guide also office staff very kindly.
I was some trouble with payment by internet at website.
Staff from Japan they messaged me asap.
finally,I did done about payment before deadline.
Also I couldn't get voucher before few hours tour
However,they try to sending Fax from Japan to Frankfurt hotel.How much help...
Really helpping me.
