Bruges Tour

Very good tour of Bruges and Ghent. Guide had great knowledge of the places we were seeing. We had almost 30 people. he needs to speak louder. Unless you were standing directly in front of him, hard to hear.

Bruges and Ghent

Very good tour. Our tour guide was kind, patient and tireless. I did find it to be a bit too long. I would have preferred the canal ride to be at 3:30 instead of at 5:00. It was great having lunch on our own and time to walk around in between events.

Beautiful places, too much for one day

An amazing tour, and very professionally run, around some truly beautiful places. It is just too much to see in one day. We missed some key sites, for no other reason than there is just too much to see. I would recommend a day in each place. If you're pressed for time then this is a great way to see both places, even if it isn't to in depth.

Great TOUR

I am satisfied with the guide explanation and the information given on the sites. We had enough time to stroll around and easy walking all the way from the lovers canal. Enjoyed both cities and met some new friends. The guide was very patient with us and he take us a place for lunch and everyone is free to choose their own food outside. We have spare by ourselves and he came back and guide us to the bus where we start from.

Ghent and Bruges in Belgium

The tour was well organised with a knowledgeable guide. We had a nice balance of guided time and free time.
I would recommend the Ghent/ Bruges tour. It fitted well into the day and wasn't rushed.

Beautiful cities! It is a very nice trip. We liked it a lot. We walked a lot in the streets, which was very nice and interesting for us. We would like to have more interesting information and stories about the cities. I am sure the guide can provide with many interesting "legends" about them.

Nice package to cover two city in one day and worth the visit

visiting Ghent and Bruges is the best thing that you can do to Belgium

The tour was really interesting. City discovery was very helpful and efficient. We initially cancelled the tour because of the security alert then reverse the cancellation when the security improved, city discovery was very efficient in handling my concerns.

The tour of Ghent and Bruges is a must see for any traveler to Belgium. It is a quick paced tour with much walking and listening. The sights, sounds, smells and tastes made for a memorable experience and for the desire to return but on a slower more intimate pace. I would strongly encourage the tour operator to offer headsets that allow the guide to be heard by all and to be interactive with the tour participants since it was extremely difficult to hear the guide unless you were standing directly in front of him. This was an off season tour, I cannot imagine how a guide could adequately manage the pace during peak season.

A great trip and a well informed guide, she had time for everyone, took good care of the group all day long, a real pleasure to have been on the trip, also the weather was fantastic, it made all the photos so much better

A lovely laid back day with walks around both towns and an optional boat trip (extra 8€, 30 minutes) through Bruges on the canals which was charming. Wonderful to see such old buildings in both places not lost to fire or destroyed by war. Plenty of time to have a coffee and to have lunch in Bruges. Would like to stay in and explore both towns more thoroughly in future but this day trip was a great introduction from a Brussels ba<x>sed stay.

娘二人と参加しました。ガイドさんも感じが良く、多くの見どころを１日で回ることができ、ツアー全体は十分満足できるものでした。しかし、時折、時間にルーズな方々がいて、無駄な待ち時間を過ごさなければならなかったので、星ひとつ減点しました。ツアーのスタート時に、時間を守らない方は置いて行きますと再度念を押すことも必要かなあと感じました。

It was very interesting trip. We saw many seesights. Good organise trip and the man knew many stories about the two cities. You must do the trip by boat in bruges!

Both cities are charming. The guide was excellent. I f I had to do one city, it would be Brughes

Collect from hotel on time. Good comfortable bus. Tour guide very knowledgeable and had very good story telling skills to keep everyone listening.

Bruges itself was lovely. We had minimal time in Ghent because of traffic delays.
two complaints-
1)the tour guide was a chain smoker, and encouraged others to smoke. This was very unpleasant.
2)We asked the tour guide for a recommendation on how we could spend our free hour in Bruges. He could not come up with any suggestions except beer tasting. In retrospect, we would have enjoyed Memlingmuseum, and there were clearly other nice choices as well.

The guide was very knowledgeable. Seeing both Ghent and Bruges makes for a long day but it is worth it.

we found the old world charm delightful. The canal boat ride in Bruges was picturesque. Wud recommend
