Cancellation Policy
- Any cancellations made between 16:00 local time, 20 business days to 16:00 local time, 7 business days prior to the activity will be subject to a charge of 20% of the total amount.
- Any cancellations made between 16:00 local time, 7 business days to 16:00 local time, 1 business days prior to the activity will be subject to a charge of 30% of the total amount.
- Any cancellations made between 16:00 local time, 1 business days to 12 hours prior to the activity start time will be subject to a charge of 40% of the total amount.
- Any cancellations made between 12 to 1 hours prior to the activity start time will be subject to a charge of 50% of the total amount.
- Any cancellations made after 1 hours prior to the activity start time will be subject to a charge of 100% of the total amount.
Change Policy
- If the client changes the departure day or any transportation, accommodations, tours, tour participants for his or her convenience, the tour operator shall consider it a cancellation of the entire tour and the specified cancellation charges will be levied on the client.
