were satisfied too.

バスガイドさんが冷えピタを配ってくれましたが、ネッククーラー等の避暑グッズがあればいいと思います。
２階建バスからの眺めは圧巻。
通り慣れた道も、ガイドさんの案内もあり、また違った景色に見えました。
子供も満足してました。

I had only visited Osaka for the World Expo in the past. This time, I had a little time, so I decided to take a ride despite the heat. It was great to experience the current Osaka in a short time. The guide's explanations were excellent, making it clear where to look, and thanks to the driver slowing down a bit and changing lanes, I was able to enjoy the view from the bus thoroughly.

Additionally, the mist and cool gel provided were wonderful for the hot season. I took the Umeda course, but if I have the chance, I would like to ride the Namba course as well. Thank you for the lovely city tour.

大阪には、昔、万博に来たことだけでした。今回、少しの時間があったので、暑いけど乗車しました。現在の大阪を短時間に感じとることが出来、とても良かったです。ガイドさんの説明が絶妙で、どこを見ればよいかがよく分かった上、ドライバーさんが少し徐行したり、車線変更してくれたお陰で、バスの中からでも、十分に楽しむことが出来ました。
又、ミスト、ひんやりジェルなど、暑い季節での対応が素晴らしかったです。うめだコースに乗車しましたが、機会があったら、なんば？コースにも乗車したいと思います。

On August 6th, I took a sightseeing tour in Osaka City on a double-decker bus at 9:30 AM. Despite the temperature being close to 35°C from the morning, it was just a one-hour tour. I appreciated the bus guide's clear and considerate explanations, as well as the driver's safety measures and efforts to slow down at landmarks for better viewing. I felt encouraged to join another bus tour on a different route. Thank you very much.

8月6日、9時30分に大阪市内を、二階建てバスで観光しました。朝から35℃近い気温の中、ジャスト1時間のツアー。バスガイドさんの分かりやすく、気遣いのある案内や、運転手さんの安全かつ名所では減速して、お客さんに見やすくする心遣いがうれしかったです。また、別ルートのバスツアーに参加したくなりました。ありがとうございました。

I took the bus on the northern route.
The bus stop is at Osaka Station JR Highway Bus, so it's easy to find. It's in front of the first floor of Lucua.

Since it was hot, I appreciated that they handed out cold cooling sheets.
We traveled for just under an hour while listening to the guide's talk.
It's best not to expect them to stop for a better view, as that doesn't happen.

I wouldn't recommend this for those who have traveled by car in the city or are moving around. After all, you will pass through anyway.
However, it might be good for those visiting the city for the first time or those using the subway or JR for transportation.

乗り場は大阪駅JR高速バスなのでわかりやすい。ルクアの一階前です。

暑いので、冷たく冷やした冷えピタを配ってくださり助かりました。
１時間弱、ガイドさんのお話を聞きながら進みます。
少し止まって見やすくしてくれる、なんてこともあひませんので、そういうのを期待しないのが吉です。

市内を車で移動したことある人、移動する人にはあまりお勧めしません。どうせ通りますから。
でも、市内に来るのが初めての人、移動は地下鉄、JRの人にはいいかもです。

I joined the tour after 4 PM. I was worried about the heat, but the bus provided mist and distributed cooling sheets, making it a comfortable hour. Since I arrived in Osaka right before the tour, I was able to get a good sense of locations like Midosuji, Tsutenkaku, and Abeno Harukas, which helped with my sightseeing the next day. The bus slowed down at key points, so I didn't miss anything, and the guide was very attentive and provided excellent explanations. It was a lot of fun.

16時すぎからの参加でした。暑さが心配でしたがバスからはミストが出て、冷却シートの配布もあり快適な1時間でした。大阪についてすぐの利用ということもあり御堂筋や通天閣、あべのハルカス等だいたいのロケーションがわかり翌日からの観光に役立ちました。バスは要所要所で減速してくださり見逃すことなく、またガイドさんも丁寧で説明もとてもとても良かったです。楽しかったです。

I experienced the northern route around Osaka. The view from the second floor was refreshing. Although I was born and raised in Osaka, I enjoyed listening to the guide's explanations at key points and learned things I didn't know before. My friends from afar also had a great time. The weather was so nice that I got sunburned...

