- The ticket can only be used for Izuhakone Line and designated bus lines indicated on the file below. Route Map.pdf
- The Izuhakone Line Passes for rail and bus is only for foreign tourists holding a passport issued by a foreign government. Japanese passport holders can NOT use this pass.
- Refunds for unused tickets are available but will incur a 220 yen handling fee.

- Please show your passport when you pick-up your pass.
- Please enter rail line at the manned ticket gate only and show your ticket to the staff. Please don't put it in the automated ticket gate system.
- Please show your ticket to the staff when you get on and off the transportation.
- This ticket can be used as often as desired during the validity period.
