    221554 A Confucian shrine dedicated to the memory of the monarchs of the Joseon Dynasty, and houses the ancestral tablets of the kings and queens of yore.

    Insadong is a bustling neighborhood and was once the go-to place for antiquities. The area is also known for winding interconnected alleys.
  • Changdeokgung Palace (Gyeongbokgung on Mondays)
    221374 A UNESCO World Heritage Site, Changdeokgung Palace is a gorgeous example of traditional Korean architecture.

    Gyeongbokgung is the largest palace built by the Joseon Dynasty. The palace is regarded as one of the grandest in Korea and it also houses the National Palace Museum.
  • Sejong Center (National Museum of Korean Contemporary History on Mondays)
    See the vast home for cultural arts in Seoul, the Sejong Center. Named after King Sejong the Great, the center is separated into several galleries and theatres.
    *Sejong Center is closed on Mondays. The tour will visit the National Museum of Korean Contemporary History instead.