When we arrived at the bus, the driver and the guide greeted us with smiles. The guide's tone was soft and inviting, which felt great. It was not mechanical or perfunctory; there was genuine warmth, and it made me naturally want to listen, allowing the explanations to easily sink in. It felt like I was relaxing and listening to a friend's story. The guide seemed to be in decent health, though they occasionally coughed, but they didn't let any of that come through the microphone, which sounded healthy. This shows a high level of professionalism. I was impressed. After the tour, there was a spontaneous round of applause from all the participants, which I believe expressed our satisfaction. Additionally, when we left the bus, they sent us off with smiles and made us feel well taken care of. It was the first day of my long-awaited trip to Osaka after half a century, and I felt refreshed and uplifted. Please continue to take care of yourself and keep up the great work.

バスに到着した時、運転手さんとガイドさんが笑顔で迎えてくれた。
ガイドさんの口調が柔らかく語りかけるようでよい感じ。事務的、おざなりでなく気持ちも入っているが柔らかく、自然体で、耳を傾けようという気持ちが自然に起こり、説明内容が頭にスッと入ってくる。リラックスして友人の話を聞いているような感じ。ガイドさんは体調がまあまあのようで時々咳もしていたが、マイクには咳で出るいがらっぽさを全く出さず、マイクでの声は健康的。これはプロ意識があるという事。感心しました。ツアー終了後は参加者の
皆様から自然に拍手が起こり、満足度を表していたと思います。
又、バスを離れる時も笑顔で気持ちよく送ってくれ、いろいろ配慮していると感じました。半世紀ぶりの大阪観光の１日目でしたが、気分良く癒されました。これからも身体に気を付けて頑張って下さい。

Familiar scenery looked different from the double-decker bus. Also, having a guide made it educational. There are still so many things I don't know.

見慣れた景色が、二階建てバスからだと違って見えた事。また、ガイド付きだから勉強になりました。知らない事がまだまだ沢山あります。

I took the Namba Route in the south, and thanks to the guide's timely explanations, I was able to get an overview of the city of Osaka. We traveled on regular roads for the outbound trip and took the highway on the return. The weather was also favorable, making it a very good experience.

南のなんばルートに乗車しましたが、ガイドさんのタイミングの良い説明もあり、大阪の街を概観することができました。
往路は一般道、復路は高速道路を走りました。
天気にも恵まれ、とても良い体験になりました。

A double-decker bus that allows you to tour around Osaka city in just about an hour. The refreshing breeze and the view from a height that you can't usually experience were great.

I learned for the first time that the city is divided into streets and avenues by east, west, south, and north, and it was helpful to hear information that I can use for future trips.

It's definitely a good option for tourists visiting Osaka, and I think it's also great for residents during the illumination season!

約1時間乗ってるだけで大阪市内を回れる二階建てバス。気持ちいい風と普段味わえない高いところからの眺めもよかったです。
東西南北で筋と通りに分かれていたのを初めて知って、これからの旅行の時にも役立てる話も聞けたのがよかったです。
観光で大阪を訪れている人はもちろん、大阪に住んでいる人もイルミネーションの時期とかいいと思いますよ！

The two-story building without a roof was pleasant with the fresh air. The explanations were helpful, and I was happy to catch a glimpse of Osaka.

Under the clear May sky and refreshing breeze, the guidance from our gentle and soft-voiced guide made for an amazing experience. The little bits of knowledge shared here and there were very helpful.

As we walked through the city, people waved at us, and the high vantage point of our Osaka sightseeing allowed us to directly feel the geography and atmosphere of the city.

