It is recommended that you stay close to the glacier lagoon for one night, either before or after you visit the Ice Cave. Please make sure to follow weather and road conditions before you take off.
    • Please note that ice caves are an ever changing natural phenomenon and, therefore, unpredictable. You will visit one ice cave during the tour and the choice of a cave is based on conditions and safety.
    • It is not guaranteed that your group will be alone in the cave as the same cave is used by more tour operators.
    • From December 15, 2017 to January 15, 2018, daylight in Iceland will be limited. Please note that during this time, the 14:30 and 15:45 departures will take place as darkness falls and you will be visiting the cave in the dark. The advantages to visiting the ice cave at this time include a less crowded experience and more beautiful blue ice photographic opportunities. Also, you will be provided with powerful head torches allowing you to light your way safely to and from inside the ice cave.
