The forecast said it would start raining in the early afternoon, but we began our hike at 5:30 under light rain. There were five of us, a mix of men and women, all beginners and relatively close in age, ranging from those in their early 30s to those in their 40s, along with our guide. It was a bit foggy in Shiratani, but it didn't rain heavily, so we managed to get to Taiko Rock while using umbrellas to shield ourselves. At Taiko Rock, the visibility wasn't completely gone, and we were able to take commemorative photos.
As we descended from Tsuji Pass to the Torokko Path, the weather cleared up a bit, which slowed our pace slightly. From the Torokko Path to Okubo Trail and Wilson's Stump, we picked up the pace a little, and we had lunch around 11:30. The rain held off, so we were able to eat without umbrellas. We passed by people who were just starting to descend from the Jomon Sugi course, and when our guide mentioned that we were coming from Shiratani over Tsuji Pass, they all seemed surprised (with reactions mixed between admiration and disbelief).
The ascent was quite tough, but we persevered and reached Jomon Sugi around 12:30. After that, it was just a descent. After turning back, the rain started to come down heavily, just as the forecast predicted. From the area near the elementary school, where the Torokko Path becomes just the ties, we got soaked from the rain. We continued walking quietly and finally arrived at the Arakawa Trailhead at 16:40! We finished in 11 hours and 10 minutes, which was quite a bit longer than initially planned.
予報では昼過ぎから降り出すとのことでしたが、朝から小雨が降る中での5:30白谷スタートとなりました。30代前半に見える方からアラフォーまで割と年も近く、初心者ばかりの男女5名とガイドさん。白谷では多少ガスっていましたが、本降りまではならず、傘差してしのぎながら、太鼓岩まではまず順調でした。太鼓岩でも全く見えないてほどでもなく、記念撮影も出来ました。辻峠からトロッコ道までのくだりで晴れてきたからか、若干のペースダウン。トロッコ道から大株歩道、ウィルソン株まで若干のペースアップして頂き、11:30頃昼食。雨ももってくれて傘なしで食べれました。縄文杉のみコースの人たちがちょうど下り始める時間帯ですれ違いましたが、白谷から辻峠越えだとガイドさんが告げると一様に驚かれました笑。（感嘆と、アホか、の入り混じったリアクション。）登りは結構キツかったですが、がんばって縄文杉まで到達！！12:30くらいだったでしょうか。後は下るだけ。折り返してから雨が本降りになってきました。予報通りです。トロッコ道も枕木のみになる小学校辺りからは雨でビシャビシャでした。黙々と歩き続けて、結果16:40に荒川登山口に到着！！当初予定よりだいぶまけて、11時間10分でした。

I used this guide for my first trekking experience. Despite feeling anxious, nervous, and sleepy, thanks to the guide's natural escorting, I was able to start the climb.
I felt that the guide really valued our pace above all else. When we were feeling tired, they distracted us with interesting stories about Yakushima's history and nature, quizzes, and personal anecdotes.
As a beginner, I didn’t know the photo spots and forgot to take pictures while focusing on the climb. However, the guide kindly offered to take photos with my digital camera and even provided the data. I think this is a significant recommendation!
Lastly, I believe beginners might feel a lot of anxiety, but even if you forget something, the guide will lend you what you need and help you out. We borrowed a few items ourselves (laughs). I truly felt that this tour was great because of the guide. Thank you, Yuki!

