Restrictions
- Guests under 1.8 m tall must be 120 kg or below to participate in this activity.
- Guests over 1.8 m tall must be 140 kg or below to participate in this activity.
- Guests wearing a plaster cast are not allowed to participate in this activity.
- Only 1 participant is allowed per flight to ensure safety.
- Photography or any form of video recording is not allowed during the activity.
- Guests who are suffering from the ill-effects of the excessive consumption alcohol or are under the influence of alcohol on the day of the activity, are not permitted to participate in this activity.
- Guests who are pregnant are not permitted to participate in this activity.
- Guests with neck, back or joint problems are not permitted to participate in this activity.
- Children 7 years old and above can participate in this activity.
Required items to bring & attire
- Closed toe shoes with laces
- Please avoid wearing accessories such as necklaces, earrings, bracelets, watches. etc.
- Participants are advised not to wear dresses or skirts.
- Please note that guests will have to show their E-ticket (activity provider voucher NOT VELTRA voucher) at the redemption point in exchange for their admission ticket.
- A valid government-issued photo ID
- Comfortable clothing
Other requirements
- Participants 18 years old and under must be accompanied by a parent / legal guardian or bring a signed consent form and valid photo ID.
- The lead traveler must present the E-ticket (activity provider voucher NOT VELTRA voucher) along with a valid identification card to join the activity. Copies of ID or passport will not be accepted.
- Participants are required to sign a liability waiver at the time of check-in.
Additional notes
- Please be advised that there might be a 1-2 hour waiting time during peak periods.
- Socks and sneakers are available for rent at an additional charge of $4, payable on site.
- Flyers with minor physical disabilities may be allowed to participate as long as they meet the flight criteria. Please inform us in advance at the time of booking.
