First opened to the public in 2003, Roppongi Hills is a building complex that consists of high-end shops and restaurants, a cinema, an art museum, an observation deck, office buildings and an apartment complex. Among its top attractions is the Mori Art Museum, which frequently holds exhibits featuring modern art as well collections celebrating Japanese popular culture such as Sailor Moon and Jojo's Bizarre Adventure. Many visitors also frequent Roppongi Hills in winter to gaze at winter lights.