不安と緊張と眠気に襲われながらも、ガイドさんの自然体なエスコートのお蔭で登山に入ることができました(*^^*)
心象としては、何よりも私たち2人のペースを大事にして下さったと思います。疲れが出てる時には、屋久島の歴史や自然の話、クイズ、プライベートな笑い話など楽しい話で気をそらして下さった感じがします(*^^*)
そして、初心者なので写真のスポットもわからず…登山に集中して写真を撮るのを忘れていたのですが…^_^;
ガイドさんが声をかけて下さりデジカメで撮ってくれます‼︎‼︎データもくれます☆かなりのオススメポイントだと思います♡
最後に、初心者の方だと不安が多いと思いますが、万が一忘れ物をしてもガイドさんが必要な物を貸して下さり助けてくれます(*^^*)私たちも何点かお借りしました（笑）このツアー、ガイドさんで本当に良かったと感じています♡ユッキーさんありがとうございました(*^^*)

Now that I'm back, I can't imagine trekking without a guide! There was plenty of explanation about the plants like moss and cedar, Yakushima deer, wild birds, and the history of Yakushima, making it feel like an adult social studies field trip! Yuki, our guide who was born and raised in Yakushima, shared fascinating stories about life on the island that are a must-hear♪
Of course, the Shiratani Unsuikyo and Jomon Sugi were amazing, but the meals were also impressive! The side dishes, warm soup, and even beer and shochu were more than I expected for a stay in the mountains. During the freezing cold night, it was a relief to have hot water bottles and hand warmers prepared for us.
I truly appreciated how they matched the pace for my parents, who were reaching their physical limits, and my free-spirited brother. It was astonishing that they even carried my mother's backpack, which was about to topple her over on the steepest part of the climb, despite already carrying a 30-kilogram pack!
As the tour name suggests, it was truly a safe, secure, and incredibly fulfilling experience. Thank you!

苔や杉などの植物、屋久鹿や野鳥、屋久島の歴史についての解説がたっぷりで、まるで大人の社会科見学！屋久島生まれ屋久島育ちのガイドのユッキーさんの、屋久島生活のお話も必聴です♪
白谷雲水峡や縄文杉はもちろんのこと、食事にも感動！おかずや暖かいスープ、更にはビールに焼酎と山中泊とは思えない充実したものでした。
極寒の夜、湯たんぽやホッカイロまで用意されていて助かりました。
体力の限界が来ている両親にも、自由気ままな兄にもペースを合わせていただき本当に助かりました。30キロのザックを持っているのに、一番登りが厳しところで今にも倒れそうな母のザックまで持っていただいたのは驚愕でした！
ツアー名の通り、本当に安心安全超充実なツアーでした。ありがとうございました！

I had little mountain climbing experience and it was my first time in Yakushima.
First, before participating. They promptly and politely answered my questions. Thanks to that, my anxieties were resolved one after another.
Also, this is the only tour that allows you to visit Jomon Sugi and Kumoi Sato in one day. We experienced severe muscle pain the next day, so it was good that we did it all in one day.
On the day of the tour, it was a time when there were few tourists, and we were the only participants.
Our guide (we were taken care of by the local guide) was very kind. They provided knee support, took photos for us, and offered encouraging words as we slowed our pace... We truly appreciated their help!
The driver was also kind. Even though we arrived late on the way back, they welcomed us warmly.
The number of participants can vary significantly between the off-season and on-season, so the tour situation may change, but everyone involved was wonderful!
Of course, Jomon Sugi and Kumoi Sato are also amazing!

It was my first time doing serious mountain climbing. I decided on this tour after seeing their website online and feeling reassured. The private tour was great. On the day of the tour, the guide's stories were very interesting, and I really appreciated their thoughtful breaks. It would have been impossible for just the two of us to walk the long distance to Jomon Sugi, but thanks to the guide, we were able to reach the summit safely. I'm really glad I chose this tour and guide.

As trekking beginners who are not very active, we were a bit worried about whether we would be okay... but our guide was amazing. They accompanied us as we walked really slowly. Thank you, Yukky! The cocoa they served us during lunch was really delicious! They also took photos for us, and we made some great memories. Next time, we want to drink some alcohol at the summit (laughs).

