Loved the bus; More of a boat ride than a tour.

I really liked the bus tour with the audio guide. The woman who worked alongside the driver was super helpful when we had our tickets mixed up during the initial printing. The tour was diverted a couple times because of the protests but even with that it was a great way to see the city!
The boat tour was not a tour at all but rather a boat ride. As there was no reference to architecture or monuments or any guidance at all as to what we were seeing. We also had to wait a couple boats to go by since they were already full.

paris hop on hop off bus trip

a trip to paris is incomplete without the hop in hop off bus tour.it covers almost all points you would like to visit in paris as a tourist.its really comfortable and amazing views from top floor of the bus luckily we had a very nice sunny day in the month of april which made it even more pleasant.the audio guide is also very clear and helpful to understand the points of interests history.there are 4 lines which covers almost the entire city and you can change the lines.it would like take 2 days to complete and sight see with details if you want.but for a general tourist 1 day almost covers up the place with small pit stops!

sorry but it poured - we were stuck in the bottom of the bus, packed in like sardines, no headphone, going round and round. it would have been good to have an alternative for such a wet pouring day. we were soaked and cold and couldn't do anything about it. so no, we did not enjoy it (not your fault) but i think alternative buses should be on standby for wet weather!

We had a wonderful time in Paris and the bus tour was great as we managed to see all tourist sights we wanted at our own pace.Wonderful

Everything was ok, just a music on a headphones.... a little bit of variety would be necessary.

The recorded commentary was good and the bus takes you to most places of interest, but we felt we spent too much time waiting for the bus at connection points, and once the bus was overcrowded with hardly any STANDING room left. We had a three-day ticket and this happened only once, but overall we felt we spent too much time in traffic jams, at stops (drivers sell tickets as opposed to say London where it's done by reps at stops) and at connection points waiting for a bus to come.

Provide easily understood map showing the locations of bus and river cruise stops. Tour guide on river cruise can hardly explain herself in English.

The voucher instructed us to collect the tickets from the tour office and when we eventually found it we were told that the system had changed some while ago and now the tickets were given out on the bus! We had travelled across Paris in a very expensive taxi and wasted 2 hours for nothing!!
VERY ANNOYING!!! When on the tour a passenger who bought tickets on the bus said the driver had short changed him for 10 Euros and we had to wait 50 minutes there and back at the office while it was sorted out! The headsets did not work on all bus's and sometimes we had to wait over 30 minutes on the Green Tour. I feel that a refund is in order for all the inconvenience our party suffered which spoilt our day!
