So Confusing!! Not Worth it!!

Reviewed by: Valerie, 2017/08/23

My friend and were traveling together and purchased these passes at the same time from the website each on our own phones and thought we were getting the same thing. We did not & she had to end up paying full price for the river boat cruise she was not happy. It was also so difficult to find the ticket office and where the buses pick up nothing is marked anywhere for the bus stops. While at the ticket office exchanging our vouchers they are giving you all these different tickets and tags to wear and telling all these different places to meet for each activity. Some are at the bus stop and some are in front of the ticket office. Make sure you write it all down. I got our last day activity confused thinking that we were supposed to get the bus at the bus stop and really it was in front of the ticket office. We were not the only ones who missed the bus there was also another couple who was waiting at the bus stop and they missed it to so it is very confusing it was not just us. They only have 4 buses the entire day that go to Sentosa island so if you miss one the next one is not for 2 hours. So we decided to take a cab and split it with the other couple since the guy in the ticket office said the cab ride was only around $6.00. Well the cab ride was over $10.00 We also missed our bus twice because the bus was early and another time was late so paid to take a city bus to the main ticket office bus stop so we wouldn't miss the bus to Sentosa but we still missed it anyway!! I would not recommend buying these passes it is not worth it. Buy from the other company that does it. I am not sure of their name but they seemed to have much nicer buses and more often pickup times. Also when they give you the tickets for the activities you purchased those are only vouchers and also have to be exchanged at the ticket offices at each activity. All in all it was a lot of extra work and extra time wasted that we could have been doing or seeing something that we really wanted to do.
