We enjoyed the tour - friendly staff and interesting guide. Only complaint we had was that after river cruise we had to be taken back to office to take on other tourists and we were sitting there about one hour - too long.

It was a hassle-free way to explore Paris. The bus accomodations were great and the commentary was available in many different languages. The most memorable part of the tour was definitely the river cruise. Paris is a beautiful city and it was unique to see it from the Seine River.

Not really worth the money... do Hop on Hop of double deck instead. The coach bus in the tour doesn't allow clear view.
You can buy cruise ticket on your own.

Although I really enjoyed the tour - I felt that the 1 hour gap between the end of the Seine tour and the start of the bus tour was far too long. We were staying outside Paris central and were worried about making our train connection - I would have been a lot happier if this had been only 30 mins.

It was beautiful taking the cruise down the Seine and seeing the sights from the river. The best moment came when the bus rounded the corner and there was the Eiffel Tower sparkling with its twinkling lights.

The lights in the city did not illuminate until 3/4 of the way through the tour. This was very disappointing. The illuminations tour should not be offered during the summer when the lights do not come on until very late - or the time for the illuminations tour should be pushed back to take into account when it actually gets dark.

There was a huge delay between the cruise and the illumination tour. We were waiting in the bus till 10:30 PM but the Illumination tour did not start even by then. So we were forced to quit and called off from the Illumination tour. Half the money wasted for us as there was no refund given to us. I am disappointed.

Paris is a must see at night and this tour provides a good bus tour and Boat tour for that purpose

The Illuminations Tour was great (nice bus, very nice tour guide, perfect mix of information and sights) but we didn't quite like the Cruise very much (noisy, cold, overrated).
