Transfer between Yokohama Port and Tokyo

She was well presented and very articulate in ensuring the group were ready to embark. Water was given to each individual upon entering the vehicle, and candies were also offered.The Driver spoke good English, and during the trip pointed out the various landmarks, and the local history. The journey was enjoyable as any questions raised were quickly answered, and the trip included diversions so that we could enjoy the various landmarks.
The vehicle was modern, very clean, roomy and fully air-conditioned.

Started the holiday off perfectly and was well worth the price.
Reviewed by: ElsaBruce, 2018/05/21Always nervous when you use a company for the first time, but Veltra proved to be a great choice. Pick up from our Tokyo hotel to the Yokohama cruise port was efficient, well priced, and we couldn't have been happier. The driver was at our hotel at exactly the right time. They had texted us the day prior to say he would be. The van configuration was more like an SUV limo with plenty of leg room and seating with lots of room to move around. We were at the port in 40 minutes and the driver was pleasant and seemed to be well experienced with driving the route. There were 4 adults and 8 pieces of luggage. Many other cruisers had nightmare experiences trying to work out train schedules and private taxis to take them to the port. This was an EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE and we would highly recommend Veltra and will use them again if the opportunity arises.

Good experience for pick-up from Yokohama!!
Reviewed by: Martine, 2018/04/30Everything worked-out fine from reservation to drop off at hotel in Tokyo. The driver was well in time and drove us carefully to the destination. We really can recommend the service for other travelers. Only little negative point is the price we had to pay for the one hour drive.

Best shuttle service in Japan

Easy Transfer
Reviewed by: MEA, 2017/04/27Our driver Mr. Mogi was great. It was quick and easy to book our transportation from the cruise port to our hotel. We were off the ship early and therefore needed to wait for the driver, but that wasn't his fault, he was on time and met us with a sign with our name at the designated spot. The van was large enough to easily hold 4 adults and luggage with room to spare, (one person is over 6"9").
Our driver was very nice, drove safely and helped with the luggage. Being most taxis in Japan are small, it's difficult for them to hold more than 2 persons with 2 large suitcases and carry ons, this is definitely the way to travel.

Top Notch Port Pick-up
Reviewed by: John Gura, 2017/04/13We've been on a dozen cruises and the only thing we dread is getting from the ship to our next location. It's frequently a nightmare. Not so this time. Our van arrived on time, it was roomy and held our large suitcases with room to spare. Without doubt the best end of cruise experience we've had. Urge you to expand to other ports. Thanks!
