A worry-free day. We were surprised to find vouchers towards lunch and purchases included. Great price. Hotel pick up was good. Could have done with more information about how to return to hotel at the time of booking.

Excellent value, hotel pick up was right on time, food vouchers made eating there very affordable, a real bonus.

Superb tour.. well planned, well timed..

Overall is very good. Just one comment in the USS that as the prayers room for the muslim visitors is very small and can hold only 6 person at one time. But there is many of the muslim visitors at he USS. My family hope that USS can build a bigger prayers room at the USS.

Basically just an entrance ticket to Universal Studios. Hotel pick-up and return would make it a lot more attractive. It's a great day for children of all ages.

service was a bit late picking us up at the hotel.

We had to wait longer for other passengers being picked up around.

Pick up on time. Got to Universal studios early and straight in when the gates opened. Fantastic fun.

we had a blast during our visit to the universal studios Singapore. Thanks to City Discovery we had food and gift vouchers which we have used well.

Very exciting ride on the Transformers but will take a long time to wait on endless queue. Jurassic Park food court was limited food can choose, only 3 set lunch can be choose. Generally, will take 35 to 50 min to wait for the game even on the week day. Hotel pick up was on time and very convenient. This pass you should buy for your family to get fun without any hassle.

Great fun for both the 9 year old as well as the parents 53 and 63 years old!!

If i had known that the two Main Rollercosters werevlosed i would not have bothered to go. Had been there before and the Costers was my main reason to come to USS.

The only negitive comment is the wait time for all the rides & characters at Universal Studios

Thought it worth it..we managed to get the most of the things we wanted to see and go on.However the queue lines for allot of the rides was very long.on average it was between 40 /to 60 mins.this may not be long for a seasoned theme park user.But for us seemed long.why we thought it was of Value was the free meal/shopping Voucher.I had some research on where to use the voucher. went to a great place Mel's Drive-in diner we had a great Burger.

Great amussement park for family or individual traveller. Great package with including meal and retail voucher.But we hope City Disc could provide pick up service next time, because USS closed at 7pm, so before that time we still need to get out from there without any confusing about what transport that we could used to get back to our hotel.

It is the Number 1 Attraction of Singapore. It is a land full of dreams. Very well maintained and professional staff are working in Universal Studios. The best thing about taking this tour is you don't have to wait in a ques for the tickets and plus you don't have to pay SGD$3.5 per person to enter Sentosa Island. This Tour guide will send you to Sentosa Island for free and directly to the Universal Studios. So i would certainly recommend this tour for everyone.

City Discovery is a great a choice!

So much fun. Recommend if you like roller coasters. The transformers 3d simulator was the best. Amazing what technology can do.

I purchased the Universal Studios Day Pass Package through City Discovery this October 24, 2011. We really enjoyed it. City Discovery made a service arrangement to pick us up from our hotel. The driver was on time and dropped us off at the meeting place to get our travel coach bus to Universal Studio. However, it was announced to us that you are own your own coming back to your hotel, but don't worry, there are lots of taxi service and public bus transportation around. The Sentosa train from Universal Studio area is free of charge to the public stations. All in all, I will recommend City Discovery if you happen to use their service to go to Singapore. There were no delay, no hassles and no dazzles, everything went well.
