- Any cancellations made between 12 to 1 hours prior to the activity start time will be subject to a charge of 80% of the total amount.
- Any cancellations made after 1 hours prior to the activity start time will be subject to a charge of 100% of the total amount.

- Drivers are not licensed tour guides, but will do their best to answer your questions.
- Drivers do not speak English or other languages. Please arrange an interpreter if you are in need of one.
- Pick-up or drop-off should be located somewhere in the Shizuoka Prefecture. You can depart from Mishima Station, and end the tour at an area within Atami City if you wish.
