all services are good. Except that they should tell us we have more flexibility in timing.

We missed our bus. To help other foreign travellers who like me are not familiar with the place, it would be extremely helpful to provide important landmarks as well as clear directions to reach the meeting point by a choice of using the underground or by bus, and which station it is that is nearest to get off and walk. We were 15 minutes late as we stopped at the incorrect station. The ladies at the office counter were extremely helpful and we are grateful that they were able to fit us into the next bus 45 minutes later. The walk through tour was very good, highly recommended to all Harry's fans.

We did this tour as friends, with no children involved, and all thoroughly enjoyed it.
The pick up, drop off and information was given in a friendly efficient manner.
A thoroughly enjoyable day.

Everything was great! We just missed a plan of the building so that we could plan how much time we had for visit it.

It was too late to buy the tickets directly from the studios, so we booked online: easy, comfortable, maybe we would have enjoyed a little bit more time there! Don NOT drink the butterbeer, but book this tour ;)

You must remember to watch the films once again before you take the tour to get everything out of it! I liked it, and I hope to go again! The butterbeer was delicious :)

Highly recommended for all fans of the Harry Potter saga and in particular for children.

It would have been better if we were accompanied by someone who could have given us preview of what to expect: an idea on what to do or where to go once we arrived. We had to ask around to find out when to line up, inquired about optional audio, had no warning about food restrictions, etc.Also, had to wait for quite sometime for the bus to fetch us.
