Restrictions
- If less than 25 participants are booked, the activity may not operate. If this occurs, those who have made a reservation will be informed of the matter at least 4 days prior to the departure date.
- The tour price for infants 3 to 5 years old includes bus seats only and will not be getting a separate meal or bed. If you would like for infants ages 3 to 5 to have a separate meal and bed, please book them as a child ages 6-11.
- All rooms in the hotel are non-smoking.
For rooms with 3~4 people, two beds are placed on top of the tatami mat and for more than 3 people in a room, you will be asked to set the futon on your own.

- The activity schedule is subject to change or cancellation due to weather or traffic conditions.
- Please note that pick-ups may be delayed due to traffic congestion.
- A decision on whether to cancel the tour due to weather conditions will be decided by 15:00 (Japan Standard Time) a day prior to the tour. You will be informed of this via email. If the departure is confirmed, the tour operates regardless of the condition of the autumn leaves.
- The peak viewing period for autumn leaves could be earlier or later than usual depending on the weather.
- A staff will accompany you from the designated meeting place and will only provide you with basic information about the tour. Please note that you will be given brochures in your preferred language (English or Chinese) about the sightseeing areas.
- Train seats will be allocated at random. Guests who have booked as a pair or group may not be given seats close to each other.
- The Oigawa Railway and Oku-Oi Rail Car ride times are subject to change.
- Items included in the tour will not be refunded even if the participant does not use them for whatever reason.
