Great museum in Naples!

National Archaeological Museum is definitely a must see in Naples, Italy. it is a few minutes taxi ride from the cruise port, and also possible to walk for those who are willing to do a bit of exercise. Remember to wear comfortable shoes as there are stairs to climb inside the museum.

We were not able to go to Pompeii this time but the museum showcased a good collection of well-preserved artifacts from Pompeii. There were also amazing exhibits of sculptures, paintings and mosaics, our family's favorite. Parents with young children should be aware that there are R-rated exhibits!

Overall, this museum did not disappoint!
