- There will not be a guided tour of the Notre-Dame Cathedral when there is a church service. The guide will instead share stories about the cathedral and its three portals from the square in front of the church.
- Transfers between to Ile de la Cite will be made by boat except in January, in February and in cases of flooding near the Seine. In such instances, the transport will be made by minibus.
- The tour is available in the following languages: English, Italian and Spanish. On special tour dates (31 December 2018), the tour is also available in Portuguese.

- Any cancellations made after 09:15 local time, 1 business days prior to the activity will be subject to a charge of 100% of the total amount.
