- Any cancellations made between 19:00 local time, 21 business days to 19:00 local time, 8 business days prior to the activity will be subject to a charge of 20% of the total amount.

Payment method for Mt. Fuji climbing entrance fee
A toll of JPY 4,000 per person is required for the Yoshida and Fujinomiya routes (not included; pay individually). Procedures vary by route. Access restrictions apply this year except for those staying at mountain huts.
Access restriction from 2:00 PM to 3:00 AM the following day (applies to both Yoshida and Fujinomiya routes) - Guided plans are available for elementary school students and above only.
- Elderly individuals, those with cardiovascular conditions, or medical history should consult a doctor beforehand.
- The minimum number of participants is 15. If the minimum is not met, cancellation will be notified 14 days before departure.
- No tour conductor will accompany the trip. Bus staff will assist during the round-trip bus ride.
- The tour may be canceled if no reservations are made by 21 days before departure.
- Minors (under 18) participating without a guardian must provide a parental consent form.

- Fujinomiya Route (Shizuoka Prefecture)
Please choose one of the following two payment methods for the toll (entrance fee):
① Pay JPY 4,000 in cash at the trail entrance of the 5th Station on the day
② Register in the reservation system below and make the payment between the day before departure and arrival on the day
If paying in advance, refunds cannot be made for any reason from the day after payment is completed. Please ensure payment is made on the day before departure or on the day. - [About Climbing Guides]
- Climbing involves risks; guided plans minimize them, but safety is your responsibility.
- A certified guide leads from the 5th Station to the summit. Descent may be free under the guide's instructions.
- Follow the guide's instructions. Inadequate gear, non-compliance, or health issues may result in mandatory withdrawal without a refund.
- Gear rental or purchase may be recommended if needed. - All tours proceed in rainy weather. However, in case of severe weather or typhoons, the tour may be canceled in advance, and you will be notified. If weather conditions worsen on the day, the local guide or Mt. Fuji Guidance Center may cancel the climb. Please note that no refunds will be provided in such cases.
- Mt. Fuji's weather changes rapidly, and climbing rain gear is essential. If you lack proper gear, you may be required to withdraw. No refunds will be provided in such cases.
- Both the Yoshida and Fujinomiya routes exceed 2,000m in altitude, posing a risk of altitude sickness. Ensure proper health management by avoiding sleep deprivation or hangovers on the day of departure.
- The temperature difference between the base and the summit is significant, with the summit potentially dropping below freezing even in summer. Ensure proper cold, wind, and waterproof protection.
- If you abandon the climb due to illness and stay or rest at a different mountain hut, the costs will be your responsibility, with no tour fee refund. You must descend on your own, as the guide cannot accompany you.
- Weather or schedule may prevent viewing the sunrise. During peak periods, trail congestion may also prevent reaching the summit.
- The walking times in the itinerary are approximate and may vary significantly depending on climbing conditions.
- [About Mountain Huts]
- Mountain huts differ from standard accommodations like hotels or inns.
- Rooms are shared and mixed-gender, with less than one tatami mat per person during busy times. Bedding (e.g., sleeping bags) is provided, but there are no water facilities or baths.
- Dinner is a simple meal like curry rice, and breakfast is a portable bento.
- Some huts may not have designated changing areas. - [About Buses]

- Leave non-essentials on the bus; keep valuables with you.
- Bus type depends on group size.

- Tours will be canceled if roads to Mt. Fuji are closed or transport is unlikely to resume due to a typhoon.
- Cancellations or changes made at the customer's discretion due to weather or trail conditions will incur the standard cancellation/change fees.
- If the tour is canceled after a customer-initiated cancellation or change, no refunds for cancellation/change fees will be provided. - Depending on booking status, your preferred pickup or drop-off location may not be available.
- On standard buses, the last row may have five seats but will be treated the same as regular seats.
- Bus fares are subject to change without notice. No additional charges or refunds will be made for fare changes after booking or payment.
- Buses depart on time and cannot wait, even if notified in advance. Staff will not contact you if you fail to arrive at the stop or meeting point on time.
- The check-in location may differ from the boarding location. Instructions will be provided at the meeting point. Even after check-in, the bus will not wait if you are not at the boarding location on time.
- Arrival times may vary due to weather or road conditions. Thank you for your understanding.

- Luggage for the bus trunk must be within 120cm (total of height, width, and depth) and limited to one item per person.
- Large items (e.g., folding bikes), pets, and fragile or valuable items (e.g., instruments) are not allowed in the trunk.
- Please take care of your hand luggage and valuables. The company is not responsible for loss or theft. - Strong-smelling foods, such as hamburgers, are not allowed to be brought into or consumed on the bus.

The route varies depending on the tour you have booked. Please check the itinerary (schedule)
All plans involve climbing from the 5th Station. The descent will also end at the 5th Station.
There are branch points on the descent trails for each route (Yoshida and Fujinomiya). If you descend the wrong way, you will need to rejoin the group or return on your own at your own expense. Even if you rejoin途中, continuation of the tour cannot be guaranteed. Please take caution.