On January 2nd, we requested a trekking tour to Jomon Sugi. It was our first trekking experience, and despite our lack of stamina and our many demands, our guide accommodated us without any complaints for a long, long time (laughs). We are truly grateful for the high-energy guidance! They were incredibly friendly and kind, making it a very enjoyable trip without any pressure. Thanks to this experience, I think I might start to like trekking a bit. Next time, it's revenge!! Aiming for 10 hours (laughs).
Our guide was someone we would definitely want to request again! I highly recommend them!

The weather was nice, and trekking while listening to the sound of the river was truly healing. I thought it would be easy since it was a short trek, but there were times when I felt it was harder than trekking to Jomon Sugi because we kept moving without taking breaks. The world of living moss was even more impressive than in the photos!
天候も良く川のせせらぎを聞きながらのトレッキングは、心から癒されました。
短時間のトレッキングなので、簡単！と思っていましたが、休憩することなく進むので、縄文杉のトレッキングよりハードと感じる時もありました。

I unexpectedly got sore muscles from the 150-minute Yakusugi Land course the day before, and I was worried about the course to Taiko Rock, but thanks to the guide's enjoyable conversation and kind, attentive guidance, I was able to hike comfortably.
We left the hotel at 9 AM, which allowed us to take our time, and that was one of the reasons I chose this tour.
On the day of the hike, we were blessed with good weather, and we didn't encounter any rain, making it easy to walk. However, it would have been even better if it had been sunny at Taiko Rock.
The Forest of Mononoke was mystical and healing. I want to watch the movie "Princess Mononoke" when I get back. Actually, I haven't seen it yet! (laughs)
前日のヤクスギランド150分コースで不覚にも筋肉痛になってしまい、心配された太鼓岩までのコースでしたが、ガイドさんの楽しい会話と親切、丁寧な案内で快適に山歩きできました。
9時にホテル出発だったので、ゆっくりできたのもこのツアーを選んだ理由です。
当日はお天気にも恵まれ、雨に合う事もなかったので歩きやすかったです。
ただ太鼓岩で晴れていたらもっと最高だったのになあ～

It was our family's first trip to Yakushima with four members. We had a guided tour by Yoshisune from the Yakushima guide service, and we trekked to Jomon Sugi as a family. It was our first trekking experience, but thanks to the calm and appropriate guidance, we were able to complete the 11-hour trek with peace of mind. Everything was a very valuable experience. Since it’s a long trek, I think it’s best to experience it while you’re still a bit younger.

屋久島ガイドツアーの吉筋さんにガイドしていただき、家族4人で縄文杉トレッキングをしました。
はじめてのトレッキングでしたが、適切な落ち着いたガイドでのお陰で安心して11時間のトレッキングを最後までやり遂げる事ができました。

Our guide was celebrating their 60th birthday. They made the journey enjoyable by telling jokes and checking in on us every few meters.
Both of us were a bit out of shape, but we were guided safely to catch the 5:30 bus.
They took various photos for us, creating many wonderful memories. I think we would have felt anxious walking alone, but we were able to walk with peace of mind.

About a month ago, I participated here with my sister after being introduced by a friend who had previously visited. Neither of us had a regular exercise routine and we were physically unsure, but thanks to the guide adjusting to our pace, we were able to enjoy the walk to the end. We had many precious experiences that we wouldn't have achieved without the guide, such as learning about the island's flora and fauna and walking the mountain paths before dawn. It was a three-generation participation from ages 9 to 69. We arrived at the pension at 4:20 AM, and I think it was a low-energy group. Everyone was nervous about whether they would be able to make it, lacking confidence in their physical strength. Despite this, our guide Fujikawa was truly wonderful, conveying the essence of nature to my 9-year-old daughter while being mindful of my parents' condition. He assessed our physical abilities and carried my mother's luggage during the really tough parts of the journey, which made her very grateful, saying, "If I had my luggage, I wouldn't have been able to reach Jomon Sugi." Although I couldn't call him "Fukki" until the end, we had a really enjoyable time. Thank you very much. Now I have a dream to go back and stay overnight with my daughters who stayed behind.

