Reviewed by: bal, 2014/07/22Cruising the Rhine River from Mainz, Germany to Boppard, Germany is wonderful. We absolutely loved seeing the castles. Unfortunately, the crew was terrible. They must HATE their job, and they certainly were less than friendly to the passengers. They didn't respond to greetings, nor would they answer questions. We thought their behavior was deplorable, and negatively impacted our experience. The narrative on the voyage was also not up to expectations.