五月晴れで爽やかな風の下、やさしくて柔らかな声のガイドさんの案内はサイコーの時間でした。所々で伝えてくださる豆知識はとても役に立ちます。
街を歩く人が手を振ってくれたり、高い目線からの大阪観光は地理や街の雰囲気をダイレクトに感じることができました。

ゴールデンウイークの最中、沢山の街中の人々の様子をも大阪の景観の一部にしながら、有名処、初めての処、高速道路のスリルもあったりして、あっという間の時間でした。ガイドさんの、その時を捉えた見事な説明が華を添えてくれました。

I went on a sightseeing tour in Osaka with my mother for the first time, and we joined the tour early in the morning without knowing our way around. The weather was nice that day, and the open deck really enhanced our travel mood. I had researched the famous spots in a travel magazine, but since we weren't familiar with the area, I hesitated to explore on our own. However, by participating in the tour, we were able to see each landmark from the bus while listening to the guide's explanations, which was very moving. After the tour, we took our time to visit the places that caught our interest, and we were able to fully enjoy our Osaka sightseeing experience. Although it was a short time, I’m glad we participated.

初めて母娘で大阪観光に行き、右も左もわからないまま朝一番でツアーに参加しました。
当日は天気も良く、オープンデッキが旅行気分を更に盛り上げてくれました。
情報誌で名所は調べましたが土地勘がないため自力行動に躊躇がありましたが、参加したことで添乗員さんの説明を聞きながら各名所を車内から見ることができ、感動も大きかったです。
ツワーに参加したことで気になった場所に終了後に2人でゆっくり行き、大阪観光を満喫する事が出来ました。　
短時間ではありましたが、参加して良かったです。

The open-top double-decker bus tour was my first experience. The weather was nice and warm, so it wasn't cold at all even in late March. It was my first time in Osaka, and the ability to efficiently sightsee in the city in a short amount of time on the last day was appealing. The guide's explanations were also very enjoyable. My middle school and elementary school children had a great time as well, and they mentioned wanting to try bus tours in various places. I thought it would have been nice to have a bit more time. If given the opportunity, I would like to explore the northern route. However, it was difficult to find the bus stop.

オープン二階建てバス観光は初めての経験でした。天気が良く、暖かい日でしたので、3月下旬でも全然寒くありませんでした。初めての大阪で、最終日の短い時間で、効率的に市内観光ができるのが魅力です。ガイドさんの説明もあり、とても楽しかったです。中学生と小学生の子供達もとても楽しかった、また色々な所で、バス観光をしてみたいと話していました。もう少し時間が長くてもいいと思いました。機会があれば、北ルートをまわりたいです。ただ、バス乗り場を探すのが難しかったです。

It was unfortunate that the weather was rainy. I think it's good for enjoying Osaka in a short time, but I felt it was lacking. I believe there should be a one-day course with lunch that includes visits to tourist attractions.

大阪を短時間で楽しむには良いと思いますが、物足りませんでした。
観光施設も訪れることができる昼食付の１日コースがあっても良いと思います。

The bus stop at the North Gate was not clearly known to the taxi driver, but we managed to find it. Although it wasn't raining, it felt quite chilly, making the open bus a bit of a challenge, but the sense of openness was fantastic! The tour guide announced the highlights, so we were able to enjoy the hour in no time.

バス乗り場のノースゲートと言う場所がタクシーの運転手さんも定かではなく、でも当たっていました^_^雨は降っていなかったものの急な花冷えという感じでオープンバスは試練な感じでしたが、開放感は最高です！添乗員さんが見所をアナウンスしてくれるのであっという間の1時間楽しむことができました。

I decided to travel to Osaka for the first time in several years, and I wanted to visit places that are characteristic of Osaka. It was fun to discover the new Osaka. The bus guide was amazing!

何年ぶりかに大阪旅行をする事になり大阪らしい所に行きたいと言われ選びました。新しい大阪が知れて楽しいかったです。バスガイドさん最高でした♪

It was great to take photos while leisurely exploring. The cherry blossoms were just blooming, but it was a shame about the rain. I made the reservation the day before knowing there was a 100% chance of rain, and I was happy to see the main attractions with my overseas friends.

The double-decker bus tour from Nagasaki to Osaka was fantastic. The announcer was a professional, right? Their voice was beautiful, definitely better than AI. There were many foreign visitors who were cheering as well. However, I got lost trying to find the meeting point, but someone from another company helped me and I made it in time. Next time, I’d like to join on a different route. The driver was also very skilled, so I felt safe taking photos.

外国の方も多くて歓声を上げてましたね
ただ、集合場所がわからずにウロウロしてたら他の会社の方に案内してくれて間に合いました　次回は別ルートでも参加したいです