We participated as a family. Thanks to our knowledgeable and humorous guide, the trekking experience exceeded our expectations and was a lot of fun. I was concerned about my parents' stamina since they are in their 50s and 60s, but the guide was very considerate and adjusted the pace to ensure it was manageable for them, which was a great help.
Additionally, compared to group tours, there was no worry about being pressed for time, allowing us to take our time to take photos at places we liked and listen to explanations about interesting plants. Yakushima has many rare plants and animals, as well as unique historical fallen trees that we had never seen before, and we were very curious about them. The guide explained everything in detail, which was very educational.
We received many photos, and this family trip became a wonderful memory. Thank you very much. I hope to have the opportunity to join again in the future.

The guide was a beautiful and intelligent American woman who spoke fluent Japanese and even joked with us. She was very kind and made an effort to engage with the children.
On the trolley path, there were bridges that were quite precarious and thrilling, which made me a bit nervous. I was impressed that everyone was able to cross them so easily. Since we had a fourth grader in our family, the guide proceeded at a slow pace, allowing our whole family to return safely in time for the last bus. We were part of one of the last day trip groups, so we were able to take photos at Jomon Sugi without any crowds, which felt luxurious!
Jomon Sugi stood majestically, exuding a divine atmosphere as if it could see right through my heart.
The mountain path from the Arakawa Trailhead was steeper than I had expected, and I felt a bit anxious about whether I could make it. However, by following the guide, we were able to climb without any danger. Along the way, we ventured off the trolley path to the rocky riverbank and were shown the photo spot for the Wilson stump. There were many enjoyable points that we could only experience because of the guide!
On the way down, my elementary school son was exhausted and became grumpy, which was challenging. However, the guide devised various strategies, and my husband carried our son while the family shared the load, allowing us to cooperate and return safely. The round trip took a full 11 hours!
It was tough, but it was a truly memorable experience. My son is secretly boasting at school that he "saw Jomon Sugi," despite being in a bad mood.
Personally, I would love to take on this challenge again if the opportunity arises!
ガイドの方は女性でアメリカ人の方で、日本語ペラペラで冗談にも乗ってきてくれるとっても美人で知的でステキな方でした。子ども達にも一生懸命話しかけてくれて、すごくいい人でした。
トロッコ道でときどき橋があり、その橋が危うい橋でスリル満点でかなりビビりました。みんなよく普通に渡れるなぁと感心しました。
我が家は小学４年生がいたので、ガイドの方がゆっくりペースで進んでくださって、家族全員無事に最終バスに間に合うよう戻って来れました。日帰りグループのほぼ最終グループだったので、縄文杉のところでも貸し切り状態でゆっくり写真が撮れたりして、贅沢でした！
縄文杉は泰然とそこに佇んでいて、わたしの心も全てお見通しのような神のような雰囲気でした。
荒川登山口からの山道が思っていた以上に険しくて、登れるのかなとちょっと不安になりましたが、ガイドの方が進んだ通りについていくことで、危険なこともなく登ることができました。
途中トロッコ道から外れて川の岩場に下りてみたり、ウィルソン株の撮影ポイントも教えてくださったし、ガイドの方がいたからこそ楽しめるポイントがたくさんありました！
下山では小学生の息子がもう疲れ果てて機嫌悪くなって大変だったのですが、ガイドの方がいろいろ策を練ってくれて、夫が息子をおぶったり家族でも荷物を分担したり、みんなで協力して無事に戻ってくることができました。往復たっぷり１１時間かかりました！
大変でしたが、とっても思い出に残るいい体験ができました。息子も機嫌が悪くなった事は内緒で「縄文杉を見た！」と学校で自慢しています。
わたし個人としては、また機会があればぜひチャレンジしたいと思います！

Initially, the day we had reserved was unfortunately a heavy rain day, and since we had a fourth grader with us, the guide suggested that if there were other available days, we might want to consider rescheduling. Luckily, we had a backup date, so we changed to that day, and it was a great decision! The weather was nice, and we were able to go to Taiko Rock.
Walking through the deep green moss was very pleasant! We also saw deer, which was very mystical.
Taiko Rock was scarier than I had expected, and the two kids couldn't climb on the rock, but I mustered up the courage to stand on top of the rock and on a little ledge that jutted out. It was really scary, but since I had climbed up, I was glad I took the challenge.
Continuing from Jomon Sugi, we had the same American female guide, who made a great effort to engage with the somewhat unenthusiastic kids, and she was really nice! I felt really sorry for my son, who was being grumpy towards the end because he was tired, but she faced him properly and persuaded him, genuinely thinking about how to make it more enjoyable. She was such a wonderful person.
The guide seemed to really love insects, plants, and nature, and she reminded me of Nausicaä. Thanks to her, our experience at Shiratani Unsuikyo became a memorable one. I am filled with gratitude.

太鼓岩が思っていたよりすごく怖くて、こども２人は岩に乗れなかったのですが、わたしは岩の上と、少し下に出っ張っているところにも勇気を出して乗ってみました。すごーく怖かったのですが、せっかく登ったので挑戦してみてよかったです。
縄文杉に引き続き同じアメリカ人の女性のガイドさんで、ノリの悪い子ども達に一生懸命話しかけてくれて、とってもいい人でした！愛想が悪くてホントすみません。。。と思ってました。
小学４年生の息子が最後の方に疲れて機嫌が悪くなっちゃったときもちゃんと向き合って説得してくれたり、どうすれば楽しくなるか真剣に考えてくれて、すごーくいい人でした。
ガイドさんは虫とか植物とか自然が大好きな感じで、ナウシカみたいな方でした。
ガイドさんのおかげで思い出深い白谷雲水峡になりました。

Half a year has passed since then. Although not everyone was able to walk at a good pace with our group of six, our guide was really wonderful. They kept an eye on everyone's pace, shared jokes, and explained about the mountains and islands... あれから半年が経ちました。6名での参加でテンポよく歩ける者ばかりでは無かったですけど、ガイドさんがすごく良い方で、全員のペースを見ながら、冗談など交えながら、山や島の説明しながら・・・
ホントに私達は歩調が悪く（苦笑）出発地点に戻る頃には日も暮れてヘッドライトを使用しながら・・・ご迷惑をお掛けしました。
でも、最後まで私たちを励ましながら根気強くガイドをして頂いて、6名全員が脱落することなく縄文杉を見て帰ってくることが出来て本当に感謝しています。
今でもすごく良い思い出となっています。

We were blessed with great weather and had a wonderful time reaching Jomon Sugi! Many people around us were worried, asking if it would be difficult to visit Jomon Sugi. As a pair of humanities students lacking confidence in our physical abilities, we thought it might be impossible, saying, "If it's too hard, let's just give up and go home!" on the day of the hike (laughs).
Our guide, Yukki, was amazing! (I’m sorry we couldn’t call you on the day (ToT)) While observing us, he made sure to include frequent breaks, allowing us to enjoy the climb. Thank you so much! We had fun talking about moss, Studio Ghibli, stars we could see in the mountains, things we dislike, and how to handle things as adults, among many other topics.
We seemed to have gone at a good pace and even had time for some river play! The water in Yakushima was truly beautiful. We encountered monkeys and deer too! Spending time in nature was genuinely blissful.
It was also incredibly helpful for us, who had no sense of direction, to have transportation to and from our accommodation.
For those visiting Yakushima for the first time or who love Studio Ghibli, I highly recommend this guided tour with Yukki! I think you’ll really enjoy it!

I went to Yakushima for the first time while being a bit scared of the typhoon! It was a rainy day, but I enjoyed the guide's captivating stories and the scenery. It was such an enchanting place! I had planned to go to Shiratani Unsuikyo, but due to the weather, we changed to Yakusugi Land. Since I was with my mother, I think this option was better for our physical stamina compared to Shiratani. My mother seemed to be quite careful while walking on the rough mountain paths, and when we finished, she felt really relieved. However, she said she didn't feel any unpleasant fatigue afterward and had fun, so it seems like this level of difficulty is manageable for her in the future. Personally, I wish I could have seen more nature while walking, so if I have the chance next time, I would definitely like to participate in the Jomon Sugi course. This time, the guide was very polite and made everything easy to understand. I rated it four stars because I was looking forward to Shiratani, and it was disappointing that we couldn't go.
白谷雲水峡に行く予定でしたが、天候の関係でヤクスギランドに変更になりました。母と一緒だったため、白谷よりはこちらの方が体力的にも良かったのかなと思いました。
母も足場の悪い山道はだいぶ気を遣って歩いていたらしく、終わったときは凄くホットしていました。でもその後、嫌な疲れは全くなく、楽しかったと言っていたので、この位の難易度なら今後も大丈夫そうです。私個人的には、もう少し自然を沢山観て歩きたかったかなと思うので、次回機会があったときは、是非縄文杉のコースに参加してみたいです。
今回、ガイドさんもとても丁寧に対応してくれて分かりやすかったです。今回、星４つにしたのは、白谷を楽しみにしていたのですが行けなくて残念だったためです。

The Jomon Sugi was said to be very challenging, but surprisingly, I didn't get tired at all and had a great time. The guide who assisted us was the same age as me, and we were able to talk a lot about Yakushima's nature as well as share fun stories that only classmates could relate to. On the way back, we took some detours while walking, and I really enjoyed it! Having one guide per group is definitely a great idea!

Both my spouse and I have a hobby of photography, so we were able to relax and take photos while being guided.
I think it can be challenging to take photos freely and match the walking pace when on a guided tour with other groups, but since this was a private tour, we could enjoy it at our own pace without worrying about others, which was really great.
Even during the busy Golden Week season, we had a guide who helped us avoid the crowds, allowing us to fully appreciate nature! I was particularly surprised to see the congestion at Wilson's stump on the way back, thinking, "Wow, it gets this crowded!" When we were there, it was like having the place to ourselves.
Our guide was very knowledgeable, and I learned a lot about Yakushima, plants, and wildlife, which was enjoyable.
I was also very satisfied with the delicious mountain meals and warm coffee that we could enjoy in the mountains, which are specialties of Yakushima!
There were no issues with the guiding company; in fact, they provided hospitality beyond our expectations, allowing us to fully enjoy Yakushima.
The only thing that concerned me was that on the VELTRA website, it stated in the "Frequently Asked Questions" section that the guide would provide headlamps, but we actually had to bring our own.
The rental package included a sleeping bag, mat, backpack, and backpack cover, but it seemed that the headlamp was not included in this rental set.
We had our own backpacks and wanted to rent trekking poles and rain gear, so we had borrowed them from elsewhere, which we discovered during the final confirmation the day before. The guide was able to provide a headlamp at the last minute, so it all worked out...
However, I was concerned about the insufficient communication between the website and the guide, especially since others had mentioned similar experiences, and the information had not yet been updated.
Other than that, I was truly very satisfied!
夫婦揃ってカメラが趣味なので、のんびりと撮影しながらガイドして頂きました。
他のグループと一緒のガイドツアーだと他者を気にして思うように写真が撮れなかったり歩くペースも合わせたりと大変だと思うけど、プライベートツアーなのでそこは気にせずのんびりとマイペースに過ごせたのは本当に良かったです。
ＧＷ中というハイシーズンでも混雑に巻き込まれないガイドをして頂いたので自然をいっぱい感じられました！
特に復路でウィルソン株の混雑を見た時は、こんなに混むんだ！！と、びっくり。
自分達の時は貸切状態でした。
知識豊富なガイドさんだったので屋久島の事、植物の事、生き物の事、たくさん学べて楽しかったです。
山の中でも屋久島名物を味わえた美味しい山メシや温かいコーヒーも大満足でした！！
ガイド会社には何ひとつ問題なく、むしろ予想以上のおもてなしをして頂き屋久島を満喫出来ました。
唯一、気になったのはVELTRAのサイトで『よくある質問』の所などでヘッドライトはガイドが用意します。となっていたのに、ヘッドライトは自分達で用意しなければいけなかったという事。
レンタル内容がシュラフ、マット、ザック、ザックカバーのセットだったのに、実際はヘッドライトがこのレンタルセットに含まれている？？らしい。
私達はザックなどを持っていて、ストックやレインウエアなどをレンタルしたかったので他で借りていたために、前日の最終確認で発覚しました。
ガイドさんが急遽用意してくれたので事なきを得ましたが…
サイト側とガイド側との連絡が不十分というか、他の方が体験談でも言われていたのにも関わらず未だに内容の変更がされていないところだけが気になりました。
それ以外は本当に大満足です！！

I wanted to visit both Jomon Sugi and Shiratani Unsuikyo, and my friend and I debated whether to do day trips or stay overnight. I'm glad we chose the overnight tour. On the day I went to Jomon Sugi, there were reportedly 500 day-trippers, but since we stayed overnight, we had the place almost to ourselves. It was also great that they answered all my questions and provided advice beforehand.
However, since we had heavier luggage (like sleeping bags) compared to a day trip, it might be physically challenging either way. One of my concerns was the mountain hut, but it turned out to be new and clean, which was nice.
When I inquired about what to bring, some items they said were necessary turned out to be unnecessary, and vice versa, so I hope the guide can coordinate and provide clearer answers. A headlamp is essential for going to the toilet at the mountain hut!
The meals prepared by the guide were very delicious, and I was satisfied. Thank you!
縄文杉と白谷雲水峡両方に行きたくて、それぞれ日帰りにするか、1泊にするか、友人ととても悩みましたが、1泊のツアーにして良かったと思います。
私が縄文杉に行った日には、日帰り客が500人いたそうですが、泊りだと時間がずれるので、私たちだけの貸切状態でした。
事前に色々質問し、相談に乗って頂けたのも良かったです。
ただ、日帰りより重たい荷物（寝袋等）になるので、体力的にはどちらもつらいかもしれません。
心配事項のひとつだった山小屋は新しく綺麗だったので良かったです。
持ち物を問い合わせた時に、必要だと言われたものがいらなかったり、不要と言われたものが必要だったりしたので、ガイドさんと連携をとって回答して頂きたいと思います。
ヘッドランプは山小屋のトイレに行く際に必須です！
ガイドさんに作って頂いたご飯がとても美味しく、満足でした。

Basically, I usually enjoy mountain climbing without hiring a guide. This time, I hesitated about getting a guide, but I was drawn in by the sound of "nature guide" and decided to sign up. While walking, we talked a lot about plants, mountains, and Yakushima, and I was honestly surprised by the wealth of knowledge. It was truly a meaningful 22 km. I was also happy to receive the climbing certificate and enjoy coffee at lunch. 今回もガイドは迷ったのですが、ネイチャーガイドという響きに引かれて申し込んでみました。
植物の話、山の話、屋久島の話を歩きながら沢山していただき、正直豊富な知識に驚きました。
本当に有意義な22ｋｍでした。
登山証明書もお昼の珈琲も嬉しかったです。
翌日個人的に行った宮之浦岳では復習しながら歩き、いつもとは異なる山行を楽しむことができました。
また屋久島に行くときもお願いしたいと思います。

Dear Micchy,
Thank you very much for participating in our Jomon Sugi trekking the other day. It was a wonderful experience for me to climb together with everyone in a friendly and enjoyable atmosphere. Additionally, it was great to reunite and have fun together at the restaurant after descending.
